本发明属于日化用品技术领域,具体涉及一种控油祛痘洗面膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在的环境变差,空气中尘埃多。洗面不彻底皮肤易产生角质层肥厚、粉刺、皮肤暗沉等问题,进而影响保养品的吸收。也就是说如果皮肤的多余角质、皮脂及外来污垢没有被彻底地清除掉就涂上保养品,那些产品也会因为无法很好的被皮肤吸收,而变成污垢残留在肌肤上。通过洗面能够使得皮肤处于尽可能无污染和无侵害的状态中,为皮肤提供良好的生理条件。清洁皮肤也是对皮肤很好的调整和放松过程,在这个过程中,可以有效地激发皮肤活力,使得毛孔充分通透充分发挥皮肤健康和正常的吸收、呼吸、排泄功能,保持皮肤良好的新陈代谢状态。
中国专利申请CN103705391A公开了一种天然去痘印去黑头美白嫩肤温和洗面膏及其制备方法,包括的成分及相应的重量百分比是:白糖30-50%、月桂酸单甘油酯5-10%、表面活性剂组合物16-35%,其余是水。中国专利申请CN102274137A公开了一种绿色营养洗面膏,其成分由茶籽粉、天竺葵、杏仁、绿豆、熟地黄、羧酸甲基纤维素组成。
目前,市场上的洗面产品种类繁多,有些洗面产品的原理是利用其碱性将我们皮肤上的油污、汗液等清除掉。但因其碱性过强因而会将皮肤上的保护皮脂膜全部清除,所以使用后皮肤觉得干涩、无光滑且还会刺激肌肤,长期使用对皮肤的伤害很大。另外,现有的洗面产品控油祛痘效果不理想。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种控油祛痘洗面膏及其制备方法。本发明提供的控油祛痘洗面膏安全、温和,不刺激,泡沫细腻柔滑,有效清洁肌肤的同时,带走面部多余油脂及污垢,并且不破坏肌肤天然的水油平衡,本发明提供的控油祛痘洗面膏具有显著的控油祛痘效果。

一种控油祛痘洗面膏,包括以下组分及其重量份数:
甘油4-7份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7-12份,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠20-30份,没食子酸丙酯0.02-0.06份,硬脂酸甘油酯3-5份,卡波姆1-2份,透明质酸钠4-8份,黄原胶1-3份,氮酮0.02-0.05份,茶树精油0.05-0.08份,控油祛痘剂0.8-1.5份和去离子水26-38份。
进一步地,所述控油祛痘洗面膏包括以下组分及其重量份数:
甘油6份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱9份,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠25份,没食子酸丙酯0.04份,硬脂酸甘油酯4份,卡波姆1.3份,透明质酸钠7份,黄原胶2份,氮酮0.03份,茶树精油0.06份,控油祛痘剂0.9份和去离子水35份。
进一步地,所述控油祛痘剂由维生素B5、毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比2-4∶5-8∶7-9组成。

另外,本发明还提供了所述控油祛痘洗面膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1取一半量的去离子水,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠和硬脂酸甘油酯,搅拌,搅拌速度为400-500r/min,搅拌时间为12-20分钟,加热至70-90℃,恒温搅拌40-50分钟,得A相;
S2将剩余的去离子水加热至70-90℃,加入甘油、卡波姆、透明质酸钠、黄原胶和氮酮,恒温搅拌,搅拌速度为350-450r/min,搅拌时间为1-2小时,得B相;
S3将步骤S1所得A相加入到步骤S2所得B相中,搅拌,搅拌速度为700-800r/min,搅拌时间为15-20分钟,待温度降至45℃时,加入控油祛痘剂,搅拌均匀,待温度降至40℃时,加入没食子酸丙酯和茶树精油,搅拌均匀,即得。

椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱:CAS号:86438-79-1,分子式:C19H38N2O3,分子量:342.52。椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱是一种两性离子表面活性剂,在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,刺激性小,易溶于水,对酸碱稳定,泡沫多,去污力强,具有优良的增稠性、柔软性、杀菌性、抗静电性、抗硬水性。
肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠:CAS号:38517-37-2,分子式:C19H34NNaO5,分子量:379.46673。肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠是一种超温和的氨基酸类表面活性剂,对皮肤和粘膜刺激性极低,不洗去皮肤保湿成分,用后不干燥、不紧绷。
没食子酸丙酯:CAS号:121-79-9,分子式C10H12O5,分子量212.21。没食子酸丙酯广泛用于食品工业,医药制剂中,是一种优良的油脂抗氧化剂,用于化妆品和用作防紫外线照射的抑制剂等。
硬脂酸甘油酯:CAS号:11099-07-3,分子式:C12H24O4。用途:在食品或化妆品中作为乳化剂和表面活性剂。
卡波姆:CAS号:9003-01-4。卡波姆有增稠、悬浮等重要用途,稳定性好,广泛应用于乳液、膏霜、凝胶中。
透明质酸钠:CAS号:9067-32-7,分子式:C28H44N2O23·Na,分子量:799.6366。主要用途:化妆品类高效的锁水保湿剂和肌肤修复基团,提升防晒产品的SPF,赋予产品水润嫩滑的肤感;致肌肤,长久保湿,防止脱水,组织细胞再生。
黄原胶:CAS号:11138-66-2,分子式:C35H49O2。黄原胶是由糖类经黄单胞杆菌发酵,产生的胞外微生物多糖。由于它的大分子特殊结构和胶体特性,而具有多种功能,可作为乳化剂、稳定剂、凝胶增稠剂、浸润剂、膜成型剂等。
氮酮:CAS号:59227-89-3,分子式:C18H35NO,分子量:281.48。用作渗透剂,用于化妆品中各类膏霜及发用品;用作外用药物涂抹、按摩的促渗剂;用于农药,作为植物生长调节剂的促吸剂及杀菌、杀虫剂的促渗剂;此外,还可用于皮革及印染等领域的着色促进剂。
茶树精油:CAS号:68647-73-4。茶树精油为茶树的提取物。具有杀菌消炎,收敛毛孔,治疗伤风感冒、咳嗽、鼻炎、哮喘,改善痛经、月经不调及生殖器感染。适用于油性及粉刺皮肤,治疗化脓伤口及灼伤、晒伤、香港脚及头屑。使头脑清醒,恢复活力,抗沮丧。
维生素B5:CAS号:137-08-6。主要功能:制造及更新身体组织,帮助伤口愈合,制造抗体,抵抗传染病,防止疲劳,帮助抗压,缓和多种抗生素副作用及毒素,舒缓恶心症状。
毛蕊异黄酮苷:CAS号:20633-67-4,分子式:C22H22NO10,分子量:446.40。毛蕊异黄酮苷具有抗氧化,抗辐射,抗癌的作用。
葛根素:CAS号:3681-99-0,分子式:C21H20O9,分子量:416.38。葛根素来源为豆科植物葛根,野葛根。葛根素具有提高免疫,增强心肌收缩力,保护心肌细胞,降低血压,抗血小板聚集等作用。
本发明提供的控油祛痘洗面膏由甘油、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠、没食子酸丙酯、硬脂酸甘油酯和控油祛痘剂等原料制备而成。在本发明控油祛痘洗面膏中,甘油与本发明中的其他成分协同作用,提高制备的产品的保湿性,同时能去除皮肤的油腻。在本发明控油祛痘洗面膏中,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠为阴离子表面活性剂,它与本发明中的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱等成分配伍,使制备的产品具有优异的发泡性能,使用制备的洗面膏洗脸后令皮肤有柔软滋润的感觉。在本发明控油祛痘洗面膏中,没食子酸丙酯用作抗氧化剂。在本发明控油祛痘洗面膏中,卡波姆和黄原胶主要用作增稠剂、乳化剂和稳定剂。在本发明控油祛痘洗面膏中,透明质酸钠能在皮肤表面形成水化膜,可使角质层水合软化,令皮肤柔软光滑、细腻娇嫩,与本发明中的其他成分协同作用,提高制备的产品的保湿性,使用本发明所得产品后,提高皮肤的光滑感和湿润感,对皮肤起到保护作用。在本发明控油祛痘洗面膏中,氮酮主要用作皮肤渗透剂,可帮助皮肤吸收营养成分。

甘油4份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7份,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠20份,没食子酸丙酯0.02份,硬脂酸甘油酯3份,卡波姆1份,透明质酸钠4份,黄原胶1份,氮酮0.02份,茶树精油0.05份,控油祛痘剂0.8份和去离子水26份;所述控油祛痘剂由维生素B5、毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比2∶8∶9组成。
制备方法:
S1取一半量的去离子水,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠和硬脂酸甘油酯,搅拌,搅拌速度为400r/min,搅拌时间为12分钟,加热至70℃,恒温搅拌40分钟,得A相;
S2将剩余的去离子水加热至70℃,加入甘油、卡波姆、透明质酸钠、黄原胶和氮酮,恒温搅拌,搅拌速度为350r/min,搅拌时间为1小时,得B相;
S3将步骤S1所得A相加入到步骤S2所得B相中,搅拌,搅拌速度为700r/min,搅拌时间为15分钟,待温度降至45℃时,加入控油祛痘剂,搅拌均匀,待温度降至40℃时,加入没食子酸丙酯和茶树精油,搅拌均匀,即得。
实施例2、一种控油祛痘洗面膏
所述控油祛痘洗面膏包括以下组分及其重量份数(每份为2200g):
甘油7份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱12份,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠30份,没食子酸丙酯0.06份,硬脂酸甘油酯5份,卡波姆2份,透明质酸钠8份,黄原胶3份,氮酮0.05份,茶树精油0.08份,控油祛痘剂1.5份和去离子水38份;所述控油祛痘剂由维生素B5、毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比4∶5∶7组成。
制备方法:
S1取一半量的去离子水,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠和硬脂酸甘油酯,搅拌,搅拌速度为500r/min,搅拌时间为20分钟,加热至90℃,恒温搅拌50分钟,得A相;
S2将剩余的去离子水加热至90℃,加入甘油、卡波姆、透明质酸钠、黄原胶和氮酮,恒温搅拌,搅拌速度为450r/min,搅拌时间为2小时,得B相;
S3将步骤S1所得A相加入到步骤S2所得B相中,搅拌,搅拌速度为800r/min,搅拌时间为20分钟,待温度降至45℃时,加入控油祛痘剂,搅拌均匀,待温度降至40℃时,加入没食子酸丙酯和茶树精油,搅拌均匀,即得。

甘油6份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱9份,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠25份,没食子酸丙酯0.04份,硬脂酸甘油酯4份,卡波姆1.3份,透明质酸钠7份,黄原胶2份,氮酮0.03份,茶树精油0.06份,控油祛痘剂0.9份和去离子水35份;所述控油祛痘剂由维生素B5、毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比3∶7∶8组成。
制备方法:
S1取一半量的去离子水,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠和硬脂酸甘油酯,搅拌,搅拌速度为450r/min,搅拌时间为18分钟,加热至85℃,恒温搅拌46分钟,得A相;
S2将剩余的去离子水加热至85℃,加入甘油、卡波姆、透明质酸钠、黄原胶和氮酮,恒温搅拌,搅拌速度为380r/min,搅拌时间为1.5小时,得B相;
S3将步骤S1所得A相加入到步骤S2所得B相中,搅拌,搅拌速度为760r/min,搅拌时间为18分钟,待温度降至45℃时,加入控油祛痘剂,搅拌均匀,待温度降至40℃时,加入没食子酸丙酯和茶树精油,搅拌均匀,即得。
对比例1、一种控油祛痘洗面膏
所述控油祛痘洗面膏包括以下组分及其重量份数(每份为2200g):
甘油6份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱9份,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠25份,没食子酸丙酯0.04份,硬脂酸甘油酯4份,卡波姆1.3份,透明质酸钠7份,黄原胶2份,氮酮0.03份,茶树精油0.06份,控油祛痘剂0.9份和去离子水35份;所述控油祛痘剂由毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比1∶1组成。
制备方法与实施例3类似。
与实施例3不同的是,所述控油祛痘剂由毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比1∶1组成。
对比例2、一种控油祛痘洗面膏
所述控油祛痘洗面膏包括以下组分及其重量份数(每份为2200g):
甘油6份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱9份,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠25份,没食子酸丙酯0.04份,硬脂酸甘油酯4份,卡波姆1.3份,透明质酸钠7份,黄原胶2份,氮酮0.03份,茶树精油0.06份,控油祛痘剂0.9份和去离子水35份;所述控油祛痘剂由维生素B5、毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比1∶1∶1组成。
制备方法与实施例3类似。
与实施例3不同的是,所述控油祛痘剂由维生素B5、毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比1∶1∶1组成。
试验例一、控油祛痘洗面膏的的卫生、感官和理化指标性能测试试验
1、试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1和对比例2制备的控油祛痘洗面膏。
2、试验方法:参照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T29680-2013《洗面奶、洗面膏》的相关标准,测试实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1和对比例2制备的控油祛痘洗面膏的感官指标、理化指标和卫生指标。
3、试验结果:
感官指标、理化指标和卫生指标测试结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制得的控油祛痘洗面膏,以及对比例1和对比例2制得的控油祛痘洗面膏的感官指标、理化指标以及卫生指标均符合国家标准。
试验例二、控油祛痘洗面膏的控油祛痘效果
1、试验材料:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1和对比例2制备的控油祛痘洗面膏。
2、试验对象:选取150名试验者,年龄在20-48岁之间,受试者符合试验者志愿入选标准。
3、试验方法:
选取150位油性皮肤及中、轻度粉刺试验者,试验者无严重系统及免疫疾病。随机将试验者分为五组,分别为实施例1组、实施例2组、实施例3组、对比例1组和对比例2组,每组30人,各组受试者在性别、年龄等一般情况方面无显著性差异。五组试验者分别试用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1和对比例2制备的控油祛痘洗面膏。早晚各用一次,连续使用两周,试验期间不使用其他类似产品。
效果判断标准:显效:皮肤出油、粉刺症状完全消失或明显改善;好转:皮肤出油、粉刺症状改善;无效:症状无变化。
4、试验结果:
结果如表2所示。

由表2可知,与对比例1组和对比例2组相比,实施例1组、实施例2组和实施例3组的皮肤出油、粉刺症状得到显著改善。这说明,本发明制备的控油祛痘洗面膏能有效控油、祛痘。且受试者反应,本发明控油祛痘洗面膏安全、温和,不刺激,使用后肌肤清透水润,倍感舒展。
Claims (10)
1.一种控油祛痘洗面膏,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量份数:
甘油4-7份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7-12份,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠20-30份,没食子酸丙酯0.02-0.06份,硬脂酸甘油酯3-5份,卡波姆1-2份,透明质酸钠4-8份,黄原胶1-3份,氮酮0.02-0.05份,茶树精油0.05-0.08份,控油祛痘剂0.8-1.5份和去离子水26-38份。
2.如权利要求1所述的控油祛痘洗面膏,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量份数:
甘油6份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱9份,肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠25份,没食子酸丙酯0.04份,硬脂酸甘油酯4份,卡波姆1.3份,透明质酸钠7份,黄原胶2份,氮酮0.03份,茶树精油0.06份,控油祛痘剂0.9份和去离子水35份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的控油祛痘洗面膏,其特征在于,所述控油祛痘剂由维生素B5、毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比2-4∶5-8∶7-9组成。
4.如权利要求3所述的控油祛痘洗面膏,其特征在于,所述控油祛痘剂由维生素B5、毛蕊异黄酮苷和葛根素按重量比3∶7∶8组成。
5.如权利要求1-4任一所述的控油祛痘洗面膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1取一半量的去离子水,加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠和硬脂酸甘油酯,搅拌,搅拌速度为400-500r/min,搅拌时间为12-20分钟,加热至70-90℃,恒温搅拌40-50分钟,得A相;
S2将剩余的去离子水加热至70-90℃,加入甘油、卡波姆、透明质酸钠、黄原胶和氮酮,恒温搅拌,搅拌速度为350-450r/min,搅拌时间为1-2小时,得B相;
S3将步骤S1所得A相加入到步骤S2所得B相中,搅拌,搅拌速度为700-800r/min,搅拌时间为15-20分钟,待温度降至45℃时,加入控油祛痘剂,搅拌均匀,待温度降至40℃时,加入没食子酸丙酯和茶树精油,搅拌均匀,即得。
6.如权利要求5所述的控油祛痘洗面膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1搅拌速度为450r/min。
7.如权利要求5所述的控油祛痘洗面膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1搅拌时间为18分钟。
8.如权利要求5所述的控油祛痘洗面膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1加热至85℃。
9.如权利要求5所述的控油祛痘洗面膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1恒温搅拌46分钟。
10.如权利要求5所述的控油祛痘洗面膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2将剩余的去离子水加热至85℃。
