背景技术
粉碎机是将大尺寸的固体原料粉碎至要求尺寸的机械。粉碎机由粗碎、细碎、风力输送等装置组成,以高速撞击的形式达到粉碎机之目的。利用风能一次成粉,取消了传统的筛选程序。主要应用矿山,建材等多种行业中。现在市场上的粉碎机分为很多种,质量和粉碎效果也不相同。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种制作简单、使用方便的具有粉尘检测功能的粉碎装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种具有粉尘检测功能的粉碎装置,主要由粉碎体、粉碎转轴、连接轴、支撑架、滑动导轨、粉尘检测装置组成,其特征在于:
所述粉碎体与所述粉碎转轴连接,所述粉碎转轴与所述连接轴连接,所述连接轴卡在所述滑动导轨上,所述滑动导轨与所述支撑架连接所述粉尘检测装置安装在所述支撑架上。
粉碎体的作用是粉碎木料,粉碎转轴的作用是带动粉碎体转动,连接轴的作用是连接粉碎转轴与滑动导轨,滑动导轨的作用是可调整粉碎体的距离,粉尘检测装置的作用是对粉碎机周围的粉尘污染情况进行检测。
本发明的优点在于:其操作简单,使用方便,设计合理,可快速均匀的将料粉碎,并且可调粉碎料的大小,同时可对粉尘污染情况进行检测。
