本发明涉及一种高强度抗拉伸包装袋，它包括包装袋本体，在所述包装袋本体上部中间设有进料口，在所述包装袋本体下部中间设有出料口，在所述包装袋本体上部两侧上设有袖口套，所述包装袋本体由PP编织布，设在PP编织布外侧的外涂覆复合层，设在PP编织布内侧的内覆复合层，以及设在内覆复合层上的乙烯薄膜组成，所述外涂覆复合层、PP编织布、内涂覆复合层和乙烯薄膜的厚度比为（0.2‑0.3）：1：（0.2‑0.3）：（1‑1.5）。本发明高强度，抗拉伸性能好，制作方便，使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装袋，具体涉及一种复合布包装袋。
背景技术
包装袋与小编织袋相比，具有容量大、便于装卸、节省劳力、提高效率等特点。一般的包装袋都是由PP编织布或PE编织布缝制而成，在使用过程中，不仅在缝制部位容易出现物料泄漏现象，而且整体强度低，抗拉伸性能差。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种高强度，抗拉伸性能好，制作方便，使用寿命长的包装袋。
技术方案：为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所述的高强度抗拉伸包装袋，它包括包装袋本体，在所述包装袋本体上部中间设有进料口，在所述包装袋本体下部中间设有出料口，在所述包装袋本体上部两侧上设有袖口套，所述包装袋本体由PP编织布，设在PP编织布外侧的外涂覆复合层，设在PP编织布内侧的内覆复合层，以及设在内覆复合层上的乙烯薄膜组成，所述外涂覆复合层、PP编织布、内涂覆复合层和乙烯薄膜的厚度比为（0.2-0.3）：1：（0.2-0.3）：（1-1.5）。
所述袖口套平行设置。
所述外涂覆复合层和内涂覆复合层为丙烯弹性体及乙烯涂覆料混合层。
所述外涂覆复合层和内涂覆复合层的厚度比为1：1。
所述包装袋本体为热烫而成。
有益效果：本发明与现有技术相比，其显著优点是：本发明的袋身由PP编织布、内外涂覆复合层和乙烯薄膜组成的复合布热烫而成，制作方便，并且采用厚度比为（0.2-0.3）：1：（0.2-0.3）：（1-1.5）的外涂覆复合层、PP编织布、内涂覆复合层和乙烯薄膜，整体强度高，抗拉伸性能好，采用袖口套，方便装卸，本产品可使用周期长，符合实际使用要求。

如图1和图2所示，本发明所述的高强度抗拉伸包装袋，它包括包装袋本体1，在所述包装袋本体1上部中间设有进料口2，在所述包装袋本体1下部中间设有出料口3，在所述包装袋本体1上部两侧上设有袖口套4，所述包装袋本体1由PP编织布5，设在PP编织布5外侧的外涂覆复合层6，设在PP编织布5内侧的内覆复合层7，以及设在内覆复合层7上的乙烯薄膜8组成，所述外涂覆复合层6、PP编织布5、内涂覆复合层7和乙烯薄膜8的厚度比为（0.2-0.3）：1：（0.2-0.3）：（1-1.5）；所述袖口套4平行设置；所述外涂覆复合层6和内涂覆复合层7为丙烯弹性体及乙烯涂覆料混合层；所述外涂覆复合层6和内涂覆复合层7的厚度比为1：1；所述包装袋本体1为热烫而成。本发明的袋身由PP编织布、内外涂覆复合层和乙烯薄膜组成的复合布热烫而成，制作方便，并且采用厚度比为（0.2-0.3）：1：（0.2-0.3）：（1-1.5）的外涂覆复合层、PP编织布、内涂覆复合层和乙烯薄膜，整体强度高，抗拉伸性能好，采用袖口套，方便装卸，本产品可使用周期长，符合实际使用要求。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法，具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多，以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围，本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.高强度抗拉伸包装袋，其特征在于：它包括包装袋本体（1），在所述包装袋本体（1）上部中间设有进料口（2），在所述包装袋本体（1）下部中间设有出料口（3），在所述包装袋本体（1）上部两侧上设有袖口套（4），所述包装袋本体（1）由PP编织布（5），设在PP编织布（5）外侧的外涂覆复合层（6），设在PP编织布（5）内侧的内覆复合层（7），以及设在内覆复合层（7）上的乙烯薄膜（8）组成，所述外涂覆复合层（6）、PP编织布（5）、内涂覆复合层（7）和乙烯薄膜（8）的厚度比为（0.2-0.3）：1：（0.2-0.3）：（1-1.5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度抗拉伸包装袋，其特征在于：所述袖口套（4）平行设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度抗拉伸包装袋，其特征在于：所述外涂覆复合层（6）和内涂覆复合层（7）为丙烯弹性体及乙烯涂覆料混合层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度抗拉伸包装袋，其特征在于：所述外涂覆复合层（6）和内涂覆复合层（7）的厚度比为1：1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度抗拉伸包装袋，其特征在于：所述包装袋本体（1）为热烫而成。
