本发明公开了一种卡接式金属复合板,包括:上金属板、下金属板、凸条、不锈钢柱体、榫槽,其特征在于:所述凸条呈倒置的等腰梯形结构,且由外向内纵向延伸,所述凸条均匀固接在下金属板的上端面上,且各个凸条之间互为平行,所述凸条的上端面上开有下豁口,所述上金属板下端面对应于凸条的位置开有榫槽,所述榫槽上侧对应于下豁口开有上豁口,所述上豁口与下豁口纵向延伸且与凸条的纵向长度相等,所述上金属板与下金属板通过凸条与榫槽榫接在一起,所述不锈钢柱体被夹持在上豁口与下豁口之间。本发明具有抗剥离程度高、不易变形的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡接式金属复合板,应用于复合板材技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,金属复合板逐步代替传统板材,被广泛应用在建筑、家具、家用电器等领域,金属复合板一般由两种或两种以上的金属板材胶粘而成,既保留原有菜鸟的特性,又能客服原有材料的不足,但在实际使用过程中,由于金属复合板是粘接而成的,其抗剥离强度和抗疲劳强度是有限的,在某些特定场合如电梯等重量较重的场所,不能使用,具有一定的制约性。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种卡接式金属复合板,具有抗剥离强度高、不易变形的优点。
本发明公开了一种卡接式金属复合板,包括:上金属板、下金属板、凸条、不锈钢柱体、榫槽,所述凸条呈倒置的等腰梯形结构,且由外向内纵向延伸,所述凸条均匀固接在下金属板的上端面上,且各个凸条之间互为平行,所述凸条的上端面上开有下豁口,所述上金属板下端面对应于凸条的位置开有榫槽,所述榫槽上侧对应于下豁口开有上豁口,所述上豁口与下豁口纵向延伸且与凸条的纵向长度相等,所述上金属板与下金属板通过凸条与榫槽榫接在一起,所述不锈钢柱体被夹持在上豁口与下豁口之间。
所述不锈钢柱体、上豁口、下豁口的数目相等,均为4-6个。
所述凸条与下金属板为一体成型结构。
所述不锈钢柱体4为正六边形结构。
采用本技术方案,具有以下优益效果:
1、抗剥离强度高;
2、不易变形。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本发明公开了一种卡接式金属复合板,包括:上金属板1、下金属板2、凸条3、不锈钢柱体4、榫槽5,所述凸条3呈倒置的等腰梯形结构,且由外向内纵向延伸,所述凸条3均匀固接在下金属板2的上端面上,且各个凸条3之间互为平行,所述凸条3的上端面上开有下豁口31,所述上金属板1下端面对应于凸条3的位置开有榫槽5,所述榫槽5上侧对应于下豁口31开有上豁口51,所述上豁口51与下豁口31纵向延伸且与凸条3的纵向长度相等,所述上金属板1与下金属板2通过凸条3与榫槽5榫接在一起,所述不锈钢柱体4被夹持在上豁口51与下豁口31之间。
所述不锈钢柱体4、上豁口51、下豁口31的数目相等,均为4-6个。
所述凸条3与下金属板2为一体成型结构。
所述不锈钢柱体4为正六边形结构。
本发明是这样实施的:通过凸条3与榫槽5榫接上金属板1与下金属板2,然后在加以胶粘,其抗剥离程度远远高于传统复合金属板,其次加以不锈钢主体4填充,能够有效防止两侧受压变形,提升复合金属板的抗疲劳能力。。

1.一种卡接式金属复合板,包括:上金属板、下金属板、凸条、不锈钢柱体、榫槽,其特征在于:所述凸条呈倒置的等腰梯形结构,且由外向内纵向延伸,所述凸条均匀固接在下金属板的上端面上,且各个凸条之间互为平行,所述凸条的上端面上开有下豁口,所述上金属板下端面对应于凸条的位置开有榫槽,所述榫槽上侧对应于下豁口开有上豁口,所述上豁口与下豁口纵向延伸且与凸条的纵向长度相等,所述上金属板与下金属板通过凸条与榫槽榫接在一起,所述不锈钢柱体被夹持在上豁口与下豁口之间。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种卡接式金属复合板,其特征在于:所述不锈钢柱体、上豁口、下豁口的数目相等,均为4-6个。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种卡接式金属复合板,其特征在于:所述凸条与下金属板为一体成型结构。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种卡接式金属复合板,其特征在于:所述不锈钢柱体4为正六边形结构。
