Abstract
The invention discloses a heat shrinkage pipe end sealing device, which sequentially comprises the following components along the feeding direction: the feeding device is used for conveying the heat shrinkage pipe; the sealing device is used for performing heat shrinkage sealing on the heat shrinkage pipe; the cutting device is used for cutting the sealed heat-shrinkable tube; wherein, sealing device includes: the heating device is used for heating the heat shrinkage tube; and the cooling forming device is adjacent to the heating device and is used for cooling, shaping and sealing the heating section of the heat shrinkage tube.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of high polymer pipes, in particular to a heat shrinkage pipe end sealing device.
Background
Heat shrink tubes are increasingly used in electronic circuits, cable harnesses, electric car circuits, and the like. With the development of the electronic industry, the protection requirement of users on the circuit wire harness is higher and higher, and the retraction protection of the heat shrinkage sleeve is developed towards the directions of rapidness, attractive appearance, diversity and the like. The traditional manual thermal shrinkage mode has the defects of low thermal shrinkage efficiency, poor sealing performance of the thermal shrinkage pipe sealing, unattractive thermal shrinkage appearance, single sealing style and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to solve the technical problems of low efficiency, poor sealing effect, single style and the like in the prior art when the heat shrinkage tube is sealed.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a heat shrinkage pipe end sealing device, which sequentially comprises: the feeding device is used for conveying the heat shrinkage pipe; the sealing device is used for performing heat shrinkage sealing on the heat shrinkage pipe; the cutting device is used for cutting the sealed heat-shrinkable tube; wherein, sealing device includes: the heating device is used for heating the heat shrinkage tube; and the cooling forming device is adjacent to the heating device and is used for cooling, shaping and sealing the heating section of the heat shrinkage tube.
Further, the heating device and the cooling forming device are opened and closed up and down.
Further, the feeding device comprises: the feeding guide sleeve is used for guiding the heat shrinkage tube in the feeding process; the anti-loosening pinch roller is arranged at the rear end of the feeding guide sleeve; and clamping fingers serving as actuating devices for feeding the heat shrinkable tube.
Further, the anti-loosening pinch roller comprises: roller groups are oppositely arranged up and down.
Further, the feeding device further comprises: the finger clamping cylinder is vertically connected with the clamping finger; driving the clamping fingers to open and close; the feeding cylinder is horizontally connected with the clamping finger and drives the feeding part of the clamping finger to perform feeding action; and the clamping cylinder mounting plate is horizontally connected with the clamping finger and is used for mounting the finger clamping cylinder.
Further, the cutting device includes: cutting the guide sleeve, and guiding when the cutting action is executed; the cutter jig plate is adjacent to the cutting guide sleeve; the cutter guide shaft is arranged on the cutter jig plate; the cutter guide bearing is sleeved on the cutter guide shaft; the cutter mounting plate is arranged on the cutter guide shaft; the cutter is arranged on the cutter mounting plate; the cutting cylinder mounting plate is connected with the cutting knife guide bearing; the cutting cylinder is arranged on the cutting cylinder mounting plate.
Further, the cutter includes: two parallel plates.
Further, the sealing device includes: the heating and pressing cylinder is connected with the heating device to drive the heating device to open and close up and down to heat the heat shrinkage tube; and the cooling down-pressing cylinder and the cooling forming device are used for driving the cooling forming device to perform up-down opening and closing type cooling shaping sealing heat shrinkage pipe heating sections.
In summary, the heat-shrinkable tube end sealing device provided by the invention greatly improves the sealing efficiency when performing heat-shrinkable tube sealing, ensures the sealing performance of the end, has a simple structure, is convenient to operate and low in maintenance cost, and can be suitable for sealing heat-shrinkable tubes of different specifications.

In view of the technical problems of low efficiency, poor sealing effect, single style and the like in the prior art when the heat shrinkage tube is sealed. The invention designs a simple heat-shrinkable sealing device, improves the sealing efficiency, ensures the sealing performance of the end head, has simple structure, convenient operation and low maintenance cost, and can be suitable for sealing heat-shrinkable tubes with different specifications.
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings that are required in the embodiments or the description of the prior art will be briefly described, it being obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the invention, and that other drawings may be obtained according to these drawings without inventive effort for a person skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a schematic structure of a heat shrinkable tube end seal device.
This pyrocondensation pipe end sealing device includes along the feed direction in proper order: a feeding device for conveying the heat shrinkage tube 000; sealing means for heat-shrink sealing the heat-shrink tubing 000; cutting means for cutting the sealed heat shrinkable tube 000; wherein the sealing device 200 comprises: the heating device 201 is used as a heating source in the heat shrinkage process and is used for heating the heat shrinkage tube 000, and in the embodiment of the invention, the heating device 201 adopts an up-and-down opening and closing type. And a cooling molding device 202 adjacent to the heating device 201 for cooling, shaping and sealing the heating section of the heat shrinkable tube 000. In the embodiment of the present invention, the cooling forming device 202 adopts an up-down open-close type.
The heat-shrinkable tube end sealing device has the advantages that the sealing efficiency is greatly improved when the heat-shrinkable tube is sealed, the sealing performance of the end is guaranteed, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the maintenance cost is low, and the heat-shrinkable tube end sealing device can be suitable for sealing heat-shrinkable tubes of different specifications.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the feeding device includes: a feeding guide sleeve 101 for guiding the heat shrinkable tube 000 during feeding; the anti-loosening pinch roller 102 is arranged at the rear end of the feeding guide sleeve 101; the gripping fingers 103 are used as an actuator for feeding the heat shrink tubing 000, in this embodiment, three sets, but the invention is not so limited.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the anti-loosening pinch roller 102 includes: the roller groups which are arranged up and down oppositely are respectively used up and down to form a pair, so that 000 swinging phenomena of the heat shrinkage pipe generated in the heat shrinkage compression process are prevented, and the quality of subsequent cutting is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the feeding device includes: and the finger clamping cylinder 105 is vertically connected with the clamping finger 103 to drive the clamping finger 103 to perform opening and closing clamping actions. A feeding cylinder 106 horizontally connected with the clamping finger 103 and driving the feeding part of the clamping finger 103 to perform feeding action; a clamping cylinder mounting plate 104 horizontally connected to the clamping finger 103 for mounting a finger clamping cylinder 105. In this embodiment, the feeding stroke of the feeding cylinder 106 may be adjusted, so that the feeding length of the heat shrink tube 000 may be adjusted and controlled.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cutting device includes: a cutting guide sleeve 301, guiding when the cutting action is executed; a cutter jig plate 308, adjacent to the cutting guide sleeve 301, for cutting and positioning the heat shrink tube 000; a cutter guide shaft 305, disposed on the cutter jig plate 308, for guiding the cutter 307; a cutter guide bearing 306, sleeved on the cutter guide shaft 305, for guiding the cutter 307; a cutter mounting plate 303 provided on the cutter guide shaft 305, for mounting a cutter 307 jig; a cutter 307 provided on the cutter mounting plate 303; a cutting cylinder mounting plate 302 connected to the cutter guide bearing 306; a cutting cylinder 304 is provided on the cutting cylinder mounting plate 302.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the front and rear of the cutter 307 are divided into two parts, and the cutter is pushed by the cutting cylinder 304 to cut, wherein the cutting position of the first cutter is the middle part of the two sections of the heat-shrinkable tube 000 and the cutting position of the second cutter is the middle part of the shaping sealing section.
In the embodiment of the invention, the front and back positions of the whole cutter device can be adjusted back and forth, so that the first cutter is cut at the middle position of the shaping sealing section.
In the embodiment of the invention, the distance between the two cutting knives can be adjusted, so that the second cutting knife is ensured to be cut at the middle position of the two sections of shaping sealing ports.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the sealing device 200 includes: a heating and pressing cylinder 203 connected to the heating device to drive the heating device to open and close up and down to heat the heat shrinkage tube 000; and the cooling down-pressing cylinder 204 is connected with the cooling forming device to drive the cooling forming device to perform up-down opening and closing type cooling shaping sealing heat shrinkage pipe 000 heating sections.
In summary, the heat-shrinkable tube end sealing device provided by the embodiment of the invention greatly improves the sealing efficiency when performing heat-shrinkable tube sealing, ensures the sealing performance of the end, has a simple structure, is convenient to operate and low in maintenance cost, and can be suitable for sealing heat-shrinkable tubes of different specifications.

1. A heat shrink tube end sealing device, characterized in that, along the feed direction, it includes in proper order:
the feeding device is used for conveying the heat shrinkage pipe;
the sealing device is used for performing heat shrinkage sealing on the heat shrinkage pipe;
the cutting device is used for cutting the sealed heat-shrinkable tube; wherein,,
the sealing device comprises: the heating device is used for heating the heat shrinkage tube; the cooling forming device is adjacent to the heating device and is used for cooling, shaping and sealing the heating section of the heat shrinkage tube;
the sealing device comprises: the heating and pressing cylinder is connected with the heating device to drive the heating device to open and close up and down to heat the heat shrinkage tube; the cooling and pressing cylinder and the cooling and forming device are used for driving the cooling and forming device to perform up-down opening and closing type cooling, shaping, sealing and heat shrinkage pipe heating sections; the cutting device includes: cutting the guide sleeve, and guiding when the cutting action is executed; the cutter jig plate is adjacent to the cutting guide sleeve; the cutter guide shaft is arranged on the cutter jig plate; the cutter guide bearing is sleeved on the cutter guide shaft; the cutter mounting plate is arranged on the cutter guide shaft; the cutter is arranged on the cutter mounting plate; the cutting cylinder mounting plate is connected with the cutting knife guide bearing; the cutting cylinder is arranged on the cutting cylinder mounting plate.
2. The heat shrinkable tube end seal device according to claim 1, wherein the heating device and the cooling forming device are opened and closed up and down.

The heat shrink tube end seal apparatus of claim 1 wherein said feed device comprises: the feeding guide sleeve is used for guiding the heat shrinkage tube in the feeding process; the anti-loosening pinch roller is arranged at the rear end of the feeding guide sleeve; and clamping fingers serving as actuating devices for feeding the heat shrinkable tube.
4. The heat shrink tube end sealing device of claim 3, wherein the anti-loosening pinch roller comprises: roller groups are oppositely arranged up and down.

The heat shrink tube end seal device of claim 3 wherein said feed device further comprises: the finger clamping cylinder is vertically connected with the clamping finger; driving the clamping fingers to open and close; the feeding cylinder is horizontally connected with the clamping finger and drives the feeding part of the clamping finger to perform feeding action; and the clamping cylinder mounting plate is horizontally connected with the clamping finger and is used for mounting the finger clamping cylinder.
6. The heat shrink tube end sealing device of claim 1, wherein the cutter comprises: two parallel plates.
