本发明涉及一种切割装置,特别涉及一种可调式自动切割装置。它包含有工作平台、导轨、行程开关A、控制器、切锯、切锯电机、行走小车、行程开关B、行程开关C、行走电机、油缸和油缸电磁阀,切锯、切锯电机、行走电机、油缸和油缸电磁阀装在行走小车内,行走小车装在工作平台上,行走电机为变频电机,配套带有减速装置及变频控制器;行程开关B和行程开关C安装在行走小车的前后端。油缸由油缸电磁阀进行控制,提供切割电机提升或下降的功能。本装置由PLC控制器自动控制操作,只要根据产品的需要,设置好行程开关A、行程开关B和行程开关C的位置,就能实现自动化生产,切割精度高,生产效率高,使用效果很好。

背景技术
切割机械广泛应用于加工行业,根据不同的领域,有各种不同的切割装置,一般的切割装置自动化程度都不高,需要人工辅助进行操作,这样不但劳动力成本高,劳动强度也大,产品的加工精度也不能保证。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可调式自动切割装置,它能提供产品自动切割功能,还能根据不同的产品性能进行调节,解决了目前切割装置自动化程度不高、劳动力成本高、劳动强度大及产品精度不能保证的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明一种可调式自动切割装置的结构如附图1所示,它包含有工作平台、导轨、开关A、控制器、切锯、切锯电机、行走小车、开关B、开关C、行走电机、油缸和电磁阀,切锯、切锯电机、行走电机、油缸和油缸电磁阀装在行走小车内,行走小车装在工作平台上,沿固定的轨道行走,行走电机为变频电机,配套带有减速装置及变频控制器,能根据不同的需要进行调节小车的行走速度;开关B和开关C安装在行走小车的前后端,可根据不同的需要进行前后调整。开关A、开关B和开关C为机械式行程开关,可进行前后调节。油缸由电磁阀进行控制,提供切割电机提升或下降的功能。本装置由PLC控制器自动控制操作。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过以上技术方案,切锯、切锯电机、行走电机、油缸和油缸电磁阀安装在行走小车内,行走小车装在工作平台上,沿固定的轨道行走,行走电机为变频电机,配套带有减速装置及变频控制器,能根据不同的需要进行调节小车的行走速度,与产品线的运行速度保持一致;开关B和开关C安装在行走小车的前后端,可根据不同的需要进行前后调整。开关A、开关B和开关C为机械式行程开关,可进行前后调节,运行性能可靠。油缸由电磁阀进行控制,提供切割电机提升或下降的功能。本装置由PLC控制器自动控制操作,只要根据产品的需要,设置好行程开关A、行程开关B和行程开关C的位置,就能实现自动化生产,切割精度高,生产效率高,使用效果很好。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将参照本说明书附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
它包含有成品机8、工作平台2、导轨12、开关A1、控制器3、切锯4、切锯电机5、行走小车6、开关B9、开关C13、行走电机7、油缸10和电磁阀11,行走小车6装在工作平台2上,沿固定的轨道行走,行走电机7为变频电机,配套带有减速装置及变频控制器,能根据不同的需要进行调节小车的行走速度,与产品线的运行速度保持一致;开关B9和开关C13安装在行走小车的前后端,可根据不同的需要进行前后调整。开关A1、开关B9和开关C13可进行前后调节,运行性能可靠。油缸10由电磁阀11进行控制,提供切割电机5提升或下降的功能。本装置由PLC控制器3自动控制操作,只要根据产品的需要,设置好开关A1、开关B9和开关C13的位置,就能实现自动化生产,切割精度高,生产效率高,使用效果很好。

1.一种可调式自动切割装置,它包括工作平台(2),其特征在于:它还包含有控制器(3)、导轨(12)和行走小车(6),导轨(12)安装在工作平台(2)上,行走小车(6)位于导轨(12)上,在行走小车(6)内安装有切锯电机(5),切锯电机(5)的前端直接连接切锯(4),在行走小车(6)的前后端分别装有开关B(9)和开关C(13),控制器(3)位于工作平台的侧边上,开关A(1)安装在工作平台(2)的最后端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式自动切割装置,其特征在于:在行走小车(6)内,其前端安装行走电机(7),后端安装切锯电机(5),油缸(10)安装在切锯电机(5)的底部并配带有电磁阀(11)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可调式自动切割装置,其特征在于:行走电机(7)为变频电机,配套带有减速装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式自动切割装置,其特征在于:开关A(1)、开关B(9)和开关C(12)为机械式行程开关。
