Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated in the following, in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples. In the following detailed description, exemplary embodiments of the invention are described by way of illustration only. It is needless to say that the person skilled in the art realizes that the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive in scope.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the hose coiling continuous pretreatment device comprises a frame 1, wherein a pipe feeding mechanism 2, a cutting mechanism 3 and a pipe head inflating mechanism 4 are sequentially arranged on the frame 1 along the pipe conveying direction, and a transferring traction mechanism 5 for conveying a pipe head from the cutting mechanism 3 to the pipe head inflating mechanism 4 is arranged on the frame 1.
The cutting mechanism 3 is used for cutting out the fixed-length hose, two cutting operations exist for each fixed-length hose, and the two cutting operations sequentially cut out the pipe head and the pipe tail. The cutting mechanism 3 comprises an upper cutting blade 31 and a lower cutting blade 32 which are rotatably arranged on the frame 1 and are arranged on one side of the pipe conveying direction, and the upper cutting blade 31 and the lower cutting blade 32 are commonly connected with a pipe cutting driving device. The present embodiment illustrates that the cutting edges of the upper and lower cutting edges 31, 32 are located above and below the hose to be transported, respectively, although it is also possible that the cutting edges are located on the left and right side of the hose to be transported, respectively.
The pipe cutting driving device in this embodiment includes an upper cutting driving rod 33 fixedly disposed at one end of the upper cutting edge 31 far away from the hose, a lower cutting driving rod 34 is fixedly disposed at one end of the lower cutting edge 32 far away from the hose, the upper cutting driving rod 33 is hinged with an upper cutting driving rod 35, the lower cutting driving rod 34 is hinged with a lower cutting driving rod 36, and the ends of the upper cutting driving rod 35 and the lower cutting driving rod 36 are jointly connected with a driving connecting shaft 37, so that the upper cutting driving rod 33, the lower cutting driving rod 34, the upper cutting driving rod 35 and the lower cutting driving rod 36 form a quadrilateral mechanism; a tube cutting driving cylinder 38 is arranged between the driving connecting shaft 37 and the frame 1. Extension and retraction of the tube drive cylinder 38 may cause a change in the quadrilateral mechanism, thereby enabling the upper and lower blades 31, 32 to form a shear. Of course, the arrangement of the pipe cutting driving device in this embodiment may also directly adopt a technical scheme that the upper cutting edge 31 is directly connected with an upper cutting driving cylinder, the lower cutting edge 32 is directly connected with a lower cutting driving cylinder, and the like.
In addition, the cutting mechanism 3 in this embodiment may be provided as two shearing blades that are slidably mounted, and driven by a pipe shearing driving device to form a pipe, or directly use an electric cutter, which should be within the scope of the present invention.
The tube head inflating mechanism 4 is used for continuously inflating the output hose, so that the output hose can be kept in an inflated state at any time, the output hose can be conveniently stacked without bending in the output process, and the subsequent direct tube end sealing can be conveniently carried out.
The tube head inflating mechanism 4 of the embodiment comprises a tube head inflating seat 41 which is slidably arranged on the frame 1, and an inflating and feeding device 42 is arranged between the tube head inflating seat 41 and the frame 1; the pipe head inflating seat 41 is fixedly provided with an air duct 43, the pipe head inflating seat 41 is provided with an inflating end pipe 44 which is communicated with the air duct 43 and can extend into the pipe head, and the inflating end pipe 44 is connected with a supporting pipe sealing device 45. When the tube head of the hose is sent to the tube head inflating mechanism 4, the inflating feeding device 42 drives the tube head inflating seat 41 to be close to the tube head, the inflating end tube 44 stretches into the tube head to start air supply, the supporting tube sealing device 45 forms a seal on the tube head, and the air can be effectively inflated into the hose to be output. The air charging and feeding device 42 can adopt a cylinder or an electric push rod and other structures.
The tube supporting sealing device 45 is a main structure for realizing tube head sealing, and in this embodiment, the tube supporting sealing device 45 includes a tube supporting conical tube fixedly and sealingly arranged on the inflation end tube 44, and the diameter of the tube supporting conical tube is gradually increased along the direction close to the air duct 43. When the inflatable end tube 44 moves towards the tube head, the opening of the tube head can be gradually supported by the tube supporting conical tube, and the tube opening of the tube head is in the same conical shape as the tube supporting conical tube due to the elasticity of materials and is tightly attached to the tube supporting conical tube, so that effective sealing is formed. Based on this supporting principle, in this embodiment, the inflation end tube 44 is fixedly connected to the air duct 43, and the tapered tube of the supporting tube is fixedly connected to the tube head inflation seat 41.
In addition, the supporting tube sealing device 45 can also adopt various technical schemes. For example, a tube sealing air bag wrapped on the inflation end tube 44 may be made of a material with strong elasticity such as silica gel or latex; the air-charging end pipe 44 is fixedly connected with the air guide pipe 43; the supporting tube sealing air bag is connected with an air bag air inlet tube, and the air charging end tube 44 is fixedly connected with the tube head air charging seat 41. When the inflation end tube 44 extends into the hose orifice, the air bag inlet tube is inflated, and the support tube seals the air bag up and against the inner wall of the hose to form an inflation seal. For another example, a bowl-shaped tube end sealing air bag is arranged between the inflation end tube 44 and the tube head inflation seat 41, the tube end sealing air bag is communicated with the air duct 43, a bowl opening of the tube end sealing air bag is in sealing connection with the tube head inflation seat 41, and a bowl bottom of the tube end sealing air bag is connected with the inflation end tube 44. After the air supply in the air duct 43, the tube end sealing balloon expands and forms a completely effective seal at the mouth of the hose due to its elasticity. For another example, an annular stay boss is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inflation end tube 44, and the inflation end tube 44 is detachably connected to the air duct 43. The diameter of the outer ring of the annular supporting tube bulge is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the hose, so that the annular supporting tube bulge can be supported and sealed by the elasticity of the hose on the premise of not damaging the hose structure. The above-mentioned supporting tube sealing device 45 is also within the scope of the present invention.
