本发明属于日化用品领域，具体涉及一种除臭抑菌足粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
足癣，俗称“脚气”，由于真菌侵人足部表皮而致。一般发生于两侧足底及脚趾之间。古典医著《医宗金鉴外科心诀》对其症状有形象的描述：“此证由胃经湿热下注而生，脚丫破烂，其患甚小，其痒搓之不能解，必搓至皮烂，津腥臭水溃疡时，其痒方止，次日仍痒，经年不愈，极其缠绵。”足癣的发病率较高，尤其在我国的南方患病率高达80％以上。虽然算不上什么严重疾患，但痒起来的滋味也确实难受。有些患者由于用不洁的手抠脚趾，还会引起脚气感染，引发丹毒，也会影响患者在常的工作和学习。目前市面上用于治疗足癣的药物大多数是西药制剂，少数为中成药。西药虽有起效快的优点，但毒副作用相对较大，易产生耐药性，治标不治本；而中药制剂中含有的成分复杂，无效成分偏多，治疗针对性不强，给患者选择造成误区，且疗效不明显，甚至因其粉末中含有大量的杂质而易引起皮肤过敏症状。
中国专利申请CN106038453A公布了一种用于防治足癣的爽足粉，所述防治足癣的爽足粉包括以下重量份的原料：中药提取物5-20份、填充剂55-78份、表面活性剂2-6份、清凉剂0.05-1份、消炎抗敏剂0.1-2份、防腐剂0.05-0.2份；所述中药提取物为金钱草、龙胆草、五倍子、海螵蛸、肉桂、败酱草的醇提物和/或水提物。该发明爽足粉由中药原料经提取干燥而成，虽然有效成分的含量及生物利用度得到了提高，但是效果仍不理想。
中国专利申请CN105687021A公布了一种防治脚癣的爽足粉，所述爽足粉包括以下重量份的原料：中药组合物5-12份、填充剂50-75份、抗菌剂1-9份、表面活性剂2-6份、消炎抗敏剂0.5-2份、清凉剂0.1-1.5份；所述中药组合物为大风子、川椒、苦丁茶、藿香、当归的醇提物和/或水提物。该发明爽足粉使用方便，使用中延长了有效成分的作用时间，提高其疗效，但是生物利用率有待提高。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种除臭抑菌足粉及其制备方法。本发明提供的除臭抑菌足粉不仅能有效改善足部多汗、防治脚臭，还能抑菌消炎、抗过敏，有效治疗足癣。
本发明提供了一种除臭抑菌足粉，包括以下组分及其重量百分比：
紫草素1-5％、桂皮醛1-3％、小蘖碱1-3％、百秋李醇1-3％、薄荷醇0.5-1％、烷基糖苷1-4％、茶皂素0.5-1％、红没药醇1-2％、除臭剂1-8％、乙醇10-20％和玉米粉50-82％。烷基糖苷购于广州健创生物科技有限公司，茶皂素购于湖南郎林生物制品有限公司，玉米粉购于广州赢特保健食品有限公司。
本发明配伍合理科学，各组分相互作用，协同起防治脚臭、抑菌消炎及抗过敏的作用。
进一步，所述的除臭抑菌足粉由以下组分及其重量百分比组成：
紫草素3％、桂皮醛2％、小蘖碱2％、百秋李醇2％、薄荷醇0.75％、烷基糖苷2.5％、茶皂素0.75％、红没药醇1.5％、除臭剂4.5％、乙醇15％和玉米粉66％。
进一步地，所述除臭剂为薰衣草油和桉叶油按重量比3:2组成。
同时，本发明还提供了一种除臭抑菌足粉的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1.将乙醇加热至60-70℃，边搅拌边加入紫草素、桂皮醛、小蘖碱、百秋李醇、薄荷醇、烷基糖苷、茶皂素、红没药醇及除臭剂，搅拌均匀，得溶液A；
S2.将步骤S1所得溶液A冷却至30-40℃，边搅拌边喷洒到玉米粉上，搅拌均匀，即得。
本发明提供的除臭抑菌足粉中紫草素(C16H16O5，CAS NO：517-89-5)具有抗炎、抗病原微生物的作用；桂皮醛(C9H8O，CAS NO：104-55-2)具有杀菌消毒、解热的作用；小蘖碱(C20H18O4，CAS NO：2086-83-1)具有抗菌消炎的作用；百秋李醇(C15H26O，CAS NO：5986-55-0)具有抑菌消毒的功效；薄荷醇(C10H20O，CAS NO：89-78-1)具有清凉、消炎的效果；红没药醇(C15H26O，CAS NO：515-69-5)具有消炎的作用；薰衣草油(CAS NO：8000-28-0)具有清热解毒、缓解疲劳及清新空气的作用；桉叶油(C10H18O，CAS NO：8000-48-4)具有杀菌、清新空气的作用。本发明中茶皂素、烷基糖苷、紫草素、桂皮醛、小蘖碱和百秋李醇发挥良好的协同效应，最大化发挥洗发杀菌抑菌、消炎止痒的功效，不再添加任何防腐剂。本发明配伍合理科学，各组分相互作用，协同起防治脚臭、抑菌消炎及抗过敏的作用。
与现有技术相比，本发明提供的除臭抑菌足粉不仅能有效改善足部多汗、防治脚臭，还能抑菌消炎、抗过敏，有效治疗足癣。同时本发明提供的除臭抑菌足粉性能温和、安全无刺激。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明，这些实施例仅用于例证的目的，绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1一种除臭抑菌足粉
所述除臭抑菌足粉由以下组分及其重量百分比组成：
紫草素1％、桂皮醛1％、小蘖碱1％、百秋李醇1％、薄荷醇0.5％、烷基糖苷1％、茶皂素0.5％、红没药醇1％、薰衣草油0.6％、桉叶油0.4％、乙醇10％和玉米粉82％。
制备方法：
S1.将乙醇加热至65℃，边搅拌边加入紫草素、桂皮醛、小蘖碱、百秋李醇、薄荷醇、烷基糖苷、茶皂素、红没药醇、薰衣草油及桉叶油，搅拌均匀，得溶液A；
S2.将步骤S1所得溶液A冷却至35℃，边搅拌边喷洒到玉米粉上，搅拌均匀，即得。
实施例2一种除臭抑菌足粉
所述除臭抑菌足粉由以下组分及其重量百分比组成：
紫草素3％、桂皮醛2％、小蘖碱2％、百秋李醇2％、薄荷醇0.75％、烷基糖苷2.5％、茶皂素0.75％、红没药醇1.5％、薰衣草油2.7％、桉叶油1.8％、乙醇15％和玉米粉66％。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
实施例3一种除臭抑菌足粉

与实施例2的区别在于，将薰衣草油与桉叶油的重量比3:2替换为1:1。

紫草素3％、桂皮醛2％、小蘖碱2％、百秋李醇2％、冰片0.75％、烷基糖苷2.5％、茶皂素0.75％、红没药醇1.5％、薰衣草油2.7％、桉叶油1.8％、乙醇15％和玉米粉66％。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
与实施例2的区别在于，将薄荷醇替换为冰片。
试验例一、抑菌试验
1.试验材料：实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的除臭抑菌足粉。
2.试验对象：菌株：白色念球菌、絮状表皮癣菌、羊毛状孢子菌、石膏样毛癣菌和红色毛癣菌。
3.试验内容：
1)将实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的除臭抑菌足粉用水配置成浓度为1mg/mL的溶液；
2)白色念球菌用20-25℃培养24h的第二代新鲜培养物，用氯化钠注射液稀释；絮状表皮癣菌、羊毛状孢子菌、石膏样毛癣菌和红色毛癣菌均用20-25℃培养7天的斜面培养物，用氯化钠注射液将培养物洗下，振摇、过滤、镜检计孢子数、稀释，使菌液最终浓度为1×105cfu/mL，采用试管二倍稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。
4.试验结果：细菌试验的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度结果见表1。

由表1知，本发明制备的除臭抑菌足粉抑菌效果较好。而对比例1-2制备的除臭抑菌足粉比实施例1-3制备的除臭抑菌足粉的抑菌效果差，说明本发明配伍合理、科学，各组分相互作用，协同起抑菌效果。
试验例二、感官评价
1.试验材料：实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的除臭抑菌足粉。
2.试验对象：受试者100名，年龄20-40，男女各半。
3.试验对象：
将受试者分为5组，每组20人，记作实施例1-3组及对比例1-2组。分别使用实施例1-3及对比例1-2制备的除臭抑菌足粉泡脚，每日一次，使用一个月，使用人员对其使用情况给予感官评分。评分标准：采取10分制，1分最差，10分最好，分数越高效果越好越好。
4.试验结果：各除臭抑菌足粉的使用感官评价结果见表2。

由表2知，本发明提供的除臭抑菌足粉的感官评价较好。而对比例1-2制备的除臭抑菌足粉比实施例1-3制备的除臭抑菌足粉的感官评价差，说明本发明配伍合理、科学，各组分相互作用，协同起改善足部多汗、防治脚臭、消炎及清爽的作用。

紫草素1-5％、桂皮醛1-3％、小蘖碱1-3％、百秋李醇1-3％、薄荷醇0.5-1％、烷基糖苷1-4％、茶皂素0.5-1％、红没药醇1-2％、除臭剂1-8％、乙醇10-20％和玉米粉50-82％。
