Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the objects, features and advantages of the invention can be more clearly understood. It should be understood that the embodiments shown in the drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but are merely intended to illustrate the spirit of the technical solution of the present invention.
Fig. 1 shows a container of a sheet, such as a Retail Display Unit (Retail Display Unit), using a hinge structure of a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the container comprises a base 1 and two pairs of side panels 2, 4. Each side panel 2, 4 also has a small door 3, 5 thereon. The small doors 3 and 5 and the side plates 2 and 4 are connected through a plurality of groups of hinge structures, so that the small doors 3 and 5 can be opened relative to the side plates 2 and 4. It should be understood that the hinge structure of the present invention is useful for other types of connections between two members.
Specifically, the hinge structure of the present invention will be described below by taking the connection of the small door 5 and the side panel 4 as an example. The hinge structure includes a hinge assembly 6 and mounting engagement structures on the wicket 5 and side panel 4.
First, the installation and matching structure of the small door 5 and the side plate 4 is explained, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, a plurality of open grooves 51 are arranged between the two wall thicknesses below the small door 5. The wall thickness of the front or rear side of the recess 51 is extended with a positioning rib 52. The positioning ribs 52 extend in the vertical direction. Meanwhile, a first hanging table 53 and a second hanging table 54 are arranged on two sides of the groove 51 from top to bottom along the height direction, wherein a section of straight wall is arranged between the first hanging table 53 and the second hanging table 54. The second hanging platform 54 is near the mouth of the groove 51. Similarly, a plurality of open grooves 41 are arranged between the two wall thicknesses above the side plate 4, and positioning ribs 42 are extended from the wall thickness of the front side or the rear side of each groove 41. Meanwhile, a first hanging table 44 and a second hanging table 43 are arranged on two sides of the groove 41 from bottom to top along the height direction, and a section of straight wall 45 is arranged between the first hanging table 44 and the second hanging table 43. The second hanging platform 43 is adjacent to the mouth of the recess 41. The first hanging platforms 44 and 53 are identical and are both inclined surfaces, and the second hanging platforms 43 and 54 are identical and are both straight surfaces. The structures of the first hanging table and the second hanging table will be described in more detail below by taking the first hanging table 53 and the second hanging table 54 as examples. As shown in FIG. 5, the first hanging platform 53 includes two consecutive inclined surfaces 53a and 53b, wherein the upper first inclined surface 53a is inclined inward and the lower second inclined surface 53b is inclined outward. The second hanging platform 54 includes a stop plane 54a substantially parallel to the bottom surface of the wicket and a bottom ramp 54 b.
The hinge assembly 6 is installed in the recess 41 of the small door and the recess 51 of the side plate, and can be operated between the first hanging tables 44, 53 and the second hanging tables 43, 54 to be switched in position. When the wicket 5 is pulled up, the hinge assembly 6 is fitted on the second hanging table 43, 54, at which time the wicket can be rotated with respect to the side plates to open the wicket. When the wicket 5 is pressed, the hinge assembly 6 is fitted on the second hanging table 44, 53, at which time the wicket cannot rotate relative to the side plate, and the hinge assembly is hidden in the wicket and the side plate.
The hinge assembly 6 is constructed as shown in fig. 6 to 9, and the hinge main body 63 has two sets (two rows) of hinge holes 631. Each hinge hole 631 has a forward limit 632 and a reverse limit 633 at one end. That is, the top end of the hinge body is provided with a forward limit 632 and a reverse limit 633, and the bottom end of the hinge body is also provided with a forward limit 632 and a reverse limit 633. The cis 632 and trans 633 limits are spaced apart and generally parallel projections. It will be appreciated that other suitable limiting structures may be employed to achieve the same function.
The hinge body 63 is engaged with the hinge pin 62 through the hinge hole 631. As shown in fig. 8, the hinge pin 62 is mainly configured as a cylinder 621, and one end of the cylinder 621 is provided with a positioning key 622 protruding radially outward, which cooperates with a positioning groove 612 in one of the hinge holes of the upper hinge base to restrict the hinge pin from rotating in the hinge hole of the upper hinge base. One end of the cylinder 621 is also provided with a retaining ring 624 for securing the hinge pin to the hinge base. The cylinder 621 is also provided with a hole 623 which allows the hinge pin 62 to deform locally itself. The two hinge pins 62 are also connected to the upper hinge base 61 and the lower hinge base 61 through the hinge holes 611, respectively. In this embodiment, the upper hinge base and the lower hinge base are identical, and therefore are labeled with the same reference numerals. It should be understood that those skilled in the art, in light of the teachings of the present invention, may modify the upper and lower hinge bases to be non-identical. The hinge base 61 will be described in detail below as an example.
The upper hinge base 61 has a body. The upper hinge base 61 is provided at the top end thereof with three hinge holes 611 spaced apart from each other. One of the hinge holes 611 is provided with a positioning groove 612. The hinge base 61 has elastic arms 613 on both sides of its body. The resilient arms 613 are angled outwardly. The distal end of the elastic arm 613 is provided with a hook 614. The hook 614 is substantially C-shaped or L-shaped. The bottom of the C-shaped letter or the corner of the L-shaped letter is provided with a guide surface 614a, and the two ends of the C-shaped letter or the L-shaped letter are respectively provided with a stop surface 614b and a hanging and buckling part 614C. The hook 614 is engaged with the first hanging platform and the second hanging platform, thereby achieving the up-and-down displacement of the hinge assembly 6 relative to the small door or the side plate. Specifically, when the wicket 5 is pulled, the hook 614 passes the inclined surface 53a in the groove, the guide surface 614a of the hook engages with the inclined surface 53b, the stop surface 614b of the hook engages with the flat surface 54a, and the catching part 614c of the hook engages with the inclined surface 54b, thereby preventing the upper hinge seat 61 from being separated from the wicket. At this time, the wicket can rotate relative to the side plate to open the wicket. When the small door 5 is pressed, the hinge assembly 6 is fitted on the second hanging table 53, at which time the small door cannot be rotated with respect to the side plate, and the hinge assembly is hidden in the small door and the side plate.
And a positioning groove 615 is further arranged on the front side or the rear side of the upper hinge seat 61, and the positioning groove 615 is matched with the positioning rib 52 to limit the left and right displacement of the upper hinge seat 61 on a side plate or a small door after installation and protect the motion stability of the upper hinge seat. In addition, the upper hinge base 61 is correspondingly provided with a forward limiting point 617 and a reverse limiting point 616 which are matched with the hinge pin 63. Specifically, the up limit 617 and the down limit 616 may be disposed between adjacent two hinge holes. The clockwise stopper 617 and the counter-clockwise stopper 616 are ribs extending in a direction parallel to the hinge axis. As is apparent from the overall assembly view of the hinge assembly 6 shown in fig. 6, due to the cooperation between the forward limit structure and the reverse limit structure, when the upper hinge base 61 and the hinge main body 63 are in a substantially parallel state, and the upper hinge base 61 is rotated by a certain angle relative to the hinge main body 63 via the hinge pin 62, a certain force is required to overcome the limit structure. This ensures the stability of the integral hinge assembly 6 when the wicket is depressed without the upper hinge mount 61 deflecting easily.
The overall mechanism of this embodiment moves as shown in fig. 10a to 10 d. Initially, the small door 5 and the side plate 4 are kept in use, and the hook 614 of the upper hinge seat 61 of the hinge assembly 6 is positioned as shown in fig. 4, so that the hinge assembly 6 can transmit the lateral force of the small door 5 or the side plate 4, and the stress deformation of the small door 5 and the side plate 4 is kept balanced. When it is desired to open the wicket 5, the wicket 5 is lifted upwards so that the hook 614 of the upper hinge mount 61 of the hinge assembly 6 reaches the position shown in fig. 5, and since the hook 614 needs to pass over the first hanging platform and then contact the second hanging platform during operation, the lifting force has a light-heavy-light variation, giving the operator a sensory feedback. It is particularly important that the first hanging platform is also close to or in contact with the hook 614 at this time, so that the upper hinge base 61 is not easily restored to the original position by gravity or an external force, and thus the operator can continue the subsequent operation without maintaining the pulling force. After the lifting action is completed, the hinge main body 63 completely extends out of the groove 41 of the side plate 4 and the groove 51 of the small door 5, and at this time, the small door 5 can be turned over and opened, it should be noted that in the turning process, any one of the upper hinge pin 62 and the lower hinge pin 62 can be used as a first rotating pivot, and the turned small door 5 is parallel to and aligned with the side plate 4.
Fig. 11 to 13d show a schematic structural view of a second embodiment of the hinge structure of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11 to 13d, the present embodiment is the same as the hinge assembly 6 of the above-described embodiment except that in the present embodiment, the groove 5a1 of the wicket 5a is provided such that the upper hinge base is fixed in the groove, while the depth of the groove 4a1 of the side panel 4a is deeper than the depth of the corresponding groove 41 of the first embodiment, so that a portion of the hinge assembly 6, which includes a portion or all of the lower hinge base and the hinge body and optionally a portion of the upper hinge base, can move up and down in the groove 41.
Specifically, only one hanging table 5a2 is provided on both side walls of the groove 5a1 of the small door 51a, respectively. The hanging table 5a2 cooperates with the hook of the upper hinge base to secure the upper hinge base within the recess 5a1 of the wicket. A first hanging table 4a2 and a second hanging table 4a3 are arranged in the groove 4a1 of the side plate 4 a. The structures of the first hanging table 4a2 and the second hanging table 4a3 are the same as the first hanging table 44 and the second hanging table 43, respectively, and the positions thereof are not described in detail.
The overall mechanism of this embodiment moves as shown in fig. 13a to 13 d. Initially, the small door 5a and the side plate 4a are kept in use, and the hook 614 of the upper hinge seat 61 of the hinge assembly 6 is positioned as shown in fig. 11, so that the hinge assembly 6 can transmit the lateral force of the small door 5a or the side plate 4a, and the stress deformation of the two is kept balanced. When it is desired to open the small door 5a, the small door 5a is pulled upward so that the hook 614 of the lower hinge base 61 of the hinge assembly 6 reaches the position shown in fig. 12, and since the hook 614 needs to go over the first hanging table and then contact the second hanging table during operation, the force of the pulling has a light-heavy-light variation, giving the operator a sense feedback. It is particularly important that the first hanging platform is also close to or in contact with the hook 614 at this time, so that the lower hinge base 61 is not easily restored to the original position by gravity or an external force, and thus the operator can continue the subsequent operation without maintaining the pulling force. After the lifting action is completed, the hinge main body 63 completely extends out of the groove 4a1 of the side plate 4a and the groove 5a1 of the small door 5a, and at this time, the small door 5a can be turned over to be opened, and it should be noted that, in the turning process, any one of the upper hinge pin 62 and the lower hinge pin 62 can be used as a first rotating pivot, and the turned small door 5a is parallel to and aligned with the side plate 4 a.
The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that the second embodiment is more flexible in the selection of the open groove, and is used in the occasion where the structural space of the small door and the side plate is required, but the groove of the second embodiment, which can displace the hinge assembly, is slightly larger in size, has poor strength, and is inconvenient to use due to the structure similar to the positioning rib, so that the reliability and the operation experience of the whole hinge structure are slightly inferior to those of the first embodiment.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described in detail, it should be understood that various changes and modifications of the invention can be effected therein by those skilled in the art after reading the above teachings of the invention. Such equivalents are intended to fall within the scope of the claims appended hereto.
