Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a grabbing and separating device 300, which includes a driving disc 100, two sliding mechanisms 200 disposed on the driving disc 100 and disposed opposite to each other, wherein a branch channel is formed between the two sliding mechanisms 200, the two sliding mechanisms 200 move in opposite directions to clamp the branches, and after clamping the branches, the driving disc 100 drives the two sliding mechanisms 200 to move along the length direction of the branches to complete the stripping of the tree trunk and the tree leaves.
The grabbing and separating apparatus 300 of the present embodiment has a grabbing function and a peeling function, specifically:
the two sliding mechanisms 200 move in opposite directions and clamp the branches, thereby realizing the grabbing function of the grabbing and separating device 300; after the tree branches are clamped, the driving disc 100 drives the two sliding mechanisms 200 to move along the length direction of the tree branches to finish the stripping of the tree trunk and the tree leaves, so that the stripping function of the grabbing and separating device 300 is realized. Therefore, for biomass statistics (such as biomass statistics of tree stems and leaves of fir) in forestry, a statistics person only needs to put the tree branches between the two sliding mechanisms 200, after the two sliding mechanisms 200 move in opposite directions to clamp the tree branches, the driving disc 100 drives the two sliding mechanisms 200 to move along the length direction of the tree branches, and the sliding mechanisms 200 apply a large stripping force to the joints of the tree stems and the leaves in the moving process so as to finish stripping of the tree stems and the leaves. The grabbing and separating device 300 provided by the embodiment is high in production efficiency, and cannot cause injury to hands of operators, so that the technical problems that the working efficiency is low and the hands of operators are injured easily due to manual separation in the prior art are thoroughly solved.
In an alternative to the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the sliding mechanism 200 includes a chute 210 disposed on the drive disk 100, a slider 220 slidably connected to the chute 210, a driving rod 230 connected to a tail portion of the slider 220, and a motor 240 for driving the driving rod 230 to move along a slotting direction of the chute 210. More specifically: the two sliding mechanisms 200 are a first sliding mechanism and a second sliding mechanism respectively; the first sliding mechanism comprises a first sliding groove, a first sliding block, a first driving rod and a first motor; the first motor drives the first driving rod along the slotting direction of the first sliding chute, and the first driving rod drives the first sliding block to advance or retreat. The second sliding mechanism comprises a second sliding groove, a second sliding block, a second driving rod and a second motor. The second motor drives the second driving rod along the slotting direction of the second sliding chute, and the second driving rod drives the second sliding block to advance or retreat. When the first motor and the second motor drive the first driving rod and the second driving rod to move in opposite directions until the first sliding block and the second sliding block abut against the branches, the grabbing and separating device 300 completes the grabbing procedure. After the grabbing procedure is completed, the driving disc 100 drives the first sliding mechanism and the second sliding mechanism to move along the length direction of the branches so as to complete the stripping of the tree trunk and the leaves.
In the above alternative, the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove are preferably provided as spaced grooves to limit the ends of the first sliding mechanism and the second sliding mechanism. Alternatively, the first chute and the second chute are provided as continuous slots to facilitate processing. The first drive rod and the second drive rod are preferably provided as threaded rods.
In an alternative of this embodiment, in order to enhance the holding force of the first sliding mechanism and the second sliding mechanism on the branches after gripping the branches, the loosening of the branches is avoided and a stronger peeling force is ensured when peeling the tree trunk and the leaves, and the slider 220 is provided with a claw-shaped structure at a side facing away from the motor 240. The claw-like structure enables the slider 220 to contact the branch with a maximum area, ensuring a holding force on the branch. In more detail, in a specific use process, the upper part of the claw-shaped structure is abutted against the upper part of the branch, the lower part of the claw-shaped structure is abutted against the lower part of the branch, and the accommodating space between the upper part and the lower part of the claw-shaped structure is used for accommodating the branch. As another modification, the slider 220 is disposed in a semi-arc structure at a side facing away from the motor 240, and the branches are abutted to the accommodating space in the middle of the semi-arc structure.
In the alternative of the present embodiment, in order to accurately control the motion amplitude of the sliding mechanism 200, it is preferable that a pressure sensor is disposed on a side of the slider 220 facing away from the motor 240; the pressure sensor is used for sending a pressure signal to the motor 240 of the sliding mechanism 200 after the two sliding mechanisms 200 clamp the branches, so that the two sliding mechanisms 200 stop moving towards each other.
The specific control process is briefly described as follows:
the grabbing and separating device 300 is connected with a control module, and the first sliding mechanism, the second sliding mechanism and the driving disc 100 are connected with the control module. The first sliding block end part of the first sliding mechanism is provided with a first pressure sensor, and the second sliding block end part of the second sliding mechanism is provided with a second pressure sensor. When the pressure signals measured by the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor exceed the signal threshold, the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor respectively send pressure signals to the control module, the control module receives the pressure signals and then sends control signals to the first motor of the first sliding mechanism and the second motor of the second sliding mechanism, so that the first motor and the second motor stop working.
