Abstract

本发明涉及一种包装用齿形纸切割装置,包括矩形框,所述矩形框左右两侧面上分别设有一条竖直的条形孔,两条条形孔内共同安装有第一转轴,矩形框下部活动安装有第二转轴,所述第二转轴与第一转轴平行,第一转轴与第二转轴均可相对于矩形框转动;所述第一转轴的两端分别穿过矩形框的左右两侧面活动安装有一根螺栓,所述螺栓的另一端分别配合穿过矩形框对应侧设有的固定块,并分别连接有一个旋转把手。本发明采用齿盘代替圆形刀片切割齿形纸,能够顺利切割齿形纸,针对质软的、齿形结构稀疏的齿形纸均可以顺利切割,且切割的痕迹平滑,与刀片切割的方式相比,避免了刀片切割质软或较薄的齿形纸造成割痕撕裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及齿形纸加工设备技术领域,具体的说是一种包装用齿形纸切割装置。
背景技术
纸箱内部填充物通常采用折形纸进行填充,折形纸形态类似齿状,因此也称齿形纸,齿形纸在成型之后需要涂胶,以便之后相互粘合在一起。为了避免齿形纸随意张开恢复原状,齿形纸的一个侧面上压合一张平滑纸,利用该平滑纸将齿形纸的齿形结构固定住。
在随后的加工中,需要将齿形纸切割成条状,然后将条状的齿形纸粘合在一起,形成块状。块状的齿形纸具有支撑强度,是填充的最终材料。然而齿形纸不易切割,现有的切割方式通常采用切割刀进行切割,然而采用单刀直接切割容易将齿形纸压瘪,破坏齿形纸的支撑结构,有些厂家采用双刀切割方式切割齿形纸,即利用两个圆形刀片相互错开,剪切经过两个圆形刀片之间的齿形纸,这种方式能够从一定程度上降低齿形纸被压瘪的程度,然而随着齿形纸纸张材料变软、齿形纸厚度降低和齿结构密度降低,这种切割方式仍然非常容易将齿形纸压瘪,且若不能保证圆形刀片足够锋利,还经常导致齿形纸被撕裂,从而对圆形刀片保养要求高,适应能力低,不能满足节能减排时,针对齿形纸结构改进后的切割要求。
发明内容
针对上述技术的缺陷,本发明提出一种包装用齿形纸切割装置。
一种包装用齿形纸切割装置,包括矩形框,所述矩形框左右两侧面上分别设有一条竖直的条形孔,两条条形孔内共同安装有第一转轴,矩形框下部活动安装有第二转轴,所述第二转轴与第一转轴平行,第一转轴与第二转轴均可相对于矩形框转动;所述第一转轴的两端分别穿过矩形框的左右两侧面活动安装有一根螺栓,所述螺栓的另一端分别配合穿过矩形框对应侧设有的固定块,并分别连接有一个旋转把手。
所述第一转轴与第二转轴上均匀套有若干齿盘,第一转轴上的齿盘与第二转轴上端的齿盘一一对应,第一转轴上的齿盘与第二转轴上的对应齿盘形成剪切结构。
所述第一转轴与第二转轴外围均设有固定在矩形框内的保护罩。
所述第一转轴上的保护罩与第二转轴上的保护壳之间设有间隙,第一转轴上的齿盘与第二转轴上的齿盘结合处正位于两个保护罩之间的间隙内。
所述第一转轴与第二转轴均连接有驱动电机,第一转轴与第二转轴旋转方向相反。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用齿盘代替圆形刀片切割齿形纸,能够顺利切割齿形纸,针对质软的、齿形结构稀疏的齿形纸均可以顺利切割,且切割的痕迹平滑,与刀片切割的方式相比,避免了刀片切割质软或较薄的齿形纸造成割痕撕裂。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图3所示,一种包装用齿形纸切割装置,包括矩形框1,所述矩形框1左右两侧面上分别设有一条竖直的条形孔2,两条条形孔2内共同安装有第一转轴3,矩形框1下部活动安装有第二转轴4,所述第二转轴4与第一转轴3平行,第一转轴3与第二转轴4均可相对于矩形框1转动;所述第一转轴3的两端分别穿过矩形框1的左右两侧面活动安装有一根螺栓5,所述螺栓5的另一端分别配合穿过矩形框1对应侧设有的固定块6,并分别连接有一个旋转把手7。
所述第一转轴3与第二转轴4上均匀套有若干齿盘8,第一转轴3上的齿盘8与第二转轴4上端的齿盘8一一对应,第一转轴3上的齿盘8与第二转轴4上的对应齿盘8形成剪切结构。
所述第一转轴3与第二转轴4外围均设有固定在矩形框1内的保护罩9。
所述第一转轴3上的保护罩9与第二转轴4上的保护壳之间设有间隙,第一转轴3上的齿盘8与第二转轴4上的齿盘8结合处正位于两个保护罩9之间的间隙内。
所述第一转轴3与第二转轴4均连接有驱动电机(图中未示出),第一转轴3与第二转轴4旋转方向相反。
使用时,整体结构的齿形纸经过齿盘8之前的间隙,通过旋转第一转轴3与第二转轴4,将齿形纸切割,通过旋转两侧的螺栓5可以调节第一转轴3与第二转轴4之间的距离,适应不同厚度的齿形纸。

1.一种包装用齿形纸切割装置,包括矩形框,其特征在于:所述矩形框左右两侧面上分别设有一条竖直的条形孔,两条条形孔内共同安装有第一转轴,矩形框下部活动安装有第二转轴,所述第二转轴与第一转轴平行,第一转轴与第二转轴均可相对于矩形框转动;所述第一转轴的两端分别穿过矩形框的左右两侧面活动安装有一根螺栓,所述螺栓的另一端分别配合穿过矩形框对应侧设有的固定块,并分别连接有一个旋转把手;
所述第一转轴与第二转轴上均匀套有若干齿盘,第一转轴上的齿盘与第二转轴上端的齿盘一一对应,第一转轴上的齿盘与第二转轴上的对应齿盘形成剪切结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装用齿形纸切割装置,其特征在于:所述第一转轴与第二转轴外围均设有固定在矩形框内的保护罩。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种包装用齿形纸切割装置,其特征在于:所述第一转轴上的保护罩与第二转轴上的保护壳之间设有间隙,第一转轴上的齿盘与第二转轴上的齿盘结合处正位于两个保护罩之间的间隙内。
