Abstract

本发明公开一种改良的拉伸缠绕膜,在拉伸缠绕膜的边缘形成折叠边,该折叠边与拉伸缠绕膜的本体边缘叠合设置。本发明还公开适用于所述拉伸缠绕膜的纸芯,以及用于所述的拉伸缠绕膜的制造装置。本发明可以解决拉伸缠绕膜毛边易撕裂问题。

Description

一种拉伸缠绕膜的纸芯及拉伸缠绕膜的制造装置
技术领域
本发明涉及拉伸缠绕膜技术领域,尤其是指一种改良的拉伸缠绕膜、纸芯及制造装置。
背景技术
拉伸缠绕膜为一种新型包装材料,广泛应用于托盘包装制罐、家具、电子、纺织、造纸、物流、电缆的捆扎包装等。
现有技术中,拉伸缠绕膜都是挤出裁边后直接卷绕在纸芯上卷成产品,裁刀裁边时会由于刀口不利,膜拉伸力不均,膜与轴承及裁刀三点合一时不够贴切等原因导致切边不齐的现象,即有毛边,使得拉伸缠绕膜很容易在使用时一拉伸就从毛边处发生撕裂、断裂,影响产品的使用,造成产品使用率低,而且断裂后要重新打包,导致工作效率降低。
有鉴于此,为克服现有技术拉伸缠绕膜所述缺陷,以解决拉伸缠绕膜毛边易撕裂问题,需对拉伸缠绕膜进行改良,对应地,需要对卷绕拉伸缠绕膜的纸芯以及制造装置进行改良,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改良的拉伸缠绕膜、纸芯及制造装置,以解决拉伸缠绕膜毛边易撕裂问题。
为达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案为:
一种改良的拉伸缠绕膜,在拉伸缠绕膜的边缘形成折叠边,该折叠边与拉伸缠绕膜的本体边缘叠合设置。
进一步,所述拉伸缠绕膜设置为长方形,沿长方形的拉伸缠绕膜上、下两长边分别形成折叠边。
一种适用于拉伸缠绕膜的纸芯,在纸芯上形成凹陷部,拉伸缠绕膜的边缘对应形成折叠边,该折叠边与拉伸缠绕膜的本体边缘叠合设置,拉伸缠绕膜卷绕在纸芯上,而拉伸缠绕膜设置折叠边部分置于纸芯的凹陷部中。
进一步,所述拉伸缠绕膜设置为长方形,沿长方形的拉伸缠绕膜上、下两长边分别形成折叠边;纸芯对应设置为筒状,筒状纸芯的上、下端分别设置凹陷部,拉伸缠绕膜卷绕在纸芯上,而拉伸缠绕膜上、下设置的折叠边部分分别置于纸芯上、下端的凹陷部中。
进一步,凹陷部的深度等于拉伸缠绕膜本体的厚度乘以卷绕的圈数。
一种拉伸缠绕膜的制造装置,包括折边机和压辊组;折边机设置折边斜面,折边斜面两侧径向向下延伸分别形成侧面,两侧侧面的底边径向向内延伸分别形成底面;拉伸缠绕膜从膜卷拉出平行经过折边斜面,拉伸缠绕膜两侧分别与侧面平行贴合,经两侧侧面的拉伸缠绕膜分别径向向内与底面平行折叠形成折叠边,折叠边与拉伸缠绕膜的本体边缘叠合设置;压辊组设置在折边机一侧,形成折叠边的拉伸缠绕膜穿过压辊组。
进一步,斜面上端的宽度大于或等于拉伸缠绕膜的宽度。
进一步,折边斜面的宽度由上端至下端逐渐减小。
进一步,折边斜面两侧的侧面与折边斜面垂直设置。
进一步,折边斜面两侧的侧面与折边斜面呈锐角设置。
进一步,所述压辊组包括上压辊和下压辊,上压辊和下压辊上下层叠设置,形成折叠边的拉伸缠绕膜穿过上压辊和下压辊之间。
进一步,还包括卷轴及动力驱动机构,卷轴设置在压辊组一侧,由动力驱动机构驱使卷轴转动,经压辊组的拉伸缠绕膜卷绕在卷轴上。
采用上述方案后,本发明在拉伸缠绕膜的边缘形成折叠边,该折叠边与拉伸缠绕膜的边缘叠合设置,使得拉伸缠绕膜在使用时,拉伸缠绕膜边缘被折叠,边缘的厚度增加,拉伸缠绕膜被拉伸的过程不影响到原始的毛边,避免了薄膜毛边一拉伸就撕裂的情况。
本发明拉伸缠绕膜卷绕在纸芯上,而拉伸缠绕膜设置折叠边部分置于纸芯的凹陷部中,使得拉伸缠绕膜卷绕于纸芯时较为平整而不凸起,便于收纳。
本发明拉伸缠绕膜从膜卷拉出平行经过折边斜面,拉伸缠绕膜两侧分别与侧面平行贴合,经两侧侧面的拉伸缠绕膜分别径向向内与底面平行折叠形成折叠边,折叠边与拉伸缠绕膜的本体边缘叠合设置。因此,本发明生产的拉伸缠绕膜边缘形成折叠边,使得拉伸缠绕膜在使用时,拉伸缠绕膜边缘被折叠,边缘的厚度增加,拉伸缠绕膜被拉伸的过程不影响到原始的毛边,避免了薄膜毛边一拉伸就撕裂的情况。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做详细描述。
请参阅图1至图3所述,本发明揭示一种改良的拉伸缠绕膜1,在拉伸缠绕膜1的边缘形成折叠边11,该折叠边11与拉伸缠绕膜1的本体边缘叠合设置。
通常,所述拉伸缠绕膜1设置为长方形,沿长方形的拉伸缠绕膜1上、下两长边分别形成折叠边11。
优选为,所述折叠边11的宽度设置为1-2cm,该宽度既能保证拉伸缠绕膜1不撕裂,又节省被折叠的材料。
本发明在拉伸缠绕膜1的边缘形成折叠边11,该折叠边11与拉伸缠绕膜1的本体边缘叠合设置,使得拉伸缠绕膜1在使用时,拉伸缠绕膜1边缘被折叠,边缘的厚度增加,拉伸缠绕膜1被拉伸的过程不影响到原始的毛边,避免了薄膜毛边一拉伸就撕裂的情况。
如图4及图5所示,本发明揭示的一种适用于上述拉伸缠绕膜1的纸芯2,在纸芯2上形成凹陷部21,拉伸缠绕膜1的边缘对应形成折叠边11,该折叠边11与拉伸缠绕膜2的本体边缘叠合设置,拉伸缠绕膜1卷绕在纸芯2上,而拉伸缠绕膜1设置折叠边11部分置于纸芯2的凹陷部21中。
通常,所述拉伸缠绕膜1设置为长方形,沿长方形的拉伸缠绕膜1上、下两长边分别形成折叠边11;纸芯2对应设置为筒状,筒状纸芯2的上、下端分别设置凹陷部21,拉伸缠绕膜1卷绕在纸芯2上,而拉伸缠绕膜1上下设置的折叠边11部分分别置于纸芯2上、下端的凹陷部21中。
本发明拉伸缠绕膜1卷绕在纸芯2上,而拉伸缠绕膜1设置折叠边11部分置于纸芯2的凹陷部21中,使得拉伸缠绕膜1卷绕于纸芯2时较为平整而不凸起,便于收纳。
为进一步使得拉伸缠绕膜1卷绕于纸芯2时较为平整而不凸起,凹陷部21的深度等于拉伸缠绕膜本体的厚度乘以卷绕的圈数。
如图6至图8所示,本发明揭示的一种适用于上述拉伸缠绕膜1的制造装置3,包括折边机31和压辊组32。折边机31设置折边斜面311,折边斜面311两侧径向向下延伸分别形成侧面312,两侧侧面312的底边径向向内延伸分别形成底面313。拉伸缠绕膜1从膜卷33拉出平行经过折边斜面311,拉伸缠绕膜1两侧分别与侧面312平行贴合,经两侧侧面312的拉伸缠绕膜1分别径向向内与底面313平行折叠形成折叠边11,折叠边11与拉伸缠绕膜1的本体边缘叠合设置。压辊组32设置在折边机31一侧,形成折叠边11的拉伸缠绕膜1穿过压辊组32,利用压辊组32的牵引,使得拉伸缠绕膜1两侧持续形成折叠边11。
本发明生产的拉伸缠绕膜1边缘形成折叠边11,使得拉伸缠绕膜1在使用时,拉伸缠绕膜1边缘被折叠,边缘的厚度增加,拉伸缠绕膜1被拉伸的过程不影响到原始的毛边,避免了薄膜毛边一拉伸就撕裂的情况。
优选为:折边斜面311上端的宽度大于或等于拉伸缠绕膜1的宽度,以使拉伸缠绕膜1顺畅经过折边斜面311上,折边斜面311靠近膜卷33一端为上端,折边斜面311靠近压辊组32一端为下端。
同时,折边斜面311的宽度优选为由上端至下端逐渐减小,从而便于拉伸缠绕膜1形成折叠边11。
折边斜面311两侧的侧面312与折边斜面311可以垂直设置,当然,折边斜面311两侧的侧面312与折边斜面311也可以呈锐角设置。
本实施例中,所述压辊组32包括上压辊321和下压辊322,上压辊321和下压辊322上下层叠设置,形成折叠边的拉伸缠绕膜1穿过上压辊321和下压辊322之间。
制造装置3还包括卷轴34及动力驱动机构(图中未示出),卷轴34设置在压辊组32一侧,由动力驱动机构驱使卷轴34转动,经压辊组32的拉伸缠绕膜1卷绕在卷轴34上。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非对本案设计的限制,凡依本案的设计关键所做的等同变化,均落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种拉伸缠绕膜的纸芯,其特征在于:在纸芯上形成凹陷部,拉伸缠绕膜的边缘对应形成折叠边,该折叠边与拉伸缠绕膜的本体边缘叠合设置,拉伸缠绕膜卷绕在纸芯上,而拉伸缠绕膜设置折叠边部分置于纸芯的凹陷部中;所述拉伸缠绕膜设置为长方形,沿长方形的拉伸缠绕膜上、下两长边分别形成折叠边;纸芯对应设置为筒状,筒状纸芯的上、下端分别设置凹陷部,拉伸缠绕膜卷绕在纸芯上,而拉伸缠绕膜上、下设置的折叠边部分分别置于纸芯上、下端的凹陷部中;所述凹陷部的深度等于拉伸缠绕膜本体的厚度乘以卷绕的圈数。
2.一种用于如权利要求1所述的拉伸缠绕膜的制造装置,其特征在于:包括折边机和压辊组;折边机设置折边斜面,折边斜面两侧径向向下延伸分别形成侧面,两侧侧面的底边径向向内延伸分别形成底面;拉伸缠绕膜从膜卷拉出平行经过折边斜面,拉伸缠绕膜两侧分别与侧面平行贴合,经两侧侧面的拉伸缠绕膜分别径向向内与底面平行折叠形成折叠边,折叠边与拉伸缠绕膜的本体边缘叠合设置;压辊组设置在折边机一侧,形成折叠边的拉伸缠绕膜穿过压辊组;所述折边斜面上端的宽度大于或等于拉伸缠绕膜的宽度;折边斜面的宽度由上端至下端逐渐减小;所述压辊组包括上压辊和下压辊,上压辊和下压辊上下层叠设置,形成折叠边的拉伸缠绕膜穿过上压辊和下压辊之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种拉伸缠绕膜的制造装置,其特征在于:折边斜面两侧的侧面与折边斜面垂直设置,或者,折边斜面两侧的侧面与折边斜面呈锐角设置。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种拉伸缠绕膜的制造装置,其特征在于:还包括卷轴及动力驱动机构,卷轴设置在压辊组一侧,由动力驱动机构驱使卷轴转动,经压辊组的拉伸缠绕膜卷绕在卷轴上。
