发明的目的:本发明公开了一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维及纳米驱蚊母粒的制备方法,所述的远红外负离子驱蚊纤维具有美肤健肤、减少呼吸道疾病、改善睡眠质量、改善心肌营养,有效降低三高,促进血液循环,还可以净化空气、杀菌和除臭作用,驱蚊效果持久温度,安全环保、无毒无害,防螨效果良好,有效的降低螨虫和细菌的繁殖和滋长。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明公开了一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,包括第一基层纤维层、抗菌纤维层、远红外纤维层、负离子纤维层、第二基层纤维层和防螨涂层,所述第一基层纤维层和第二基层纤维层为木棉纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层的上端交叉搭接设有抗菌纤维层,所述抗菌纤维层的上端设有远红外纤维层,所述远红外纤维层的上端设有负离子纤维层,所述负离子纤维层的上端设有第二基层纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层和第二基层纤维层中含有纳米驱蚊母粒,所述第一基层纤维层和第二层纤维层远离负离子纤维层的一侧设有防螨涂层。
进一步的,上述一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,所述抗菌纤维层为竹纤维。竹纤维具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外功能,同时还具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性和较强的耐磨性能。

进一步的,上述一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维的纳米驱蚊母粒的制备方法,以纳米驱蚊粉体与载体树脂的总质量为基准,所述步骤(2)中的纳米驱蚊母粒中的纳米驱蚊粉体占纳米驱蚊母粒的质量分数为20%,载体树脂占纳米驱蚊母粒的质量分数为80%。
实施例1-3所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维的纳米驱蚊母粒的制备方法所得的纳米驱蚊母粒具有稳定持久的驱蚊效果。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,基层纤维层中含有中草药类纳米驱蚊母粒,环保健康、无毒无害,驱虫蚊蝇等的困扰,驱蚊效果稳定持久;负离子纤维层释放负离子;远红外纤维层释放远红外线,从而促进人体血液循环,杀菌,健肤美肤,除螨效果良好,有效的降低螨虫和细菌的繁殖和滋长;纳米驱蚊母粒的制备方法简单,成本低。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,其特征在于:包括第一基层纤维层、抗菌纤维层、远红外纤维层、负离子纤维层、第二基层纤维层和防螨涂层,所述第一基层纤维层和第二基层纤维层为木棉纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层的上端交叉搭接设有抗菌纤维层,所述抗菌纤维层的上端设有远红外纤维层,所述远红外纤维层的上端设有负离子纤维层,所述负离子纤维层的上端设有第二基层纤维层,所述第一基层纤维层和第二基层纤维层中含有纳米驱蚊母粒,所述第一基层纤维层和第二层纤维层远离负离子纤维层的一侧设有防螨涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,其特征在于:所述抗菌纤维层为竹纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,其特征在于:所述抗菌纤维层还设有载锗抗菌母粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,其特征在于:所述的远红外纤维层为远红外锦纶纤维,所述远红外锦纶纤维包括锦纶纤维和远红外母粒,所述锦纶纤维截面成四叶草形且有空腔,所述远红外母粒分布在锦纶纤维内表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,其特征在于:所述的负离子纤维层为负离子涤纶纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,其特征在于:所述纳米驱蚊母粒为驱蚊类中草药纳米驱蚊母粒。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维,其特征在于:所述驱蚊类中草药纳米驱蚊母粒为艾叶、薄荷、藿香按照重量比1:1:1比例经过提纯后包裹形成的纳米驱蚊母粒。
8.如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维的纳米驱蚊母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤方法:
(1)称取等重量的艾叶、薄荷、藿香进行洗净烘干粉碎后过20目筛网,分别提取出驱蚊有效成分后浓缩得到浓缩提取液再干燥得到干燥驱蚊提取物,混合后得到混合驱蚊提取物后制成纳米驱蚊粉体;
(2)以步骤(1)得到的纳米驱蚊粉体和载体树脂一起高速混合均匀,在双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒得到纳米驱蚊母粒。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维的纳米驱蚊母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的载体树脂为尼龙66。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种远红外负离子驱蚊防螨纤维的纳米驱蚊母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:以纳米驱蚊粉体与载体树脂的总质量为基准,所述步骤(2)中的纳米驱蚊母粒中的纳米驱蚊粉体占纳米驱蚊母粒的质量分数为5%-30%,载体树脂占纳米驱蚊母粒的质量分数为70%-95%。
