背景技术
目前社会中发生的烧烫伤、化学药品灼伤以及电击伤等意外伤害疾病呈上升趋势。由于烧伤程度不同，临床表现各异，诊断标准根据皮肤烧伤的深浅分为Ⅰ度、浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度。
西医烧伤外科治疗主要以外因的干扰、抗生素抗感染和手术的方式为主要特点，但用药缺乏针对性、仅重视全身用药，忽视了局部病灶的处理、患者耐受性差，心理压力大。中医自古就有“疡疮之症，最宜外治”的说法，随着近年来中医药外治烧伤的理论水平不断提高，临床经验不断丰富，越来越显示出其独特的优势，中医药治疗烧伤对烧伤创面的要求只需一般消毒即可，而且应用中药后，烧伤创面干燥结痂，大大减轻了病人换药的痛苦，具有使用方便，疗效高，见效快等特点，有西药无法比拟的效果。
利用中药膏外敷治疗烧烫伤7到10天左右，创面逐渐愈合进入恢复期，在此阶段多种因素均可能会引发新生肌肤及周围出现发痒症状，如当天气突变时，由于冷热温差和干湿的变化，引发皮肤发热出汗会感到奇痒，再如长时间贴药，由于处在增生期的皮肤组织对周围环境的物理化学因素相当敏感，引起创面周围发痒。患者常常发痒难忍到非抓破表皮见血才罢休的程度。虽然随着时间的推移，烧烫伤创面逐渐痊愈，刺痒的感觉也会随之相应地减轻和消失，但这个过程中患者身心皆受煎熬，鉴于此，本发明提供了一种快速杀菌止痒的外用型药膏。

作为优选，所述的烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏，包括以下重量份的原料组成：制霉素片20份、维生素B片20份、维生素C片20份、冰片20份、苦参20份、地肤子20份、水牛角20份、蒲公英20份、白鲜皮20份、扑尔敏片20份、冰片20份、凡士林1000份。
上述各原料药的药理作用如下：
制霉素片：具广谱抗真菌作用，对念珠菌属的抗菌活性高，对新型隐球菌、曲菌、毛霉菌、小孢子菌、荚膜组织浆胞菌、皮炎芽生菌及皮肤癣菌有抑制作用；维生素B片：与护肤密切相关的B族维生素包括B1、B2、B3、B5、B6和H，维生素B1又称硫胺素，可抑制胆碱酯酶活性，减轻皮肤炎症反应，有防治脂溢性皮炎、湿疹、增进皮肤健康之功效，维生素B2又称核黄素，参与细胞的氧化还原反应，血红蛋白的合成及糖、蛋白质、脂肪的代谢，能帮助皮肤抵抗日光的损害，促进细胞再生，维生素B3又称为烟酸，可以抑制皮肤黑色素的形成，防止皮肤粗糙，有利于受伤害的细胞或皮肤复原，对维持正常组织，尤其是皮肤、消化道、神经系统的完整性具有重要作用，维生素B6与皮肤健康有密切关系，是很多酶和辅助酶分子结构的一部分，促进氨基酸的代谢以保持皮肤健康，可降低毛细血管壁通透性及透明质酸酶活性，降低变态反应、炎症反应，促进上皮细胞生长，可用于防治皮肤粗糙、粉刺、日光晒伤、止痒和阳光晒黑，也可用于防治脂溢性皮肤炎症、一般性痤疮、干性脂溢性皮炎湿疹和落屑性皮肤变化，维生素H又称生物素，能促进皮肤新陈代谢，改善皮肤粗糙，防止毛发脱落、脂溢性皮炎、多晶型的粉刺；维生素C片：参与机体内抗体及胶原形成，组织修补，苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、叶酸的代谢，铁、碳水化合物的利用，脂肪、蛋白质的合成，以及维持免疫功能，羟化5-羟色胺，保持血管的完整，并促进非血红素铁的吸收；扑尔敏片：可用于治疗皮肤瘙痒症，能对抗过敏反应所致的毛细血管扩张，降低毛细血管的通透性，缓解支气管平滑肌收缩所致的喘息，能增强镇痛药作用；冰片：味辛、苦，微寒，归心、肝、肺经，清香宣散，具有清热散毒、消肿散火的功效；苦参：味苦，性寒，归心、肝、胃、大肠、膀胱经，有清热燥湿、杀虫利尿功效，用于阴肿阴痒、湿疹、湿疮、皮肤瘙痒；地肤子：味辛、苦，性寒，归肾、膀胱经，有清热利湿、祛风止痒功效，用于风疹、湿疹、皮肤瘙痒；水牛角：味苦，性寒，归心、肝经，有清热凉血、解毒定惊功效；蒲公英：味苦、甘，性寒，归肝、胃经，有清热凉血、解毒利尿、消肿散结功效；白鲜皮：味苦，性寒，归脾、胃、膀胱经，有清热燥湿、祛风解毒功效；主治湿热疮毒、湿疹、风疹、疥癣疮癞、风湿热痹，凡士林：保持皮肤组织湿润，减少空气接触和细菌感染，使创面保持自身修复能力较高的状态，不易留疤。
以上诸药中西合用，共奏杀菌止痒、清热燥湿、消肿散结、祛风解毒功效，能减轻烧烫伤发痒患者皮肤炎症反应，促进新生皮肤新陈代谢，增强其免疫能力。
本发明还提供了所述烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
⑴将制霉素片、维生素B片、维生素C片、扑尔敏片混合研磨，得到粉末A；
⑵将苦参、地肤子、水牛角、蒲公英、白鲜皮分别粉碎，过200-300目筛，混合得粉末B；
⑶将凡士林用80-90℃水浴，熔融后加入食醋，搅拌均匀，再加入步骤⑵粉末B，充分搅拌，降温至50-60℃，依次加入粉末A、冰片，继续充分搅拌，冷却装瓶密封即可。
本发明还提供该烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏的使用方法，具体是将该烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏敷于纱布内层，贴于伤面周围或烫伤愈合皮肤上，再将清热解毒膏抹于纱布外层，再包扎一层纱布，然后胶带固定，一日换一次药。所述清热解毒膏是按重量份计的大黄10-30份、白蔹10-30份、赤芍10-30份、蒲公英10-30份、黄药子10-30份、冬凌草10-30份、白鲜皮10-30份、石见穿10-30份、预知子10-30份、厚朴10-30份、生黄芩10-30份、甘草10-30份、冰片10-30份和蜂蜜1000份制成的药膏。
本发明还提供该烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏在制备治疗各种发痒皮肤病的药物中的应用。
本发明还提供该烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏在制备治疗化脓性疱疹的药物中的应用。
本发明的有益技术效果：本发明的药膏具有杀菌止痒、清热除湿、祛风解毒功效，对烧烫伤发痒期患者施用五秒钟即见效，使烧烫伤后皮肤生长过程中不被抓伤；同时，结合清热除湿药膏使用效果更佳，内用本发明的杀菌止痒药膏，外用清热除湿药膏，形成的双层包扎方式能够保持更持久的药效，防止杀菌止痒药膏变干变硬及粘结到新生皮肤上，拆除纱布换药时病人无疼痛感；还对各种发痒皮肤病机化脓性疱疹具有良好疗效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步对本发明的技术方案作详细的阐述，但不都成对本发明的范围性限制。
实施例1
一种烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏，包括以下重量份的原料组成：制霉素片10份、维生素B片10份、维生素C片10份、冰片10份、苦参10份、地肤子10份、水牛角10份、蒲公英10份、白鲜皮10份、扑尔敏片10份、冰片10份、凡士林1000份。
本发明还提供了所述烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
⑴将制霉素片、维生素B片、维生素C片、扑尔敏片混合研磨，得到粉末A；
⑵将苦参、地肤子、水牛角、蒲公英、白鲜皮分别粉碎，过200目筛，混合得粉末B；
⑶将凡士林用80℃水浴，熔融后加入食醋，搅拌均匀，再加入步骤⑵粉末B，充分搅拌，降温至50℃，依次加入粉末A、冰片，继续充分搅拌，冷却装瓶密封即可。

⑵将苦参、地肤子、水牛角、蒲公英、白鲜皮分别粉碎，过300目筛，混合得粉末B；
⑶将凡士林用90℃水浴，熔融后加入食醋，搅拌均匀，再加入步骤⑵粉末B，充分搅拌，降温至60℃，依次加入粉末A、冰片，继续充分搅拌，冷却装瓶密封即可。
实施例3
一种烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏，包括以下重量份的原料组成：制霉素片30份、维生素B片30份、维生素C片30份、冰片30份、苦参30份、地肤子30份、水牛角30份、蒲公英30份、白鲜皮30份、扑尔敏片30份、冰片30份、凡士林1000份。
本发明还提供了所述烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
⑴将制霉素片、维生素B片、维生素C片、扑尔敏片混合研磨，得到粉末A；
⑵将苦参、地肤子、水牛角、蒲公英、白鲜皮分别粉碎，过250目筛，混合得粉末B；
⑶将凡士林用85℃水浴，熔融后加入食醋，搅拌均匀，再加入步骤⑵粉末B，充分搅拌，降温至55℃，依次加入粉末A、冰片，继续充分搅拌，冷却装瓶密封即可。
临床资料
⑴本发明人经多年临床验证，对烧烫伤二期发痒患者进行临床观察治疗。
⑵治疗方法
将实施例2制备的药膏敷于纱布内层，贴于伤面周围或烫伤愈合皮肤上，再将清热解毒膏抹于纱布外层，再包扎一层纱布，然后胶带固定，一日换一次药。所用清热解毒膏是按重量份计的大黄10-30份、白蔹10-30份、赤芍10-30份、蒲公英10-30份、黄药子10-30份、冬凌草10-30份、白鲜皮10-30份、石见穿10-30份、预知子10-30份、厚朴10-30份、生黄芩10-30份、甘草10-30份、冰片10-30份和蜂蜜1000份制成的药膏。
⑶注意事项
发痒湿热重者忌食生冷水果之物，伤口未愈者，创面周围抹药,治疗期间不可将伤口暴露,避免再次感染。
⑷疗效判定标准
治愈：发痒症状全部消失；主要理化检测指标均为正常
有效：发痒症状基本消除或减弱；主要理化检测指标有所改善
无效：主要理化检测指标与治疗前无变化。
⑸临床结果
临床治愈100％，有效率为100％，无任何不良反应。
⑹典型病例：
吕xx，女，9个月，泾川罗汉洞人，2016年6月6日火炉烫伤右脸，在市级医院住了18天未痊愈，于6月24日来我站治疗，经过祛腐生肌阶段开始长新的皮肤和肌肉组织，30号因感冒引起肺炎面部出现化脓性疱疹，使用本发明的杀菌止痒膏敷于纱布内层，贴于烫伤新生皮肤上，再将清热解毒膏抹于纱布外层，再包扎一层纱布，然后胶带固定，一日换一次药，两次后皮肤组织恢复正常。
吕xx，女，6岁，静宁县高界乡人，2016年11月10日被酒精烧伤，祛腐生肌后出现了皮肤红疹，用本发明的杀菌止痒膏敷于纱布内层，贴于烫伤新生皮肤上，再将清热解毒膏抹于纱布外层，再包扎一层纱布，然后胶带固定，一日换一次药，两次就痊愈，共治疗13天，花费人民币2000多元。
杨xx，男，彭阳县白杨镇人，19个月，胸部烫伤5天候来我站治疗，发现伤面周围有大片发痒的红疹，我们采用伤口用祛腐生肌膏，本发明的杀菌止痒膏敷于纱布内层，贴于周围发红发痒的部位上，再将清热解毒膏抹于纱布外层，再包扎一层纱布，然后胶带固定，一日换一次药，第二天伤口周围红疹明显好转，小孩皮肤也就不发痒了，第三次换药周围皮肤全好了，只给伤口贴药。

1.一种烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料组成：制霉素片10-30份、维生素B片10-30份、维生素C片10-30份、冰片10-30份、苦参10-30份、地肤子10-30份、水牛角10-30份、蒲公英10-30份、白鲜皮10-30份、扑尔敏片10-30份、冰片10-30份、凡士林1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏，其特征在于，包括以下重量份的原料组成：制霉素片20份、维生素B片20份、维生素C片20份、冰片20份、苦参20份、地肤子20份、水牛角20份、蒲公英20份、白鲜皮20份、扑尔敏片20份、冰片20份、凡士林1000份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
⑴将制霉素片、维生素B片、维生素C片、扑尔敏片混合研磨，得到粉末A；
⑵将苦参、地肤子、水牛角、蒲公英、白鲜皮分别粉碎，过200-300目筛，混合得粉末B；

6.一种如权利要求1所述烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏在制备治疗各种发痒皮肤病的药物中的应用。
7.一种如权利要求1所述烧烫伤外用杀菌止痒药膏在制备治疗化脓性疱疹的药物中的应用。
