Abstract
The invention relates to the field of bulk material conveying, in particular to an automatic blanking cleaning device of a belt conveyor. The automatic scraping device comprises a cross shaft and a sleeve fixedly connected with a conveyor frame, wherein the cross shaft is rotatably arranged in the sleeve, a scraping mechanism and a stop block are arranged on the cross shaft, the scraping mechanism scrapes materials forwards and yields blanking when moving backwards, and the stop block limits the backward rotating range of the scraping mechanism so as to keep the scraping mechanism at a scraping position. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: by utilizing the characteristic that the frames of the shuttle conveyor and the shuttle reversible conveyor can move back and forth on the travelling track, the automatic cleaning device can automatically clean blanking below the frame of the conveyor without changing the structure of the belt conveyor, thereby reducing the difficulty of cleaning materials and improving the cleaning efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bulk material conveying, in particular to an automatic blanking cleaning device of a belt conveyor.
Background
The belt conveyor is widely applied to industries such as metallurgy, mines, coal, electric power and the like, and can be used for conveying various bulk materials. As main process equipment for bulk material conveying, the belt conveyor is inevitably subjected to material sprinkling in the running process of the conveyor because materials conveyed by the belt conveyor are bulk particles with different particle sizes. For a belt conveyor for transporting coal, if falling coal at the lower part is not cleaned in time, fire safety hidden danger can be generated. Compared with a general belt conveyor, the shuttle conveyor and the shuttle reversible conveyor in the belt conveyor have the advantages that the distance between the machine frame and the surface of the lower platform is smaller, the traveling rail is used for blocking, the lower blanking cleaning in production and maintenance is more difficult, and the problem which is difficult to solve in production is always solved.

In the prior art, a conveyor frame on a shuttle conveyor and a shuttle reversible conveyor can move back and forth on a travelling track, and it is noted that in the invention, the conveyor frame is a component part of the conveyor, and the conveyor frame is not a component part of the automatic blanking cleaning device. The conveyor switches the blanking mouth in the reciprocating movement, the shuttle conveyor is provided with a funnel at the lower part of the head direction, and the shuttle reversible conveyor is provided with a funnel at the lower parts of the head and tail directions. According to adopting different belt conveyors, automatic cleaning device adopts different mounting means to install, realizes scraping the blanking and send into the funnel.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the automatic blanking cleaning device for the belt conveyor comprises a transverse shaft 3 and sleeves 1 fixedly connected with a conveyor frame 7, wherein the two sleeves 1 are fixedly welded on the conveyor frame 7, and two ends of the transverse shaft 3 respectively extend into the sleeves 1 and can flexibly rotate in the sleeves 1. The transverse shaft 3 is provided with a scraping mechanism and a stop block 2, the scraping mechanism moves forwards (namely in the scraping direction) to scrape materials, blanking is allowed when the scraping mechanism moves backwards (namely in the non-scraping direction), the scraping mechanism overturns along with the transverse shaft 3, and the rotation range of the transverse shaft 3 is limited through the stop block 2, so that the backward rotation range of the scraping mechanism is limited, and the scraping mechanism keeps the scraping position to scrape materials. The scraping mechanism is located at a scraping position when located at a vertical position, and at the moment, the stop block 2 abuts against the bottom of the conveyor frame 7, so that the scraping mechanism stops rotating. The upper end of the upper scraping plate 4 is fixedly connected with the transverse shaft 3, the lower end of the upper scraping plate 4 is rotationally connected with the lower scraping plate 6 through a connecting piece 5, and when the lower scraping plate 6 rotates backwards to be aligned with the upper scraping plate 4, the upper scraping plate props against the lower scraping plate, the lower scraping plate 6 is limited to continuously rotate backwards, and the lower scraping plate 6 keeps in a scraping state. The connecting piece 5 adopts the hinge in this embodiment, adopts the standard part hinge, simple structure, installation preparation convenience, and is with low costs, avoids scraping the flitch 6 down through the cooperation of each part and overturn at will when scraping the material along scraping the material direction operation moreover, but scraping the flitch 6 down and can overturn again and avoid the material when scraping the material direction operation along non-again, realizes scraping the unidirectional upset of flitch 6 down.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the upper scraping plate 4 is a flat plate or an arc plate, and the upper scraping plate 4 preferably adopts a flat plate structure; the lower scraping plate 6 is a flat plate or an arc plate, the preferable structure of the lower scraping plate 6 is an arc plate, the upper end of the lower scraping plate 6 is convenient to be connected with the upper scraping plate 4 when the preferable structure is adopted, the lower end can fully hook the material to scrape away the material when the lower end contacts the material, and when the lower scraping plate 6 moves towards a non-scraping direction, the surface contacted by the lower scraping plate 6 and the material is an arc surface, so that the material is prevented from being taken away, and the resistance is small.
For further elaboration, the following embodiments are provided when the automatic blanking-cleaning apparatus is mounted on different types of belt conveyors, but are not limited to the following embodiments.
Embodiment one:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, when the automatic blanking cleaning apparatus is mounted on the shuttle conveyor, the shuttle conveyor includes a conveyor frame 7, a hopper is provided at a lower portion of a head portion of the shuttle conveyor, and a plurality of automatic blanking cleaning apparatuses are mounted on the conveyor frame 7, and since the shuttle conveyor is provided with the hopper only at a lower portion of the head portion thereof, scattered materials can be scraped into the hopper only, and therefore, scraping directions of each automatic blanking cleaning apparatus are the same, and the conveyor frame 7 is switched to a blanking port by a reciprocating movement of a traveling rail thereof during production operation. When the conveyor frame 7 drives the blanking automatic cleaning device to move towards the direction of the head of the conveyor, the lower scraping plate 6 encounters blanking, the lower scraping plate 6 is driven by the resistance of materials to drive the transverse shaft 3 to rotate anticlockwise, the stop block 2 props against the bottom of the conveyor frame 7 to limit the transverse shaft 3 to continue rotating, so that the lower scraping plate pushes the blanking to move forwards, and the blanking is gradually pushed into the hopper; when the conveyor frame 7 drives the automatic blanking cleaning device to move towards the tail part of the conveyor, the lower scraping plate 6 is folded under the blanking resistance, and the lower scraping plate 6 drives the upper scraping plate 4 and the transverse shaft 3 to rotate clockwise, so that blanking is avoided.
Embodiment two:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 6, when the automatic blanking cleaning device is mounted on the shuttle type reversible conveyor, the shuttle type reversible conveyor comprises a conveyor frame 7, hoppers are arranged at the lower parts of the head part and the tail part of the shuttle type reversible conveyor, so that a plurality of automatic blanking cleaning devices mounted on the conveyor frame 7 are provided with opposite blanking cleaning directions, the blanking direction of the automatic blanking cleaning device close to the head part faces the head part of the conveyor, the blanking direction of the automatic blanking cleaning device close to the tail part of the conveyor faces the tail part of the conveyor, and the conveyor frame 7 is switched to a blanking port by reciprocating movement of a travelling rail of the automatic blanking cleaning device close to the tail part of the conveyor. When the conveyor frame 7 drives the automatic blanking cleaning device to move towards the direction of the head of the conveyor, a lower scraping plate 6 of a scraping mechanism close to the head of the conveyor encounters blanking, the lower scraping plate 6 is driven by the resistance of materials to drive a transverse shaft 3 to rotate anticlockwise, and a stop block 2 abuts against the bottom of the conveyor frame 7 to limit the transverse shaft 3 to continue rotating, so that the lower scraping plate pushes the blanking to move forwards, and the blanking is gradually pushed into a funnel; and the lower scraping plate 6 of the automatic blanking cleaning device close to the tail part of the conveyor is folded under the blanking resistance, and the lower scraping plate 6 drives the upper scraping plate 4 and the transverse shaft 3 to rotate anticlockwise, so that blanking is avoided. When the conveyor frame 7 drives the automatic blanking cleaning device to move towards the tail part of the conveyor, the automatic blanking cleaning device close to the tail part of the conveyor is used for scraping materials, so that blanking cleaning is realized.
According to the invention, the blanking cleaning of different types of belt conveyors is realized through a simple structure, the heavy labor and equipment downtime of manual regular cleaning are reduced, the blanking cleaning efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, the blanking cleaning is simple and convenient, the cleaning is thorough, and the fire hazard of the coal conveying belt conveyor is eliminated.
