Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The seat harness is a more specific part of the automobile harness system, and since the seat, particularly the driver and co-driver seat, needs to be adjusted back and forth, the seat harness cannot be fixed at a certain point or adhered to a certain plane, and in order to be able to meet the requirement of the maximum movable range of the seat back and forth, a sufficient design margin needs to be reserved for the seat harness. Thus, not only is the whole lower part of the seat messy, but also along with the back-and-forth movement of the seat, a longer seat wire harness can move onto the seat slide rail, and the slide block and the slide rail squeeze the wire harness to damage the wire harness.
In order to solve the above-described problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a wire harness tightening mechanism applied to a seat wire harness of a vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a wire harness tightening mechanism includes an elastic member 4, a first end of the elastic member 4 is fixedly connected with a seat wire harness 1, a second end of the elastic member 4 is fixed on a floor 3 of a vehicle, the first end of the elastic member 4 faces forward of the seat 2, the second end of the elastic member 4 faces rearward of the seat 2, and a maximum stretching length of the elastic member 4 is greater than or equal to a maximum moving distance of the seat 2; wherein, the first end of the seat harness 1 is fixedly connected to the seat 2 of the vehicle, and the second end of the seat harness 1 is drooping from the seat 2 to the floor 3 of the vehicle and extends to the rear of the seat 2 through the floor 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first end of the elastic member 4 faces the front of the seat 2, and the second end of the elastic member 4 faces the rear of the seat 2. This is advantageous in that the biasing force of the elastic member 4 applied to the seat harness 1 is a rearward pulling force, so that the second end of the seat harness 1 is ensured to be in a tendency to retract toward the rear of the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the maximum stretching length of the elastic member 4 is greater than or equal to the maximum moving distance of the seat 2 in order to ensure that the seat 2 can freely move within the allowable moving distance thereof.
The embodiment of the invention realizes the tightening of the seat wire harness 1 by utilizing the retractility of the elastic component 4 and the acting force applied to the seat wire harness 1. Specifically, the retractility of the elastic member 4 ensures that the seat 2 can move forward and backward; the force applied to the seat harness 1 by the elastic member 4 can keep the seat harness 1 in a state of being constantly stretched, and the seat harness 1 can be retracted in accordance with a desired track under the force. Thus, the seat wire harness 1 below the seat 2 can be kept continuously tight, and the problem that the seat wire harness 1 below the existing vehicle seat 2 is piled up and messy is solved.
Alternatively, the length of the elastic member 4 is a free length when the seat 2 is in the rearmost position; when the seat 2 moves forward, the elastic member 4 is in a stretched state.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the seat 2 is at the rearmost position, the length of the elastic component 4 is a free length, namely, the elastic component 4 is in a non-working state or a free state; when the seat 2 moves forward, the seat harness 1 is pulled backward by the elastic member 4 as the seat harness 1 also moves forward; when the seat 2 moves from front to rear, the seat harness 1 can be repositioned according to a predetermined trajectory by the pulling force. When the seat 2 is in the rearmost position, the elastic component 4 is in a free state, which is beneficial to furthest reducing the work load of the elastic component 4 and prolonging the normal service life of the elastic component 4.
Alternatively, the elastic member 4 is located below the seat 2.
In the embodiment of the invention, the elastic member 4 is located below the seat 2, and on the one hand, the space below the seat 2 is generally an idle space and is relatively hidden, and the elastic member 4 is arranged in the space, so that not only the normal riding of passengers is not affected, but also the passengers can be prevented from being damaged. On the other hand, the elastic member 4 is provided below the seat 2, so that the moment between the elastic member 4 and the seat 2 can be reduced, and the effect of the force exerted by the elastic member 4 can be improved.
Optionally, the wire harness tightening mechanism further includes a wire harness clip 5 fixed to the seat wire harness 1, and the first end of the elastic member 4 is connected to the wire harness clip 5.
The connection between the elastic member 4 and the seat harness 1 may be achieved in various ways, for example, the connection between the two may be achieved by simple rope binding, the connection between the two may be achieved by adhesive material, and any other possible connection method may be used. In the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the harness clip 5 is fixed to the seat harness 1, and the first end of the elastic member 4 is connected to the harness clip 5. The wire harness clamp 5 clamps the seat wire harness 1 by using clamping force, so that the structure is simple, the use is convenient, and the connection part of the seat wire harness 1 and the elastic part 4 can be optionally adjusted.
Optionally, a first end of the elastic component 4 is provided with a first hook 6, the harness clip 5 is provided with a second hook 7, and the first hook 6 is hooked with the second hook 7.
In order to make the connection between the elastic member 4 and the harness clip 5 more convenient and faster, in the embodiment of the present invention, a first hook 6 may be disposed at a first end of the elastic member 4, a second hook 7 may be disposed on the harness clip 5, and the first hook 6 is hooked with the second hook 7.
Optionally, the wire harness tightening mechanism further includes a third hook 8 disposed on the floor 3, a fourth hook 9 is disposed at the second end of the elastic member 4, and the third hook 8 is hooked with the fourth hook 9.
In order to make the connection between the elastic member 4 and the floor 3 more convenient and quick, in the embodiment of the invention, a third hook 8 may be disposed on the floor 3, a fourth hook 9 is disposed at the second end of the elastic member 4, and the third hook 8 is hooked with the fourth hook 9.
Alternatively, the elastic member 4 is a coil spring.
The elastic member 4 may be a coil spring, a disc spring, a ring spring, a plate spring, or the like. Since the tail of the coil spring itself has a hook, the elastic member 4 may be a coil spring in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, a carpet 10 is further laid on the floor 3, the wire harness tightening mechanism is disposed under the carpet 10, and a portion of the seat wire harness 1 on the floor 3 is covered with the carpet 10.
In order to maintain the cleanliness of the floor 3 of the vehicle, a carpet 10 is laid on the floor 3 of most vehicles, and the wire harness tightening mechanism can be arranged below the carpet 10, so that the wire harness tightening mechanism has certain protection and hiding functions. The seat harness 1 may extend from the side of the carpet 10 into the underside of the carpet 10 for covering.
Optionally, the carpet 10 is provided with a hole 11 through which the seat wire harness 1 passes, and the second end of the seat wire harness 1 passes through the hole 11.
The hole 11 for the seat wire harness 1 to pass through is formed in the carpet 10, so that the seat wire harness 1 can be better fixed or restrained at the position below the seat 2, the seat wire harness 1 is prevented from running, and the seat wire harness 1 is further standardized.
The embodiment of the invention also relates to a vehicle, which comprises a seat 2 and a seat wire harness 1, wherein a first end of the seat wire harness 1 is fixedly connected to the seat 2, a second end of the seat wire harness 1 is drooped from the seat 2 to a floor 3 of the vehicle and extends to the rear of the seat 2 through the floor 3, and the vehicle further comprises the wire harness tightening mechanism applied to the seat wire harness 1.
