本发明公开一种异型薄管切断机，包括底座、左支撑板、右支撑板、左止推板和右止推板，所述的左止推板和右止推板分别设于左支撑板和右支撑板上，左支撑板和右支撑板分别设于底座的两端；左支撑板和右支撑板之间设有旋转切割装置，所述的旋转切割装置包括调整架、固定架、切割盘、切割电机、切刀摇臂和切刀，切割盘边缘处设有弧形通孔，切割电机输出轴和摇臂一端连接，切刀设于摇臂另一端，所述固定架设于切割盘的电机侧，切割盘和切割电机均设于固定架上，固定架设于调整架上，调整架设于切割盘外侧且两端转动在左止推板和右止推板上。本发明结构简单，操作简便，可以在线快速切断且切断质量好。

本发明涉及管材加工设备技术领域，具体是一种异型薄管切断机。
背景技术
铝材因其重量轻、散热性能好，应用的领域越来越广，而散热管就是其应用领域之一。现有一种散热管制作技术，其是利用铝带经过打点、焊接、整型等工序制作而成，而一些特殊产品因为成型工艺决定了成型的方向，或者如玻璃窗隔条等，此类产品因为是铝带制成，属于异形薄壁管，在切断时容易导致切断面不平整，或是严重变形，甚至发生开裂，目前行业内可以进行此类管型在线快速切断的设备尚未存在。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，操作简便，可以在线快速切断且切断质量好的异型薄管切断机。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：提供一种异型薄管切断机，包括底座、左支撑板、右支撑板、左止推板和右止推板，所述的左止推板和右止推板分别设于左支撑板和右支撑板上，左支撑板和右支撑板分别设于底座的两端；左支撑板和右支撑板之间设有旋转切割装置，所述的旋转切割装置包括调整架、固定架、切割盘、切割电机、切刀摇臂和切刀，切割盘设于左支撑板和右支撑板之间的中部，切割盘边缘处设有弧形通孔，切刀摇臂和切刀设于切割盘一侧，切割电机设于切割盘另一侧，切割电机输出轴和摇臂一端连接，切刀设于摇臂另一端，所述固定架设于切割盘的电机侧，切割盘和切割电机均设于固定架上，固定架设于调整架上，调整架设于切割盘外侧且两端转动在左止推板和右止推板上。
作为优选，所述的左止推板和切割盘之间设有管材入口导向组件，所述的管材入口导向组件固定于底座上。
作为优选，所述的切割盘和右止推板之间设有管材出口导向组件，所述的管材出口导向组件固定于底座上。
作为优选，所述的底座内设有废料箱，废料箱设于切割盘下方，开口正对切割盘上的卸料口。
本发明异型薄管切断机结构紧凑，设置简单，管材通过左止推板进到切割盘处，通过切割电机带动摇臂和切刀对管材进行切割，调整架两端转动在左止推板和右止推板上，能够通过调整架的转动对切割角度进行调整，适应切割不同的管材，切割快速，切割质量好，避免管材切割管口的不平整和开裂。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，本发明异型薄管切断机，包括底座5、左支撑板3、右支撑板4、左止推板1和右止推板2，左止推板1和右止推板2分别设于左支撑板3和右支撑板4上，左支撑板3和右支撑板4分别设于底座5的两端；左支撑板3和右支撑板4之间设有旋转切割装置，旋转切割装置包括调整架11、固定架12、切割盘7、切割电机8、切刀摇臂14和切刀13，切割盘7设于左支撑板3和右支撑板4之间的中部，切割盘7边缘处设有弧形通孔，切刀摇臂14和切刀13设于切割盘7一侧，切割电机8设于切割盘7另一侧，切割电机8输出轴和摇臂14一端连接，切刀13设于摇臂14另一端，切刀13随摇臂14转动时经过弧形通孔处，用于切割通过弧形通孔的管材；固定架12设于切割盘7的电机侧，切割盘7和切割电机8均设于固定架12上，固定架12设于调整架11上，调整架设于切割盘外侧且两端转动在左止推板1和右止推板2上。
本发明在具体实施时，调整架11设成ㄇ型，左止推板1和右止推板2设有送料和出料的通孔和圆筒段，调整架11的两端分别转动在左止推板1和右止推板2的圆筒段上，切割盘7和切割电机8均设置在固定架12上，左止推板1和切割盘7之间设有管材入口导向组件6，管材入口导向组件6和左止推板1上的通孔对齐，管材入口导向组件6包括支撑架和设于支撑架上的横向导向轮组和纵向导向轮组，支撑架固定于底座5上。
切割盘7和右止推板2之间设有管材出口导向组件9，管材出口导向组件9包括支架和设在支架上的导向槽板，导向槽板和右止推板2上的通孔对齐，导向槽板可以延伸出右止推板2通孔外，支架固定于底座5上。
底座5设为内空的框架式结构，底座5内设有废料箱10，废料箱10设于切割盘7下方，开口正对切割盘7上的卸料口。
本发明在具体工作时，管材通过左止推板1、管材入口导向组件6到达切割盘7上的弧形通孔处，切割盘7上的摇臂14的切割电机8的驱动下转动，带动切刀13对管材进行切割，切割废料通过卸料口掉进废料箱10内，切割完的管材通过管材出口导向组件9进到下一个工序，当需要调整切割的角度时，拆除调整架11的固定螺栓后转动，到达预定角度时，重新进行固定即可进行切割。

1.一种异型薄管切断机，其特征在于：包括底座、左支撑板、右支撑板、左止推板和右止推板，所述的左止推板和右止推板分别设于左支撑板和右支撑板上，左支撑板和右支撑板分别设于底座的两端；左支撑板和右支撑板之间设有旋转切割装置，所述的旋转切割装置包括调整架、固定架、切割盘、切割电机、切刀摇臂和切刀，切割盘设于左支撑板和右支撑板之间的中部，切割盘边缘处设有弧形通孔，切刀摇臂和切刀设于切割盘一侧，切割电机设于切割盘另一侧，切割电机输出轴和摇臂一端连接，切刀设于摇臂另一端，所述固定架设于切割盘的电机侧，切割盘和切割电机均设于固定架上，固定架设于调整架上，调整架设于切割盘外侧且两端转动在左止推板和右止推板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异型薄管切断机，其特征在于：所述的左止推板和切割盘之间设有管材入口导向组件，所述的管材入口导向组件固定于底座上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的异型薄管切断机，其特征在于：所述的切割盘和右止推板之间设有管材出口导向组件，所述的管材出口导向组件固定于底座上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的异型薄管切断机，其特征在于：所述的底座内设有废料箱，废料箱设于切割盘下方，开口正对切割盘上的卸料口。
