Abstract
一种可变径穿刺引流管,包括可变径金属支架,所述可变径金属支架的内外壁均包覆有医用弹性硅橡胶层,所述可变径金属支架的内腔中装有等长的管状扩张气囊,所述管状扩张气囊内端封闭,外端具有充气嘴,通过充气嘴给管状扩张气囊充气,使可变径金属支架管径扩大后退出管状扩张气囊。本发明在临床上可以实现细径导管植入,再使导管直径变粗引流,使置管时对人体组织的损伤达到最小。而且细管径扩张后,对穿刺造成的微损伤亦有压迫止血作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种可变径穿刺引流管。
背景技术
临床治疗往往要通过各种导管来达到治疗目的,比如尿管、胃管、胸部闭式引流管、脑部引流管等等。这些导管的显著区别就是管径的不同,在临床上选择直径小的导管,对人体组织创伤小,病人的痛苦也小,但有时达不到治疗目的,选择直径粗的导管治疗,又会增加患者的创伤。另外在患者颅脑这些重要器官置管时,小直径导管的损伤导致颅内出血的几率明显降低,但是导管直径过小,又达不到引流颅内血肿或脑脊液的治疗目的,所以临床上粗直径导管的使用不可避免的增加了脑组织的创伤,而在颅脑疾病治疗中,这种创伤往往是致命的。目前没有良好的解决方案。目前在临床上还没有一种穿刺放置导管时直径小,穿刺成功后再使管径扩大,从而减少置管损伤的器械。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可变径穿刺引流管,在临床上可以实现细径导管植入,再使导管直径变粗引流,使置管时对人体组织的损伤达到最小。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种可变径穿刺引流管,包括可变径金属支架,所述可变径金属支架的内外壁均包覆有医用弹性硅橡胶层,所述可变径金属支架的内腔中装有等长的管状扩张气囊,所述管状扩张气囊内端封闭,外端具有充气嘴,通过充气嘴给管状扩张气囊充气,使可变径金属支架管径扩大后退出管状扩张气囊。
所述管状扩张气囊与可变径金属支架等长。
所述可变径金属支架为钛金属菱形支架。
本发明具有的优点和效果:
1、本发明在临床上可以实现细径导管植入,再使导管直径变粗引流,使置管时对人体组织的损伤达到最小。而且细管径扩张后,对穿刺造成的微损伤亦有压迫止血作用。
2、本发明用于颅脑穿刺引流,能减少粗导管植入颅脑引流时脑组织的损伤,降低颅内出血等并发症。此外,细管径扩大时,对穿刺造成的微损伤亦有压迫止血作用,更能减少穿刺后颅内出血的可能。

具体实施方式
结合附图1、2、3描述本发明的一种实施例。
一种可变径穿刺引流管,包括可变径金属支架1,所述可变径金属支架1的内外壁均包覆有医用弹性硅橡胶层2,所述可变径金属支架1的内腔中装有等长的管状扩张气囊3,所述管状扩张气囊3内端封闭,外端具有充气嘴4,通过充气嘴4给管状扩张气囊3充气,使可变径金属支架1管径扩大后,再对管状扩张气囊3放气退出管状扩张气囊3。
所述管状扩张气囊3与可变径金属支架1等长。所述可变径金属支架1为钛金属菱形支架。
本发明植入前支架处于收缩状态,管径较细,当较细的导管植入到位时,通过充气嘴4给管状扩张气囊3充气,使可变径金属支架1管径扩大后退出管状扩张气囊3。达到细径导管植入后粗径导管引流的目的,对人体组织创伤小,病人的痛苦也小,又保证了治疗效果。此外,细管径扩大时,对穿刺造成的微损伤亦有压迫止血作用,更能减少穿刺后颅内出血的可能。

1.一种可变径穿刺引流管,包括可变径金属支架(1),其特征是:所述可变径金属支架(1)的内外壁均包覆有医用弹性硅橡胶层(2),所述可变径金属支架(1)的内腔中装有等长的管状扩张气囊(3),所述管状扩张气囊(3)内端封闭,外端具有充气嘴(4),通过充气嘴(4)给管状扩张气囊(3)充气,使可变径金属支架(1)管径扩大后退出管状扩张气囊(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可变径穿刺引流管,其特征是:所述管状扩张气囊(3)与可变径金属支架(1)等长。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可变径穿刺引流管,其特征是:所述可变径金属支架(1)为钛金属菱形支架。
