技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,涉及一种改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材。
背景技术
卷材主要是指建筑中中运用到的材质较为柔软的建筑材料,主要用于将建筑顶层及外墙覆盖,起到防渗水的作用。目前普通的卷材普遍采用疏水材料制成的,但是存在的缺点是:只有一层防水层,厚度薄。在顶层使用的使用长年受到风吹雨打,其表面很容易受到侵蚀,在长时间使用后会出现损坏,导致使用寿命较短,同时目前城市降雨的雨水带有酸性,现有的卷材不具有防腐蚀性,进一步加快其损坏,耐用性差,经常更换增加了使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,本发明解决的技术问题是提高耐腐蚀性和耐久性。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,其特征在于,包括基层、内层和外层,所述基层采用橡胶制成,所述内层采用无纺布制成,所述外层采用涂有沥青的亚麻布制成,所述内层和外层之间具有塑料薄膜层,所述塑料薄膜层上开设有若干均匀分布的通孔,所述塑料薄膜层通过防水胶泥分别与内层和外层固定;外层的外侧面上还涂覆有一层耐磨层,所述耐磨层它采用以下组分制成:丙烯酸树脂15-20%,1%-1.5%的镍,二甲苯20-25%,3.5%-4.5%的二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚2-3%,二甲基团聚硅氧烷1-3%,高效减水剂1-2%,促干剂0.3-0.8%,0.5%-1%的氨,1%-2.5%的球墨分子,1%-1.5%的镍,其余为铜粉。
基层和外层均具有抗腐蚀性,因此即使外层被破坏也能保证抗腐蚀性,采用无纺布作为内层以及塑料薄膜层能增加卷材的耐久性,提高卷材的使用寿命;塑料薄膜层上的通孔能使得位于内外曾之间的防水胶泥相互接触呈一体,提高防水胶泥的厚度,提高卷材的防水性能;通过设置耐磨层大大的提高了卷材的使用寿命。
在上述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材中,所述内层和基层之间固定有若干间隔设置的定位条,所述定位条沿着内层的宽度方向布置,所述定位条呈弓形,所述定位条呈平面的一侧与基层贴靠,所述定位条呈圆弧面的一侧与内层贴靠。定位条能在安装卷材时使得卷材更容易被铺平整,因而提高卷材与安装的便利性,通过定位条能加强卷材在宽度方向上的抗弯能力,避免卷材在运输安装时沿宽度方向上的弯折对卷材造成破坏。
在上述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材中,所述基层与内层贴靠的侧面上具有若干凸点,所述基层和内层之间通过热熔胶胶合固定。凸点能增加基层和内层之间的固定的强度。
在上述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材中,所述基层的厚度为2cm~3cm;所述内层的厚度为0.5cm~1cm。该厚度的基层和内层保证的了卷材的耐久性。

在上述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材中,所述耐磨层它采用以下组分制成:丙烯酸树脂18%,1.2%的镍,二甲苯22%,4.0%的二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚2.5%,二甲基团聚硅氧烷2%,高效减水剂1.5%,促干剂0.4%,0.8%的氨,2.0%的球墨分子,1.25%的镍,其余为铜粉。
与现有技术相比,本改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材具有提高了耐腐蚀性和耐久性,使用寿命长的优点。通过设置耐磨层大大的提高了卷材的使用寿命。耐磨层通过丙烯酸树脂,镍,二甲苯,二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚,二甲基团聚硅氧烷,高效减水剂,促干剂,氨,球墨分子,镍,铜粉所构成,提高了耐磨性能。

实施例一:
如图1所示,改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材包括基层1、内层2和外层3,基层1采用橡胶制成,内层2采用无纺布制成,外层3采用涂有沥青的亚麻布制成,基层1的厚度为2cm~3cm;内层2的厚度为0.5cm~1cm。外层3的厚度为0.5cm~1cm。内层2和外层3之间具有塑料薄膜层4,塑料薄膜层4上开设有若干均匀分布的通孔,塑料薄膜层4通过防水胶泥分别与内层2和外层3固定。
内层2和基层1之间固定有若干间隔设置的定位条5,定位条5沿着内层2的宽度方向布置,定位条5呈弓形,定位条5呈平面的一侧与基层1贴靠,定位条5呈圆弧面的一侧与内层2贴靠。定位条5能在安装卷材时使得卷材更容易被铺平整,因而提高卷材与安装的便利性,通过定位条5能加强卷材在宽度方向上的抗弯能力,避免卷材在运输安装时沿宽度方向上的弯折对卷材造成破坏。

在本实施例中,所述耐磨层它采用以下组分制成:丙烯酸树脂20%,1.5%的镍,二甲苯25%,4.5%的二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚3%,二甲基团聚硅氧烷3%,高效减水剂2%,促干剂0.8%,1%的氨,2.5%的球墨分子,1.5%的镍,其余为铜粉。
实施例二:
在本实施例中,所述耐磨层它采用以下组分制成:丙烯酸树脂20%,1.5%的镍,二甲苯25%,4.5%的二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚3%,二甲基团聚硅氧烷3%,高效减水剂2%,促干剂0.8%,1%的氨,2.5%的球墨分子,1.5%的镍,其余为铜粉。
实施例三:
在本实施例中,所述耐磨层它采用以下组分制成:丙烯酸树脂18%,1.2%的镍,二甲苯22%,4.0%的二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚2.5%,二甲基团聚硅氧烷2%,高效减水剂1.5%,促干剂0.4%,0.8%的氨,2.0%的球墨分子,1.25%的镍,其余为铜粉。

Claims (8)

1.一种改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,其特征在于,包括基层、内层和外层,所述基层采用橡胶制成,所述内层采用无纺布制成,所述外层采用涂有沥青的亚麻布制成,所述内层和外层之间具有塑料薄膜层,所述塑料薄膜层上开设有若干均匀分布的通孔,所述塑料薄膜层通过防水胶泥分别与内层和外层固定;外层的外侧面上还涂覆有一层耐磨层,所述耐磨层它采用以下组分制成:丙烯酸树脂15-20%,1%-1.5%的镍,二甲苯20-25%,3.5%-4.5%的二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚2-3%,二甲基团聚硅氧烷1-3%,高效减水剂1-2%,促干剂0.3-0.8%,0.5%-1%的氨,1%-2.5%的球墨分子,1%-1.5%的镍,其余为铜粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,其特征在于,所述内层和基层之间固定有若干间隔设置的定位条,所述定位条沿着内层的宽度方向布置,所述定位条呈弓形,所述定位条呈平面的一侧与基层贴靠,所述定位条呈圆弧面的一侧与内层贴靠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,其特征在于,所述基层与内层贴靠的侧面上具有若干凸点,所述基层和内层之间通过热熔胶胶合固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,其特征在于,所述基层的厚度为2cm~3cm;所述内层的厚度为0.5cm~1cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,其特征在于,所述外层的厚度为0.5cm~1cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,其特征在于,所述耐磨层它采用以下组分制成:丙烯酸树脂15%,1%的镍,二甲苯20%,3.5%的二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚2%,二甲基团聚硅氧烷1%,高效减水剂1,促干剂0.3%,0.5%的氨,1%的球墨分子,1%的镍,其余为铜粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,其特征在于,所述耐磨层它采用以下组分制成:丙烯酸树脂20%,1.5%的镍,二甲苯25%,4.5%的二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚3%,二甲基团聚硅氧烷3%,高效减水剂2%,促干剂0.8%,1%的氨,2.5%的球墨分子,1.5%的镍,其余为铜粉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改进的抗腐蚀耐久卷材,其特征在于,所述耐磨层它采用以下组分制成:丙烯酸树脂18%,1.2%的镍,二甲苯22%,4.0%的二硫化钼,乙二醇单丁醚2.5%,二甲基团聚硅氧烷2%,高效减水剂1.5%,促干剂0.4%,0.8%的氨,2.0%的球墨分子,1.25%的镍,其余为铜粉。
