Abstract

一种基于发动机与电机的混合动力系统及其动力输出方法,混合动力系统包括与离合器相连的发动机,所述的离合器连接变速器输入轴,变速器输入轴经过同步器以及动力耦合器连接变速器输出轴,变速器输出轴上空套电机的电机空心轴;所述的同步器与动力耦合器旁路设有中间轴,中间轴能够将动力传递至变速器输出轴。混合动力输出方法按纯发动机模式、电机辅助模式、纯电机模式以及混动模式分别控制,解决了换挡时动力中断的问题,电机与变速器相互独立的工作,提高了工作效率,输入扭矩、转速范围非常大,能够适应复杂工况。

技术领域
本发明涉及动力系统,具体为一种基于发动机与电机的混合动力系统及其动力输出方法。
背景技术
目前,国内外传统的并联式混合动力系统都是将电机布置在离合器后面,电机轴直接作为变速器的输入轴,这样在进行换挡时,就会产生动力中断;同时,采用AMT变速器,换挡时由于电机轴存在转动惯量,故对换挡影响较大;另外,当发动机和电机同时工作时,由于二者转速相同,不能独立运行于各自的高效率区间,故经济性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术中的问题,提供一种基于发动机与电机的混合动力系统及其动力输出方法,两种动力输入相互独立、互不影响,输入的扭矩及转速范围较大。
为了实现上述目的,本发明混合动力系统采用的技术方案为:包括通过动力耦合装置结合在一起的机械动力装置和电动力装置,动力耦合装置连接机械变速装置进行动力输出;
所述的机械动力装置为发动机,机械变速装置为变速器,变速器输入轴通过离合器与发动机连接;变速器输入轴上固定连接的输入轴齿轮与中间轴上固定连接的中间轴驱动齿轮常啮合;中间轴上固定设有若干个中间轴档位齿轮,中间轴档位齿轮与变速器输出轴上空套的输出轴档位齿轮常啮合,变速器输出轴上空套的输出轴档位齿轮通过同步器或滑套与变速器输出轴结合,变速器输出轴将动力输出;电动力装置包括由电池驱动的电机,电机通过电机空心轴将动力输出,电机空心轴空套在变速器输出轴上;动力耦合装置包括设置在电机空心轴上的动力耦合器以及与变速器输出轴固定连接的第一耦合器齿轮和第二耦合器齿轮,第二耦合器齿轮空套在电机空心轴上并与中间轴上固定连接的中间轴档位齿轮常啮合。
所述的动力耦合器采用变速箱挂挡滑套或同步器,所述的第一耦合器齿轮和第二耦合器齿轮具有能够与同步器或者滑套结合的结合齿。
所述的中间轴包括旁路设置在同步器与动力耦合器两侧的第一中间轴和第二中间轴。
所述的电机采用永磁同步电机,且永磁同步电机的电机轴为电机空心轴。
本发明混合动力输出方法包括纯发动机模式、电机辅助模式、纯电机模式以及混动模式:
Ⅰ.纯发动机模式:发动机驱动整车行驶、执行机构控制同步器进行换挡,动力耦合器处于空挡,电机不进行驱动;
Ⅱ.电机辅助模式:发动机驱动整车行驶,同步器置于空档进行换挡时,控制动力耦合器的动力耦合器齿毂与第一耦合器齿轮相结合,电机直驱辅助驱动防止换挡过程出现动力中断;
Ⅲ.纯电机模式;
3.1.两同步器处于空挡位置,控制动力耦合器的动力耦合器齿毂与第一耦合器齿轮结合,电机的动力直接输入变速器输出轴进行动力输出;
3.2.动力耦合器齿毂与第二耦合器齿轮结合,同步器挂上某挡位时,电机的动力通过动力耦合器传递到中间轴上,再传递到变速器输出轴进行动力输出;
Ⅳ.混动模式;
4.1.当同步器挂上某挡位时,控制动力耦合器齿毂与第一耦合器齿轮结合,发动机的动力和电机的动力直接在变速器输出轴进行耦合之后输出;
4.2.当同步器挂上某挡位时,控制动力耦合器齿毂与第二耦合器齿轮结合,电机的动力经过动力耦合器传递到中间轴上,再经过中间轴与发动机的动力耦合之后从变速器输出轴输出。
所述的同步器包括由同一执行机构控制换挡的第一同步器和第二同步器,挂挡时两个同步器中只有一个挂上某挡位。
所述的中间轴包括旁路设置在同步器与动力耦合器两侧的第一中间轴和第二中间轴,且两个中间轴均与动力耦合器配合,将动力传递到变速器输出轴上。
与现有技术相比,本发明混合动力系统具有如下的有益效果:发动机与电机两个动力源独立工作,使得换挡时变速器输出轴仍有一个动力输出,解决了传统并联混动系统换挡时的动力中断问题。传统并联混动系统电机轴作为AMT变速器的输入轴,电机的转动惯量对换挡过程影响大,而本发明混动系统电机与变速器输入轴互相独立,故对换挡没有影响。与传统并联混动系统相比,本发明的电机与发动机能够处于不同的转速区间,通过调整各自动力源处于高效率区间,提高了经济性。本发明混动系统的两个独立动力源输入扭矩、转速范围非常大,比行星齿轮系统速比、扭矩范围还要大,故能够适应复杂的行驶工况。
与现有技术相比,本发明混合动力输出方法包括纯发动机模式、电机辅助模式、纯电机模式以及混动模式四种控制过程,满足了不同条件下的工作需求。在混动模式下,发动机与电机互不影响,能够独立工作在自己的高效率区,故经济性比传统方式要好很多。

参见图1,本发明混合动力系统包括通过动力耦合装置结合在一起的机械动力装置和电动力装置,动力耦合装置连接机械变速装置进行动力输出;机械动力装置为发动机,机械变速装置为变速器,变速器输入轴3通过离合器1与发动机2连接;变速器输入轴3上固定连接的输入轴齿轮与中间轴上固定连接的中间轴驱动齿轮常啮合;中间轴上固定设有若干个中间轴档位齿轮,中间轴档位齿轮与变速器输出轴5上空套的输出轴档位齿轮常啮合,变速器输出轴5上空套的输出轴档位齿轮通过同步器或滑套与变速器输出轴5结合,变速器输出轴5将动力输出;电动系统包括由电池驱动的电机6,电机6通过电机空心轴7将动力输出,电机空心轴7空套在变速器输出轴5上;动力耦合装置包括设置在电机空心轴7上的动力耦合器4以及与变速器输出轴5固定连接的第一耦合器齿轮12和第二耦合器齿轮13,第二耦合器齿轮13空套在电机空心轴7上并与中间轴上固定连接的中间轴档位齿轮常啮合。动力耦合器4采用变速箱挂挡滑套或同步器,第一耦合器齿轮12和第二耦合器齿轮13具有能够与同步器或者滑套结合的结合齿。中间轴包括旁路设置在同步器与动力耦合器4两侧的第一中间轴10和第二中间轴11。电机6采用永磁同步电机,且永磁同步电机的电机轴为电机空心轴7。
动力耦合器4可以在操控装置的操控下选择与第一耦合器齿轮12或第二耦合器齿轮13进行结合,也可以处于中间位置不进行动力耦合。本发明变速器的同步器能够分别向两侧方向进行挂挡,当动力耦合器4的耦和器齿毂14向左与第一耦合器齿轮12结合时,电机6的动力直接输入到变速器输出轴5,当动力耦合器4的耦和器齿毂14向右与第二耦合器齿轮13结合时,电机6的动力输出到两个中间轴上,再由两个中间轴输入到变速器输出轴5。
本发明混合动力输出方法包括纯发动机模式、电机辅助模式、纯电机模式以及混动模式,四种模式的控制过程分别为:
Ⅰ.纯发动机模式:
发动机驱动整车行驶、执行机构控制同步器进行换挡,第一同步器8与第二同步器9为同一执行机构控制,纯发动机模式下控制两个同步器进行换挡,动力耦合器4在空挡位,此时电机6不驱动,避免了电机转动惯量的影响;
Ⅱ.电机辅助模式:
发动机驱动整车行驶,当同步器置于空档进行换挡时,控制动力耦合器4的动力耦合器齿毂14与第一耦合器齿轮12相结合,电机6直驱辅助驱动防止换挡过程出现动力中断;
Ⅲ.纯电机模式:
3.1.两同步器均处于空挡位置,控制动力耦合器4的动力耦合器齿毂14与第一耦合器齿轮12结合,电机6的动力直接输入变速器输出轴5进行动力输出;
3.2.动力耦合器齿毂14与第二耦合器齿轮13结合,同步器挂上某挡位时,电机6的动力通过动力耦合器4传递到中间轴上,再传递到变速器输出轴5进行动力输出;
Ⅳ.混动模式:
4.1.当同步器挂上某挡位时,控制动力耦合器齿毂14与第一耦合器齿轮12相结合,发动机2的动力和电机6的动力直接在变速器输出轴5进行耦合之后输出;
4.2.当同步器挂上某挡位时,控制动力耦合器齿毂14与第二耦合器齿轮13结合,电机6的动力经过动力耦合器4传递到中间轴上,再经过中间轴与发动机2的动力耦合之后从变速器输出轴5进行输出。
由于在混动模式下,发动机2与电机6的工作互不影响,能够独立运行在自己的高效率区,故经济性比传统的混合动力系统要好很多。

3.一种如权利要求1所述基于发动机与电机的混合动力系统的动力输出方法,其特征在于,包括纯发动机模式、电机辅助模式、纯电机模式以及混动模式,控制过程分别为:
Ⅰ.纯发动机模式:发动机驱动整车行驶、执行机构控制同步器进行换挡,动力耦合器(4)处于空挡,电机(6)不进行驱动;
Ⅱ.电机辅助模式:发动机驱动整车行驶,当同步器置于空档进行换挡时,控制动力耦合器(4)的动力耦合器齿毂(14)与第一耦合器齿轮(12)相结合,电机(6)直驱辅助驱动防止换挡过程出现动力中断;
Ⅲ.纯电机模式;
3.1.两同步器处于空挡位置,控制动力耦合器(4)的动力耦合器齿毂(14)与第一耦合器齿轮(12)结合,电机(6)的动力直接输入变速器输出轴(5)进行动力输出;
3.2.动力耦合器齿毂(14)与第二耦合器齿轮(13)结合,同步器挂上某挡位时,电机(6)的动力通过动力耦合器(4)传递到中间轴上,再传递到变速器输出轴(5)进行动力输出;
Ⅳ.混动模式;
4.1.当同步器挂上某挡位时,控制动力耦合器齿毂(14)与第一耦合器齿轮(12)结合,发动机(2)的动力和电机(6)的动力直接在变速器输出轴(5)进行耦合之后输出;
4.2.当同步器挂上某挡位时,控制动力耦合器齿毂(14)与第二耦合器齿轮(13)结合,电机(6)的动力经过动力耦合器(4)传递到中间轴上,再经过中间轴与发动机(2)的动力耦合之后从变速器输出轴(5)输出。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力输出方法,其特征在于:所述的同步器包括由同一执行机构控制换挡的第一同步器(8)和第二同步器(9),挂挡时两个同步器中只有一个挂上某挡位。
5.根据权利要求4所述的动力输出方法,其特征在于:所述的中间轴包括旁路设置在同步器与动力耦合器(4)两侧的第一中间轴(10)和第二中间轴(11),且两个中间轴均与动力耦合器(4)配合,将动力传递到变速器输出轴(5)上。
