Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物。其中药原料及重量份配比为：龙胆草10‑30份，黄芩10‑20份，桅子10‑20份，泽泻10‑20份，木通6‑12份，当归20‑40份，生地黄20‑40份，柴胡10‑20份，车前子10‑20份，磁石10‑30份，水牛角10‑20份，太子参20‑40份，麦冬20‑40份，酸枣仁20‑40份，羚羊角5‑15份，野菊花10‑20份，玳瑁10‑20份，太阳针5‑15份，代赭石10‑20份，淡竹叶10‑20份，钩藤10‑20份，黄柏10‑20份，胆南星10‑20份，紫贝齿10‑20份，甘草5‑15份。本发明中药组合物具有清热泻火、活血化瘀、息风通络、补益气血的功效，其配伍科学，疗效显著，作用可靠，无副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物。
背景技术
癫痫，俗称的“羊角风”或“羊癫风”，是大脑神经元突发性异常放电，导致短暂的大脑功能障碍的一种慢性疾病。由于异常放电神经元所涉及的部位不同，可表现为发作性的运动、感觉、植物神经、意识及精神障碍。癫痫最主要的特征是长期、反复地自发性痫性发作(即抽风发作)。癫痫是神经系统常见疾病之一，患病率仅次于脑卒中。癫痫的发病率与年龄有关。目前，医学上治疗癫痫主要以抗癫痫药物为主，如苯巴比妥、苯妥英钠、卡马西平、丙戊酸钠等，虽然可有效缓解病症，但长期服用，药物毒副作用会导致新的疾病发生，治标不治本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中采用抗癫痫药物治疗癫痫存在药物副作用大、治标不治本的不足，本发明提供一种配伍科学、疗效显著、作用可靠、无副作用的治疗癫痫的中药组合物。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：龙胆草10-30份，黄芩10-20份，桅子10-20份，泽泻10-20份，木通6-12份，当归20-40份，生地黄20-40份，柴胡10-20份，车前子10-20份，磁石10-30份，水牛角10-20份，太子参20-40份，麦冬20-40份，酸枣仁20-40份，羚羊角5-15份，野菊花10-20份，玳瑁10-20份，太阳针5-15份，代赭石10-20份，淡竹叶10-20份，钩藤10-20份，黄柏10-20份，胆南星10-20份，紫贝齿10-20份，甘草5-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：龙胆草20份，黄芩15份，桅子15份，泽泻15份，木通9份，当归30份，生地黄30份，柴胡15份，车前子15份，磁石20份，水牛角15份，太子参30份，麦冬30份，酸枣仁30份，羚羊角10份，野菊花15份，玳瑁15份，太阳针10份，代赭石15份，淡竹叶15份，钩藤15份，黄柏15份，胆南星15份，紫贝齿15份，甘草10份。
癫痫病理因素以痰为主，每由风、火触动，痰瘀内阻，蒙蔽清窍而发病。痰浊内阻，脏气不平，阴阳偏胜，神机受累，元神失控是病机的关键所在。因此治疗癫痫应以涤痰息风，清热泻火，化痰开窍，活血化瘀，息风通络，补益气血，健脾宁心，补益心肾，潜阳安神为治则。本发明的中药组合物中，龙胆草大苦大寒，既能泻肝胆实火，又能利肝胆经湿热，泻火除湿，两擅其功，切中病机，故为君药。黄芩、桅子、黄柏三药相使，苦寒泻火，燥湿清热，加强君药泻火除湿之力，共为臣药。痰饮的主要出路是利导下行，故佐用渗湿泄热之泽泻、木通、车前子、三药相使，导湿热从水道而去；野菊花、淡竹叶、胆南星三药相使清热解毒，疏风散热。方中苦燥渗利伤阴之品居多，故用当归、生地、麦冬、太子参四药，以养血滋阴，使邪去而阴血不伤。磁石、水牛角、酸枣仁、钩藤、紫贝齿、羚羊角、玳瑁、赭石、八味药相使，平肝潜阳，安神镇惊、疏肝息风，最后用甘草调和诸药，用柴胡疏畅肝胆之气，并能引诸药归于肝胆之经，为使药。纵观全方，泻中有补，利中有滋，祛邪而不伤正，泻肝胆之火，通达条善，再用大量镇惊之药，潜阳安神,标本兼治。
本发明所提供的中药组合物配伍科学，本发明的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂服用。经临床应用验证，其疗效显著，作用可靠，药性平和，未出现毒副作用，总有效率93%，治愈率达71%。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：龙胆草20g，黄芩15g，桅子15g，泽泻15g，木通9g，当归30g，生地黄30g，柴胡15g，车前子15g，磁石20g，水牛角15g，太子参30g，麦冬30g，酸枣仁30g，羚羊角10g，野菊花15g，玳瑁15g，太阳针10g，代赭石15g，淡竹叶15g，钩藤15g，黄柏15g，胆南星15g，紫贝齿15g，甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：龙胆草30g，黄芩10g，桅子20g，泽泻10g，木通12g，当归20g，生地黄40g，柴胡10g，车前子20g，磁石10g，水牛角20g，太子参20g，麦冬40g，酸枣仁20g，羚羊角15g，野菊花10g，玳瑁20g，太阳针5g，代赭石20g，淡竹叶10g，钩藤20g，黄柏10g，胆南星20g，紫贝齿10g，甘草15g。
实施例3
一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：龙胆草10g，黄芩20g，桅子10g，泽泻20g，木通6g，当归40g，生地黄20g，柴胡20g，车前子10g，磁石30g，水牛角10g，太子参40g，麦冬20g，酸枣仁40g，羚羊角5g，野菊花20g，玳瑁10g，太阳针15g，代赭石10g，淡竹叶20g，钩藤10g，黄柏20g，胆南星10g，紫贝齿20g，甘草5g。
实施例4
一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：龙胆草23g，黄芩12g，桅子18g，泽泻12g，木通12g，当归27g，生地黄33g，柴胡12g，车前子18g，磁石17g，水牛角18g，太子参27g，麦冬33g，酸枣仁27g，羚羊角13g，野菊花12g，玳瑁18g，太阳针7g，代赭石18g，淡竹叶12g，钩藤18g，黄柏12g，胆南星18g，紫贝齿12g，甘草13g。
实施例5
一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：龙胆草17g，黄芩18g，桅子12g，泽泻18g，木通7g，当归33g，生地黄27g，柴胡18g，车前子12g，磁石23g，水牛角12g，太子参33g，麦冬27g，酸枣仁33g，羚羊角7g，野菊花18g，玳瑁12g，太阳针13g，代赭石12g，淡竹叶18g，钩藤12g，黄柏18g，胆南星12g，紫贝齿18g，甘草7g。
下面结合本发明的中药组合物，进行临床疗效实验如下：
1、临床病例选择：挑选90例癫痫患者，年龄25-70岁。
2、临床症状：全面性发作时突然昏倒，项背强直，四肢抽搐；或仅两目瞪视，呼之不应，或头部下垂，肢软无力；部分性发作时可见多种形式，如口、眼、手等局部抽搐而无突然昏倒，或幻视，或呕吐，多汗，或言语障碍，或无意识的动作等；多有家族史，每因惊恐、劳累、情志过极等诱发；以上症状可认定为癫痫。
3、实验方法：将上述患者随机分为实验治疗组及对照治疗组两组，每组45人，其中，实验治疗组采用本发明实施例一提供的中药组合物，其是将本发明提供的中药原料按照传统水煎法煎煮两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，一天一剂，七天一疗程。对照治疗组采用：服用抗癫痫药物，如: 苯巴比妥片、苯妥英钠片、卡马西平片等。
4、疗效标准：
（1）、治愈：与治疗前发作间歇时间比较，延长一年以上不发作者；
（2）、有效：发作时症状比之前减轻，间歇期明显延长；
（3）、无效：发作频繁，或症状加重。
5、实验结果：
实验治疗组：治疗3-5个疗程，治愈32例，有效10例，无效3例。经不良反应（ADR）安全性评价，治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
对照治疗组：治疗三周～六周后，累计癫痫治愈39例，但治疗3-6个月后有8例患者病情出现反复。
通过对比，采用西药治疗癫痫的对照治疗组治愈率高，但治疗效果不稳定。本发明提供的实验治疗组对癫痫的治疗效果理想，标本兼治。
6、典型病例：
病例一：宋某，男，64岁。患者自述无明显诱因突然昏倒，四肢抽搐，出现幻觉，呕吐不止，身体瘫软，五分钟后自行缓解。一天发作3-4次。给予苯巴比妥片治疗，病情好转，停药后复发。当地服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，自觉发作次数明显减少；继续服用2个疗程，各症状消失，治愈。随访一年，未复发。
病例二：姜某，女，48岁。患者自述患癫痫3年余，常年服用卡马西平片等抗癫痫西药控制病情，发作次数稍有减缓。发作时四肢抽搐，手脚发麻，口吐白沫，大小便失禁，常在夜间发作。目前抗癫痫西药已无法控制发作，而且还会增加发作次数。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，发作次数明显减少，间歇时间明显延长；续服3个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。随访一年，未复发。
我们知道，中药原料用量过多易造成浪费或不良反应，过少达不到治疗效果，因此用量必须恰当。本发明用于临床实验的各中药原料用量是本发明的最佳用量，其适用范围广。其中，当归30g，麦冬30g，生地黄30g，太子参30g，用量大，因方中苦燥渗利伤阴之品居多，故用当归、生地、麦冬、太子参四药，以养血滋阴，使邪去而阴血不伤，故大量应用；酸枣仁30g，用量大，方中应用其具有宁心安神的功效，同时还能养肝敛汗；龙胆草20g，用量大，龙胆草大苦大寒，既能泻肝胆实火，又能利肝胆经湿热，泻火除湿，两擅其功，切中病机，因此用量大。

1.一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：龙胆草10-30份，黄芩10-20份，桅子10-20份，泽泻10-20份，木通6-12份，当归20-40份，生地黄20-40份，柴胡10-20份，车前子10-20份，磁石10-30份，水牛角10-20份，太子参20-40份，麦冬20-40份，酸枣仁20-40份，羚羊角5-15份，野菊花10-20份，玳瑁10-20份，太阳针5-15份，代赭石10-20份，淡竹叶10-20份，钩藤10-20份，黄柏10-20份，胆南星10-20份，紫贝齿10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗癫痫的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：龙胆草20份，黄芩15份，桅子15份，泽泻15份，木通9份，当归30份，生地黄30份，柴胡15份，车前子15份，磁石20份，水牛角15份，太子参30份，麦冬30份，酸枣仁30份，羚羊角10份，野菊花15份，玳瑁15份，太阳针10份，代赭石15份，淡竹叶15份，钩藤15份，黄柏15份，胆南星15份，紫贝齿15份，甘草10份。
