Abstract
本发明公开了一种搅拌机,包括搅拌箱、主搅拌轴、多个辅搅拌轴和齿轮组,所述搅拌箱为圆柱体且箱体底部为圆弧状,所述主搅拌轴垂直安装于搅拌箱上顶面,所述主搅拌轴为波浪型;所述搅拌箱内侧面上设置多个所述辅搅拌轴,所述辅搅拌轴为波浪型;搅拌箱设置辅搅拌轴的内侧面对应的外表面上设置有凸起平台,所述齿轮组设置于凸起平台上,所述齿轮组中的一个齿轮对应连接一个辅搅拌轴,所述齿轮组中相邻的齿轮两两咬合。该搅拌机能够对需搅拌物料进行全方面的立体化的搅拌,使搅拌更加充分。

技术领域
本发明涉及建材设备领域,具体设置一种搅拌机。
背景技术
在建筑建材领域,在对石灰、水泥、水或者砂浆等进行混合时都是采用普通搅拌机,但是现有技术中使用的普通搅拌机在实际使用中有着搅拌效果差,搅拌不充分,影响建筑物的建造速度和质量。
发明内容
基于此,针对上述问题,有必要提出一种搅拌机,其能够对需搅拌物料进行全方面的立体化的搅拌,使搅拌更加充分,快速,且可监控搅拌过程。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种搅拌机,其特征在于:包括搅拌箱、主搅拌轴、多个辅搅拌轴和齿轮组,所述搅拌箱为圆柱体且箱体底部为圆弧状,所述主搅拌轴垂直安装于搅拌箱上顶面,所述主搅拌轴为波浪型;所述搅拌箱内侧面上设置多个所述辅搅拌轴,所述辅搅拌轴为波浪型;搅拌箱设置辅搅拌轴的内侧面对应的外表面上设置有凸起平台,所述齿轮组设置于凸起平台上,所述齿轮组中的齿轮呈直线交错排列,所述齿轮组中的齿轮分别对应连接一个辅搅拌轴,所述齿轮组中相邻的齿轮两两咬合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述齿轮组中至少有一个齿轮为主动轮。
在其中一个实施例中,所述搅拌箱的内壁上还设置有压力传感器,搅拌箱外壁上设置有集成了处理器的显示器,所述压力传感器连接所述显示器。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、搅拌箱顶面设置主搅拌轴,搅拌箱侧面设置辅搅拌轴,其能够对需搅拌物料进行全方面的立体化的搅拌,使搅拌更加充分,快速,箱底为圆弧状设计,使搅拌完成后搅拌箱里不会有余料;齿轮组中的齿轮呈直线交错排列,齿轮这样排列使与其连接的辅搅拌轴能错落设置,搅拌更充分。
2、所述齿轮组中至少有一个齿轮为主动轮,只需一个驱动电机驱动主动轮,使设备更加精简的同时,也节约了能源。
3、所述搅拌箱的内壁上还设置有压力传感器,搅拌箱外壁上设置有集成了处理器的显示器,通过压力传感器对物料压力的感应,经处理器处理后,可在显示器上显示搅拌箱内还有多少物料,从而使工作人员及时的加料。

如图1-图2所示,一种搅拌机,包括搅拌箱5、主搅拌轴1、多个辅搅拌轴2和齿轮组3,所述搅拌箱5为圆柱体且箱体底部为圆弧状,所述主搅拌轴1垂直安装于搅拌箱5上顶面,所述主搅拌轴1为波浪型;所述搅拌箱5内侧面上设置多个所述辅搅拌轴2,所述辅搅拌轴2为波浪型;搅拌箱5设置辅搅拌轴2的内侧面对应的外表面上设置有凸起平台7,所述齿轮组3设置于凸起平台7上,所述齿轮组3中的齿轮呈直线交错排列,所述齿轮组3中的齿轮分别对应连接一个辅搅拌轴2,所述齿轮组3中相邻的齿轮两两咬合。

所述搅拌箱5的内壁上还设置有压力传感器8,搅拌箱5外壁上设置有集成了处理器的显示器9,所述压力传感器8连接显示器9。通过压力传感器8对物料压力的感应,经处理器处理后,可在显示器9上显示搅拌箱内还有多少物料,从而使工作人员及时的加料。

1.一种搅拌机,其特征在于:包括搅拌箱、主搅拌轴、多个辅搅拌轴和齿轮组,所述搅拌箱为圆柱体且箱体底部为圆弧状,所述主搅拌轴垂直安装于搅拌箱上顶面,所述主搅拌轴为波浪型;所述搅拌箱内侧面上设置多个所述辅搅拌轴,所述辅搅拌轴为波浪型;搅拌箱设置辅搅拌轴的内侧面对应的外表面上设置有凸起平台,所述齿轮组设置于凸起平台上,所述齿轮组中的齿轮呈直线交错排列,所述齿轮组中的齿轮分别对应连接一个辅搅拌轴,所述齿轮组中相邻的齿轮两两咬合。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种搅拌机,其特征在于:所述齿轮组中至少有一个齿轮为主动轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种搅拌机,其特征在于:所述搅拌箱的内壁上还设置有压力传感器,搅拌箱外壁上设置有集成了处理器的显示器,所述压力传感器连接所述显示器。
