Example 4
A composite rubber acupuncture needle comprises rubber at the upper end and a stainless steel needle at the lower end.
A compound rubber acupuncture needle and a processing method thereof comprise the following steps:
(1) treatment of the stainless steel needle: cutting a stainless steel wire with the diameter of 0.3cm into small sections with the length of 7cm, and then polishing to obtain a stainless steel needle with one flat end and the other sharp end for later use;
(2) rubber treatment: carrying out banburying and rubber pressing on 34 parts of natural rubber, 53 parts of chlorinated rubber, 68 parts of stearic acid, 11 parts of sulfur, 1.5 parts of rubber antioxidant, 0.6 part of zinc oxide, 3 parts of light magnesium oxide and 6 parts of rubber auxiliary agent, and extruding by an extruder to obtain a semi-finished rubber tube; then placing the rubber tube semi-finished product in a mold similar to the stainless steel needle in the step (1) in shape and size, and then placing the mold in a vulcanizing tank for high-temperature vulcanization molding to obtain a shaped rubber semi-finished product; the high-temperature vulcanization setting time is 16 minutes, and the temperature is 158 ℃;
(3) treatment of the composite rubber acupuncture needle: fixing one end of the shaped rubber semi-finished product in the step (2) with the flat end of the stainless steel needle in the step (1) through a tractor, and then putting the fixed rubber semi-finished product into a vulcanizing tank for high-temperature vulcanization and shaping to obtain a composite rubber acupuncture needle; the high-temperature vulcanization setting time is 26 minutes, and the temperature is 140 ℃;
(4) packaging the compound rubber acupuncture needles: cutting the composite rubber acupuncture needle product according to the designed size, then sterilizing with ethylene oxide, cleaning with clear water, drying, and packaging into bags.
Preferably, the treatment process of the compound rubber acupuncture needle in the step (3) further comprises the step of soaking the compound rubber acupuncture needle in 120 ℃ traditional Chinese medicine, and the traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 parts of water, 5 parts of musk, 3 parts of pangolin, 5 parts of myrrh, 3 parts of turmeric root-tuber, 4 parts of asarum, 2 parts of toad venom, 2 parts of chalcanthite, 4 parts of dendrobium, 3 parts of cinnabar, 5 parts of agilawood and 7 parts of magnet.
Example 5
A composite rubber acupuncture needle comprises rubber at the upper end and a stainless steel needle at the lower end.
A compound rubber acupuncture needle and a processing method thereof comprise the following steps:
(1) treatment of the stainless steel needle: cutting a stainless steel wire with the diameter of 0.3cm into small sections with the length of 7cm, and then polishing to obtain a stainless steel needle with one flat end and the other sharp end for later use;
(2) rubber treatment: carrying out banburying and rubber pressing on 35 parts of natural rubber, 55 parts of chlorinated rubber, 70 parts of stearic acid, 12 parts of sulfur, 2.0 parts of rubber antioxidant, 0.7 part of zinc oxide, 3 parts of light magnesium oxide and 7 parts of rubber auxiliary agent, and extruding by an extruder to obtain a semi-finished rubber tube product; then placing the rubber tube semi-finished product in a mold similar to the stainless steel needle in the step (1) in shape and size, and then placing the mold in a vulcanizing tank for high-temperature vulcanization molding to obtain a shaped rubber semi-finished product; the high-temperature vulcanization setting time is 16 minutes, and the temperature is 160 ℃;
(3) treatment of the composite rubber acupuncture needle: fixing one end of the shaped rubber semi-finished product in the step (2) with the flat end of the stainless steel needle in the step (1) through a tractor, and then putting the fixed rubber semi-finished product into a vulcanizing tank for high-temperature vulcanization and shaping to obtain a composite rubber acupuncture needle; the high-temperature vulcanization setting time is 26 minutes, and the temperature is 150 ℃;
(4) packaging the compound rubber acupuncture needles: cutting the composite rubber acupuncture needle product according to the designed size, then sterilizing with ethylene oxide, cleaning with clear water, drying, and packaging into bags.
Preferably, the treatment process of the compound rubber acupuncture needle in the step (3) further comprises the step of soaking the compound rubber acupuncture needle in 130 ℃ traditional Chinese medicine, and then the acupuncture needle can be directly used, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of water, 6 parts of musk, 3 parts of pangolin, 6 parts of myrrh, 4 parts of turmeric root-tuber, 5 parts of asarum, 2 parts of toad venom, 2 parts of chalcanthite, 4 parts of dendrobium, 3 parts of cinnabar, 5 parts of agilawood and 7 parts of magnet.
And (3) verification experiment:
the composite rubber acupuncture needles fabricated in examples 1 to 5 were subjected to acupuncture experiments in which 60 persons were randomly selected and arbitrarily divided into 6 groups of 10 persons each, wherein the 1 st to 5 th groups were subjected to acupuncture using the composite rubber acupuncture needles fabricated in examples 1 to 5, respectively; the 6 th group uses common acupuncture needle to do acupuncture and moxibustion, which is a contrast group; the number of people who feel pain when doing acupuncture and moxibustion, the number of people who feel comfort is strong and the curative effect condition after acupuncture and moxibustion are recorded, and the condition records are as shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the above table, the number of people who feel the pain strong in the acupuncture experiments using the conventional acupuncture needle was more than the number of people who feel the pain strong in the acupuncture experiments using the composite rubber acupuncture needle manufactured in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention, and the number of people who feel the pain strong was less than the number of people who did the pain strong in the acupuncture experiments using the composite rubber acupuncture needle manufactured in examples 5 of the present invention.
In conclusion, the composite rubber acupuncture needle produced by the invention can be used for acupuncture and moxibustion, and can accurately insert the acupuncture needle into an acupuncture point and bend the rubber part after the acupuncture is finished, so that the aim of not pressing the needle is fulfilled, and the composite rubber acupuncture needle has the advantages of convenience, simplicity, environmental protection and reutilization, and is worthy of popularization.

(1) treatment of the stainless steel needle: cutting a stainless steel wire with the diameter of 0.1-0.3cm into small sections with the diameter of 5-7cm at fixed length, and then polishing to obtain a stainless steel needle with one flat end and the other sharp end for later use;
(2) rubber treatment: carrying out banburying and rubber pressing on 30-35 parts of natural rubber, 45-55 parts of chlorinated rubber, 60-70 parts of stearic acid, 8-12 parts of sulfur, 0.5-2.0 parts of rubber antioxidant, 0.4-0.7 part of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of light magnesium oxide and 3-7 parts of rubber auxiliary agent, and extruding by an extruder to obtain a semi-finished rubber tube; then placing the rubber tube semi-finished product in a mold similar to the stainless steel needle in the step (1) in shape and size, and then placing the mold in a vulcanizing tank for high-temperature vulcanization molding to obtain a shaped rubber semi-finished product; the high-temperature vulcanization setting time is 14-16 minutes, and the temperature is 150-160 ℃;
(3) treatment of the composite rubber acupuncture needle: fixing one end of the shaped rubber semi-finished product in the step (2) with the flat end of the stainless steel needle in the step (1) through a tractor, and then putting the fixed rubber semi-finished product into a vulcanizing tank for high-temperature vulcanization and shaping to obtain a composite rubber acupuncture needle; the high-temperature vulcanization setting time is 24-26 minutes, and the temperature is 110-150 ℃; the composite rubber acupuncture needle can be directly used after being soaked in 100-130 ℃ traditional Chinese medicine, and the traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of water, 3-6 parts of musk, 1-3 parts of pangolin, 3-6 parts of myrrh, 1-4 parts of radix curcumae, 2-5 parts of asarum, 1-2 parts of venenum bufonis, 1-2 parts of chalcanthite, 2-4 parts of dendrobe, 1-3 parts of cinnabar, 3-5 parts of agilawood and 5-7 parts of magnet;
(4) packaging the compound rubber acupuncture needles: cutting the composite rubber acupuncture needle product according to the designed size, then sterilizing with ethylene oxide, cleaning with clear water, drying, and packaging into bags.

The method for processing a compounded rubber acupuncture needle according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the weight parts of the natural rubber, the chlorinated rubber, the stearic acid, the sulfur, the rubber antioxidant, the zinc oxide, the light magnesium oxide and the rubber auxiliary agent are 31 to 34 parts, 48 to 53 parts, 63 to 68 parts, 9 to 11 parts, 0.8 to 1.5 parts, 0.5 to 0.6 part, 2 to 3 parts and 4 to 6 parts respectively.

The method for manufacturing a compounded rubber acupuncture needle according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the weight parts of the natural rubber, the chlorinated rubber, the stearic acid, the sulfur, the rubber antioxidant, the zinc oxide, the light magnesium oxide and the rubber auxiliary agent are 33 parts, 50 parts, 65 parts, 10 parts, 1 part, 0.6 part, 2 parts and 5 parts, respectively.

The method for processing a composite rubber acupuncture needle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the treatment process of the composite rubber acupuncture needle in the step (3) further comprises the step of soaking the composite rubber acupuncture needle in 100-130 ℃ Chinese medicinal liquid for direct use, wherein the Chinese medicinal liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of water, 4-5 parts of musk, 2-3 parts of pangolin scales, 4-5 parts of myrrh, 2-3 parts of radix curcumae, 3-4 parts of asarum, 1-2 parts of venenum bufonis, 1-2 parts of chalcanthite, 3-4 parts of dendrobe, 2-3 parts of cinnabar, 4-5 parts of agilawood and 6-7 parts of magnet.

The processing method of the composite rubber acupuncture needle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the treatment process of the composite rubber acupuncture needle in the step (3) further comprises the step of soaking the composite rubber acupuncture needle in 100-130 ℃ Chinese medicine for direct use, wherein the Chinese medicine is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of water, 5 parts of musk, 3 parts of pangolin, 5 parts of myrrh, 2 parts of turmeric root-tuber, 3 parts of asarum, 1 part of toad venom, 1 part of chalcanthite, 3 parts of dendrobium, 2 parts of cinnabar, 4 parts of agilawood and 6 parts of magnet.
