本发明涉及一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，包括如下步骤：a.在覆膜相纸上均匀涂布一层化妆品胶水形成胶水层，化妆品胶水的胶水层厚度0.1‑0.2mm，用烘干机烘至表干；b.在胶水层上涂布一层透明指甲油层用于隔离胶水，厚度0.05‑0.15mm，用烘干机烘至表干；c.在透明指甲油层上涂布有色层，有色层为各种不同颜色的指甲油或者各种不同颜色的图案，厚度0.1‑0.4mm，用烘干机至表干；d.在有色层上面涂布指甲油亮油，厚度0.2‑0.4mm，用烘干机烘干。贴膜非危险可以随身方便携带，使用便利，便于卸除。

一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及指甲油贴膜领域，尤其是一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺。
背景技术
指甲油属于彩妆系列的产品，具有美化修饰指甲的功能，酯类溶剂型指甲油以乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等酯类为溶剂，酯溶性成膜剂，司拉氯铵水辉石和水合硅石等为增稠悬浮剂，配以增塑剂、颜料和香精等添加剂搅拌混合而成。该类配方调配得当可以得到高光泽、强附着力和强耐水性的指甲油。但存在如下缺点：1、具有刺激性气味，强烈刺鼻的气味吸入后会引起身体不适；2、使用后对人体的指甲和皮肤刺激性较大，长期使用有较大的伤害；3、接触化纤类衣物和一般塑料都会造成溶解性腐蚀，目前人们使用的指甲角质层部位的装饰方法普遍为直接涂抹指甲油和采用指甲油在指甲上面彩绘图案，使用指甲油有下列不便：
1、指甲油属易燃品携带不安全。
2、指甲油涂刷完后，如果未干透就会破坏指甲油表面平整，等待干燥的时间较长。
3、指甲彩绘图案对使用者的技术手法要求较高。
4、卸除时需要用到溶解性较强的有机溶剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中指甲油给指甲造型装饰所存在的缺陷，提供一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，包括如下步骤：
a.在覆膜相纸上均匀涂布一层化妆品胶水形成胶水层，化妆品胶水的胶水层厚度为0.1-0.2mm，用烘干机烘至表干；
b.在胶水层上涂布一层透明指甲油层用于隔离胶水，厚度0.05-0.15mm，用烘干机烘至表干；
c.在透明指甲油层上涂布有色层，有色层为各种不同颜色的指甲油或者各种不同颜色的图案，厚度0.1-0.4mm，用烘干机至表干；
d.在有色层上面涂布指甲油亮油，厚度0.2-0.4mm，用烘干机烘干。
上述的一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，所述有色层的指甲油的配方按重量比为：乙酸乙酯：10-30，乙酸丁酯：20-40，硝化纤维：10-20，丙烯酸聚合物：15-35，增塑剂：1-5，颜料：1-10，香精：0.1-1。
上述的一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，所述香精为玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、柠檬香精、苹果香精、檀香油香精或者天然植物油香精。
上述的一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，所述烘干机的烘干温度为30℃-80℃。
上述的一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，所述指甲油为溶剂型、水性、UV光固化指甲油。
本发明的有益效果为：1、使用的指甲油都符合相应国家的化妆品法规可以有效的控制对人体的伤害；2、贴膜非危险可以随身方便携带；3、使用便利；4、便于卸除。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，包括如下步骤：
a.在覆膜相纸上均匀涂布一层化妆品胶水形成胶水层，化妆品胶水的胶水层厚度为0.1-0.2mm，用烘干机烘至表干；
b.在胶水层上涂布一层透明指甲油层用于隔离胶水，厚度0.05-0.15mm，用烘干机烘至表干；
c.在透明指甲油层上涂布有色层，有色层为各种不同颜色的指甲油或者各种不同颜色的图案，厚度0.1-0.4mm，用烘干机至表干；
d.在有色层上面涂布指甲油亮油，厚度0.2-0.4mm，用烘干机烘干。
其中，有色层的指甲油的配方按重量比为：乙酸乙酯：10-30，乙酸丁酯：20-40，硝化纤维：10-20，丙烯酸聚合物：15-35，增塑剂：1-5，颜料：1-10，香精：0.1-1。
香精为玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、柠檬香精、苹果香精、檀香油香精或者天然植物油香精。
烘干机的烘干温度为30℃-80℃，指甲油为溶剂型、水性、UV光固化指甲油。
使用时只需揭下覆膜相纸，剩余的覆膜层贴到指甲上，然后用指甲锉修平多余部分，卸除时只需从指甲边缘扣起剥离就行。
本发明的有益效果为：1、使用的指甲油都符合相应国家的化妆品法规可以有效的控制对人体的伤害；2、贴膜非危险可以随身方便携带；3、使用便利；4、便于卸除。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式，任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品，但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化，凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案，均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
a.在覆膜相纸上均匀涂布一层化妆品胶水形成胶水层，化妆品胶水的胶水层厚度为0.1-0.2mm，用烘干机烘至表干；
b.在胶水层上涂布一层透明指甲油层用于隔离胶水，厚度0.05-0.15mm，用烘干机烘至表干；
c.在透明指甲油层上涂布有色层，有色层为各种不同颜色的指甲油或者各种不同颜色的图案，厚度0.1-0.4mm，用烘干机至表干；
d.在有色层上面涂布指甲油亮油，厚度0.2-0.4mm，用烘干机烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，其特征在于，所述有色层的指甲油的配方按重量比为：乙酸乙酯：10-30，乙酸丁酯：20-40，硝化纤维：10-20，丙烯酸聚合物：15-35，增塑剂：1-5，颜料：1-10，香精：0.1-1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，其特征在于，所述香精为玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、柠檬香精、苹果香精、檀香油香精或者天然植物油香精。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，其特征在于，所述烘干机的烘干温度为30℃-80℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种香味指甲贴膜的制作工艺，其特征在于，所述指甲油为溶剂型、水性、UV光固化指甲油。
