[Industrial application fields]
[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an assembling box that can be easily assembled from a folded state and can be easily folded. Specifically, a side plate connected to each side edge of a rectangular bottom plate via a hinge portion is directed toward the bottom plate. The present invention relates to an assemblable synthetic resin container that can be folded inward.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, assembling-type synthetic resin containers are used for transporting vegetables, fruits and the like from producers to wholesalers and further to retailers. Synthetic resin containers are excellent in durability and can be used repeatedly, and are frequently used in place of cardboard boxes from the viewpoint of resource saving that has been raised in recent years. These containers are provided with a protrusion protruding on one side of the joint surface of the side plates to be combined, and a protrusion on which the hook is locked on the other side. The protruding piece is provided in the through hole, and is assembled by fitting the hook into the through hole and locking the hook to the protruding piece.
[0003]
An example of such a container is a synthetic resin container described in Japanese Patent No. 3093901. This container is described as follows with respect to the assembly structure in FIG. 9 and paragraph number 0017 of the publication. That is, “a through hole 21 is formed in the edge surface 19 of the side wall portions 3 and 5 facing each other, and a locking hook 20 corresponding to the through hole 21 of the edge surface 19 is formed on the inner wall surface of the edge portion of the side wall 2. Preferably, the side walls are locked with respect to each other by being formed so as to be up and down with each other, and when the side walls are in the upright deployed position, the locking ends 20 can be press-fitted into the corresponding through holes 21. This lock is releasable and the locking end 20 can be pulled out of the through hole 21 by gently pulling the corresponding side walls 2, 5 against each other. "
[0004]
Moreover, there is a synthetic resin container described in JP-T-11-504300. The assembly structure of this container is described as follows in FIGS. 5 to 7 and pages 8 to 9 of the publication. That is, “the pressing lever 5 has a sufficient length so that it can be lightly operated by a finger in the direction of the arrow F, and as a result, the cross bar 9 pivots about the hinge point 8, thereby It turns in the direction which leaves | separates the end 10. When the snap fitting part 10 turns in the direction away from the snap fitting protrusion part 11 by operation of the corresponding lever 5, the narrow side wall 2 is moved by operation which applies further pressure with a finger | toe. Folding inward toward the bottom 3 beyond the longitudinal side wall 1, the narrow side wall 2 is automatically folded as soon as the lever 5 is pressed with a finger. "
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The synthetic resin container described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent No. 3093901 does not pull the corresponding side walls 2 and 5 lightly relative to each other, that is, pushes down the side walls 3 and 5 on which the through holes 21 are provided. The locked state is released by pulling up the side walls 2 and 4 on which the locking end 20 is provided. Accordingly, when a concentrated load is applied to the bottom plate from below for some reason during use, the side walls 2 and 4 on which the locking end 20 is provided are pushed up, and the locking end 20 is removed from the through hole 21. May be pulled out. When the locking end 20 is pulled out from the through hole 21, the locked state is released, and there is a possibility that the load collapses.
[0006]
The synthetic resin container described in JP-T-11-504300 does not release the locked state even if the corresponding side walls are displaced in the vertical direction with respect to each other, but there is only one lock part. In addition, when the lever is applied with a concentrated load from the horizontal direction, the locked state is released and the side wall is acted on in the direction of folding operation. Therefore, when a load is applied as it is, there is a problem that the assembled state cannot be maintained.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the present situation, and does not provide an assembly-type synthetic resin container that improves safety and is easy to operate as a lock structure that can maintain the assembled state unless the lock state is intentionally released. It is what.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows. That is, the assembly-type synthetic resin container according to the present invention includes a bottom plate and four side plates that are foldably connected to the bottom plate, and each of the side plates can be folded inward. The first lock portion and the second lock portion that hold the assembled state are provided on the joint surfaces of the side plates that are joined at the corners . The first lock portion includes a pair of opposing side plates, a hook projecting in parallel to the side plates on the inner side surfaces of both ends, and an outer surface of a joining piece projecting from the opposite side plates to a pair of opposing side plates. A through-hole is provided in the base plate, and a projecting piece for locking the hook is formed on the lower surface of the through-hole. Further, the second lock portion has an upper end portion outer surface of the joining piece as an inclined surface, a step portion is formed on the inner surface of the upper end portion, and a through hole is provided in a side plate formed by protruding the hook, A lifting lever formed by forming a finger hanging piece so as to cover the upper surface side of the lock plate in the through hole is disposed in parallel to the side plate, and a part of the finger hanging piece is connected to the side plate so as to bend, On the inner surface of the lifting lever, a locking piece that slides on the inclined surface and engages with the stepped portion is projected. And it is preferable to provide the recessed part which inserts a part of said inclined surface in the edge part inner surface of the side plate formed by protrudingly providing the said hook. Further, the first lock portion can be formed by a plurality of hooks and projecting pieces provided on the lower surface of the through hole.
[0009]

The lifting levers 47 and 47 are disposed inside the through hole 50 as is apparent from FIGS. The lifting levers 47, 47 are provided with finger-hooking pieces 52, 52 so as to cover the upper surfaces of the substantially elliptical lock plates 51, 51, and the ends of the finger-holding pieces 52, 52 are connected to the side walls of the side plates 33, 34. In addition, locking pieces 53 and 53 are provided so as to project perpendicularly to the inner surfaces of the lock plates 51 and 51.
[0017]
The finger-hanging pieces 52 and 52 protrude to the outer surface side of the lock plates 51 and 51 so that fingers can be hooked from the outside of the side plates 33 and 34. Further, the finger-hanging pieces 52, 52 are connected to the side plates 33, 34 with the width direction being a horizontal plane, and the periphery of the lock plate 51 is connected to the through-hole 50 except for the connecting portion of the finger-hanging pieces 52, 52. There is a gap between them. Therefore, the connection part vicinity 55 of the finger-hanging pieces 52, 52 can be bent in the vertical direction and has a spring action.
[0018]
Further, a part of the engaging portions 48, 48 provided on both side end surfaces of the side plates 35, 36 on the long side on the surface where the hooks 41, 41 on the inner side surfaces of the end portions of the side plates 33, 34 on the short side are projected. Are provided (see FIGS. 6 and 7). The recesses 54 and 54 are provided at positions substantially opposite to the locking pieces 53 and 53 and open inward.
[0019]
Next, the engaging portions 48 and 48 constituting the second lock portion 46 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. The engaging portions 48, 48 are formed by forming the inner surfaces of the upper end portions of the joining pieces 38, 38 as stepped portions 57 with which the engaging pieces 53 of the lifting lever 47 are engaged, and the upper end surface as an inclined surface 58. ing. Therefore, when assembling the side plates 33 and 34 on the short side and the side plates 35 and 36 on the long side, the engaging pieces 48 and 48 are moved up to the opposite side of the engaging piece 53 while being pushed up by the inclined surface 58. When the piece 53 reaches the position of the stepped portion 57, it is pushed down by the spring action of the finger hooking piece 52, so that it engages with the stepped portion 57.
[0020]
Next, the operation of the first lock portion 40 and the second lock portion 46 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIGS. FIGS. 10 to 13 are cross-sectional views for explaining the locking operation and the unlocking operation, in which the interval between the first lock portion 40 and the second lock portion 46 is narrowed. In order to assemble from the folded state, first, when the side plates 33 and 34 on the short side are raised, and then the side plates 35 and 36 on the long side are raised, the hooks 41 forming the first lock portion 40 are sequentially penetrated from below. Fit into the hole 44. In the second lock portion 46, the locking piece 53 of the lifting lever 47 is pushed up by the inclined surface 58 of the engaging portion 48 (see FIG. 10).
[0021]
Further, when the side plates 35 and 36 on the long side are erected and joined to the inner surfaces of the edge portions of the side plates 33 and 34 on the short side, when the locking piece 53 exceeds the inclined surface 58, It is pushed down by the spring action of the neighborhood 55 and engages with the stepped portion 57. At the same time, the engaging portion 42 of the hook 41 is engaged with the protruding piece 45 in the through hole 44, and a part of the engaging portion 48 is inserted into the concave portion 54 (FIGS. 4 and 5). FIG. 11). In this way, it is possible to assemble simply by raising the side plates 33 and 34 on the short side and the side plates 35 and 36 on the long side.
[0022]
The assembled container 30 is maintained in the assembled state by the first lock portion 40 when either the short side plates 33, 34 or the long side plates 35, 36 receive a horizontal pressing force. When the pressing force in the vertical direction is received, the assembled state is held by the second lock portion 46, and a robust container can be obtained.
[0023]
In order to fold from the assembled state, the locked state of the first lock part 40 and the second lock part 46 is released. First, as shown in FIG. 9, the side plates 35 and 36 on the long side are pushed down simultaneously. The lifting lever 47 may be pulled up. When the side plates 35 and 36 on the long side are pushed down, the engagement state between the locking portion 42 of the hook 41 and the protruding piece 45 in the through hole 44 is released (see FIG. 12). Next, when the lifting lever 47 is lifted, the engagement state between the locking piece 53 and the stepped portion 57 is released (see FIG. 13).
[0024]
With the first lock part 40 and the second lock part 46 unlocked, the long side side plates 35 and 36 are tilted inward toward the bottom plate 32, and then the short side side plates 33 and 34 are tilted. Good. When releasing the lock in this manner, the thumb is pushed down by placing the thumb on the upper ends of the side plates 35 and 36 on the long side, and at the same time, if the forefinger is hung on the finger-holding piece 52 of the lifting lever 47 and pushed up, the thumb and the index finger are pinched. By such an operation, the lock can be easily released.
[0025]
In addition, although the said embodiment demonstrated the preferable embodiment which provided the 1st lock part and the 2nd lock part, it is also possible to abbreviate | omit the 1st lock part and to set it as the structure only of a 2nd lock part. The second lock portion itself can be held in a locked state without being released even with a pressing force in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. As described above, when only the second lock portion is used, the joint surfaces of the side plates joined at the corners are locked in the horizontal direction as described in JP-A-11-504300. Thus, it is preferable to have a combined structure of a protruding piece and a groove.
[0026]
Further, in the above embodiment, the through hole 44 is provided in the joint piece 38 that protrudes integrally and the upper end portion is the engaging portion 48. However, the joint piece 38 is divided and provided so as to penetrate each joint piece. It is good also as an engaging part by providing a hole and providing a step part and an inclined surface in another joining piece.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, since the second lock portion having a release direction different from that of the first lock portion is provided in the present invention, the lock is released regardless of whether a pressing force is applied from either the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. Thus, a robust and safe assembly type synthetic resin container can be obtained. Further, both the first lock portion and the second lock portion can be easily locked only by an operation of raising the side plate. Further, since the locked state can be released by a natural operation of pinching with the thumb and forefinger, the operation is easy and the workability is excellent.
