The double-row arc guide rails 43 and the arc swing guide grooves 331 are in arc sliding fit by taking the axis of the swing rotating shaft of the arc swing guide groove driving motor 332 as a center, and the arc swing guide groove driving motor 332 drives the arc swing guide grooves 331 to do arc swing, so that the arc swing guide grooves 331 are swung to inlets of the opening file storage file boxes 42 with different numbers, and classification of the files is realized.
The driving part 5 comprises a driving motor 51 and 4 rolling wheel sets 52, wherein the rolling wheel sets 52 are installed on the bottom surface of the classified storage cabinet body 41, the driving motor 51 is installed in the classified storage cabinet body 41, an output shaft of the driving motor 51 is connected with a wheel shaft of the rolling wheel set 52, and an input end of the driving motor 51 is connected with an output end of the control system 7. The driving part 5 can make the automatic file classifying and storing device automatically move forward and backward along the set track, automatically transport the files to the designated position, and complete the transport of the whole file.
The visual recognition sensor part 6 comprises a fixed cross bar 61, a spherical hinge 62, a connecting rod 63, a camera fixing frame 64, a camera fixing lock 65 and a visual sensing camera 66, wherein the fixed cross bar 61 is fixed on the L-shaped horizontal guide rail 15, the spherical hinge 62 is installed on the fixed cross bar 61, one end of the connecting rod 63 is connected with the spherical hinge 62, the other end of the connecting rod 63 is connected with the camera fixing frame 64, the position of the camera fixing frame 64 can be conveniently adjusted, the visual sensing camera 66 is fixed on the camera fixing frame 64 through the camera fixing lock 65, and the position of the camera is adjusted by adjusting the relative position of the connecting rod 63 and the spherical hinge 62. The input and output terminals of the vision sensing camera 66 are connected to the input and output terminals of the control system 7. Different files are clamped by corresponding identification clips 67 and then placed in the file placing box 68 and identified by the visual sensing camera 66.
The control system 7 comprises a control chip 71, a battery 72, a flashing signal lamp 73, a buzzer 74 and a connection data cable 75, wherein the input end of the control chip 71 is connected with the battery 72, the output end of the control chip 71 is respectively connected with the flashing signal lamp 73 and the buzzer 74, and the output end of the control chip 71 is also connected with the connection data cable 75 to be used as the output end of the control system 7. The flashing signal lamp 73 and the buzzer 74 are respectively arranged on the classification storage cabinet body 41; and limit sensors are respectively arranged on the vertical upright guide rail 11 and the L-shaped horizontal guide rail 15, the output ends of the limit sensors and the limit sensing assembly 364 are connected with the input end of the control chip 71, and the control system 7 controls the whole device to work coordinately. When the device moves to a corresponding limiting position and needs to stop or return, the limiting sensor component sends a signal to the control system, the control system controls the device to move according to the feedback signal, the buzzer sends out an alarm when the device is abnormal, and the signal lamp flickers to send out an alarm signal.
The working process of the automatic file classifying and storing device of the invention is as follows:
the type of the file is identified by the visual identification sensor part 6, the file picking moving part 2 is controlled by the control system 7 to pick up the file and the file is placed on the horizontal conveying belt 311 of the file classifying part 3, the file is transmitted to the flexible transition connecting guide groove 32 and the file classifying groove 33 by the horizontal conveying belt 311, finally the swing angle of the file classifying groove 33 is controlled by the control system 7 and the partition selecting moving component 36 is controlled to drive the classifying groove support frame 34 to move, and the file is placed in the file box of the file cabinet corresponding to the file identification. Therefore, the full-automatic operation of identifying, picking up and storing different types of file files in corresponding file boxes can be completed, the automatic classification and storage functions of the files can be completed, and the full-automatic unattended operation is realized.
