Abstract
本发明光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,双层结构的外壳的侧壁上设置有进气口、顶部设置有排气口、底部设置有排污口,所述外壳的内层、外层之间装设有若干UVA灯管一,所述外壳内装设有支撑结构,所述支撑结构上装设有均为中空的振打装置、滤桶,所述滤桶位于振打装置内且其内部装设有UVA灯管二,所述振打装置、滤桶的底部开口,顶部均和排气口连通,所述内层、振打装置、滤桶的内外壁上以及所述外层的内壁上均涂覆有纳米光催化材料。其目的是为了提供一种运营成本低、尾气净化效果好、可操作性强、灵活实用的光催化氧化净化尾气的装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及废气例如发动机废气、烟气、烟雾、烟道气或气溶胶的化学或生物净化技术,特别是涉及一种光催化氧化净化尾气的装置。
背景技术
目前,常见的处理工业尾气用的设备如湿式电除尘设备、低温等离子设备,虽然可有效收集微细颗粒物、重金属、有机污染物等,但这种大型设备主要适用于排放量较大的含湿、含尘烟气的处理上,耗电量大、投资费用高,且需与其它除尘设备配套使用,运营成本高。同时,常见的低温等离子设备因放电密度不稳定,处理工业废气时失败率较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种运营成本低、尾气净化效果好、可操作性强、灵活实用的光催化氧化净化尾气的装置。
本发明光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,包括双层结构的外壳的侧壁上设置有进气口、顶部设置有排气口、底部设置有排污口,所述外壳的内层、外层之间装设有若干UVA灯管一,所述外壳内装设有支撑结构,所述支撑结构上装设有均为中空的振打装置、滤桶,所述滤桶位于振打装置内且其内部装设有UVA灯管二,所述振打装置、滤桶的底部开口,顶部均和排气口连通,所述内层、振打装置、滤桶的内外壁上以及所述外层的内壁上均涂覆有纳米光催化材料。
本发明光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,其中所述外壳的内层、外层之间装设有用于清洁所述UVA灯管一的喷淋系统。
本发明光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,其中所述内层、外层均采用紫外光高透玻璃制成。
本发明光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,其中所述外壳上部为圆柱体,下部为倒圆锥体,所述排污口位于所述倒圆锥体的尖端处,若干UVA灯管一沿外壳的圆周方向间隔均布,所述喷淋系统呈环形,所述振打装置、滤桶均为圆柱形。
本发明光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,其中所述喷淋系统的喷淋液体中包含浓度为5%~10%的双氧水。
本发明光催化氧化净化尾气的装置利用紫外光激活纳米光催化材料中有效成分的活性,降解尾气中的VOC(即挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds)),将SO2、NOX、NO2等污染成分氧化成SO4 2-、NO3后随水排出,实现对尾气的净化、消毒、杀菌、除臭味异味。而且,滤桶内外壁涂覆的纳米光催化材料与UVA灯管配合将粘性尘变为不粘尘,实现了滤桶表面的自洁净,避免了堵塞滤桶的问题,有利于保证净化效果,延长装置使用寿命。更为经济的是,纳米光催化材料在催化反应过程中自身无消耗,只要未剥落就能持续发挥作用,净化效果稳定且使用寿命长,不需频繁更换或持续投放,为企业节省了大笔开支,降低了生产成本,另外,本装置的耗电部件主要是灯管,而灯管的耗电量极小,所以本装置的投资小、运营成本低。同时,本装置结构简单,规格可大可小,实用性、灵活性、可操作性较强,既可处理大量尾气,也可处理少量尾气,能较大程度满足企业的多样化需求。综上所述,本装置尤其适用于对含有毒、有害成分及粘性尘的尾气进行净化。
下面结合附图对本发明的光催化氧化净化尾气的装置作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,包括双层结构的外壳1,外壳1的侧壁上设置有尾气进入的进气口11,外壳1顶部设置有供净化后的尾气排出的排气口12,外壳1的底部设置有供净化过程中产生的污物排出的排污口13。外壳1的内层14、外层15之间装设有若干UVA灯管一2。为及时清洗UVA灯管一2,保证透光度,避免积尘,外壳1的内层14、外层15之间装设有喷淋系统(图中未示出),发现灯管积尘即可启动喷淋系统清洗UVA灯管一2。本发明的喷淋系统可选用常见喷淋设备,只要能够达到清洗灯管的目的即可,故其具体结构及其安装方式可参见现行做法,此处不赘述。优选的,外壳1上部为圆柱体,下部为倒圆锥体,排污口13位于倒圆锥体的尖端处,若干UVA灯管一2沿外壳1的圆周方向间隔均布在内层14、外层15之间,相应地,为达到喷淋目的,喷淋系统呈环形。设置喷淋系统除上述功能外,还具有给尾气增湿的效果。外壳1内装设有支撑结构,支撑结构可根据安装需求随意设置,只需保证其上安装的中空的振打装置3及中空的滤桶4后二者位置稳固即可。振打装置3、滤桶4的底部均开口,供从进气口11进入外壳1内的尾气依次进入振打装置3、滤桶4内。振打装置3、滤桶4的顶部均和排气口12连通。从进气口11进入的尾气经净化后从排气口12排出。振打装置3可带动滤桶4振动,将落在滤桶4上的积尘抖落后经排污口13排出。为和外壳1的形状匹配,方便安装,获得较好催化效果,振打装置3、滤桶4均为圆柱形。滤桶4位于振打装置3内且其内部装设有UVA灯管二5,内层14、振打装置3、滤桶4的内外壁上以及外层15的内壁上均涂覆有纳米光催化材料,通过紫外光激活纳米光催化材料的活性,利用光催化氧化原理实现尾气的净化、消毒、杀菌。为进一步保证光催化效果,内层14、外层15均采用紫外光高透玻璃制成,以增加进入滤桶4内的紫外光线。另外,为提高尾气净化质量,还可在喷淋系统的喷淋液体中加入浓度为5%~10%的双氧水。

Claims (5)
1.一种光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,其特征在于:双层结构的外壳(1)的侧壁上设置有进气口(11)、顶部设置有排气口(12)、底部设置有排污口(13),所述外壳(1)的内层(14)、外层(15)之间装设有若干UVA灯管一(2),所述外壳(1)内装设有支撑结构,所述支撑结构上装设有均为中空的振打装置(3)、滤桶(4),所述滤桶(4)位于振打装置(3)内且其内部装设有UVA灯管二(5),所述振打装置(3)、滤桶(4)的底部开口,顶部均和排气口(12)连通,所述内层(14)、振打装置(3)、滤桶(4)的内外壁上以及所述外层(15)的内壁上均涂覆有纳米光催化材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)的内层(14)、外层(15)之间装设有用于清洁所述UVA灯管一(2)的喷淋系统。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,其特征在于:所述内层(14)、外层(15)均采用紫外光高透玻璃制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)上部为圆柱体,下部为倒圆锥体,所述排污口(13)位于所述倒圆锥体的尖端处,若干UVA灯管一(2)沿外壳(1)的圆周方向间隔均布,所述喷淋系统呈环形,所述振打装置(3)、滤桶(4)均为圆柱形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的光催化氧化净化尾气的装置,其特征在于:所述喷淋系统的喷淋液体中包含浓度为5%~10%的双氧水。
