本发明公开了一种环保抑菌护甲油及其制备方法，包含以下重量份的组分：酪梨油100‑120份，迷迭香精油30‑40份，依兰精油8‑14份，洋甘菊精油4‑7份，丝柏精油3‑9份，佛手柑精油10‑20份，快乐鼠尾草精油2‑9份，金银花精油3‑7份，保湿剂12‑22份，透明质酸4‑10份，甘草酸二钾6‑12份，柏子仁2‑7份，胚芽乳1‑5份，云母粉1‑3份，甘油三酯4‑8份，甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2‑5份，抗真菌剂15‑25份。本发明的环保抑菌护甲油工艺简单、节约环保，能有效地保护指甲，风干迅速，抑菌消炎。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及护甲油领域，尤其是一种环保抑菌护甲油及其制备方法。
背景技术
指甲和指甲连接部位的真菌病是一种常见疾病，许多情况下不能完全治愈。甲癣一般是由皮真菌引起的，也有由酵母菌和念珠菌引起。其中包括甲板被皮真菌感染、指甲被包括酵母菌或霉菌在内的各种真菌感染。指甲感染最常见的皮真菌是深红色发癣菌、须发癣菌和絮状表皮癣菌。治疗甲癣的可行方式包括口服应用抗真菌剂的系统治疗、对感染的指甲进行手术或化学处理以及将抗真菌剂局部涂敷在指甲上对指甲进行局部治疗。局部治疗比其它方式更有利，因其无侵害性，副作用少，并且可局部作用于指甲。
近来提出的另一种局部给药方式是在指甲油中加入抗真菌剂，然后将其涂敷在指甲和指甲连接处。尽管这些常用的指甲油适用于预防和治疗指甲和指甲连接处的真菌病，其仍在皮肤病学和美学方面存在某些缺点。例如，在涂敷指甲油特别是涂敷在甲周部位上时会引起灼痛。为除去指甲油，不得不采用有机溶剂，其会对与其接触的邻近皮肤产生不利影响。因此，这些指甲油不适用于皮肤敏感的患者。此外，指甲油会形成有光泽的、粘的和发亮的涂层，这并不是所有真菌病患者都愿意接受的。此外，由于其组分的特性，常规的指甲油制剂不能让空气和水分渗透。会导致封闭的药物治疗，这不利于治疗真菌病。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明公开了一种环保抑菌护甲油及其制备方法。
为了达到以上目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种环保抑菌护甲油，包含以下重量份的组分：酪梨油100-120份，迷迭香精油30-40份，依兰精油8-14份，洋甘菊精油4-7份，丝柏精油3-9份，佛手柑精油10-20份，快乐鼠尾草精油2-9份，金银花精油3-7份，保湿剂12-22份，透明质酸4-10份，甘草酸二钾6-12份，柏子仁2-7份，胚芽乳1-5份，云母粉1-3份，甘油三酯4-8份，甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2-5份，抗真菌剂15-25份。
优选地，环保抑菌护甲油包含以下重量份的组分：酪梨油110份，迷迭香精油35份，依兰精油11份，洋甘菊精油6份，丝柏精油6份，佛手柑精油15份，快乐鼠尾草精油5份，5份金银花精油，保湿剂16份，透明质酸8份，甘草酸二钾8份，柏子仁4份，胚芽乳3份，云母粉2份，甘油三酯6份，甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯3份，抗真菌剂20份。
优选地，所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇、海藻提取物、蜂蜜的一种或多种。
优选地，所述抗真菌剂为环吡酮、伊曲康唑、咪康唑、氟康唑、阿莫罗芬和特比萘芬的一种或多种。
一种环保抑菌护甲油的制备方法，包含以下步骤：
S1：将甘草酸二钾、柏子仁、胚芽乳、云母粉研磨过筛至200-300目粒度；
S2：将酪梨油、迷迭香精油、依兰精油、洋甘菊精油、丝柏精油、佛手柑精油，快乐鼠尾草精油，金银花精油，甘油三酯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯，水浴加热30-60分钟，搅拌均匀；
S3：向S2所得物中加入保湿剂、透明质酸、抗真菌剂和S1所得物，超声分散10-20分钟；
S4：将S3所得物在零下20℃下静置2-3天。
优选地，S2的水浴温度为50-60℃，搅拌速度为200-400rpm。
优选地，S3中超声在50-60℃下进行。
本发明的有益效果：
一、工艺简单、节约环保。本发明制备环保护甲油的方法简单有效，且整个过程没有有害物质产生。
二、有效地保护指甲。指甲中有角蛋白、油脂、水，使用本发明制备的环保护甲油，不会使指甲产生不能呼吸的感觉，没有刺激性气味产生。味道恬淡，安神静气。
三、风干迅速。能有效迅速地自然风干，几乎没有有刺激性挥发气体产生，有效提高护甲效率。
四、抑菌消炎。本发明提供一种具有促进细胞增生、血液循环、新陈代谢，起到杀菌消炎、消肿抗炎的作用，令指甲生长速度加快的抗菌护理型指甲油及其制备方法。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述：
实施例1：
S1：将8份甘草酸二钾、4份柏子仁、3份胚芽乳、2份云母粉研磨过筛至240目粒度；
S2：将110份酪梨油、35份迷迭香精油、11份依兰精油、6份洋甘菊精油、6份丝柏精油、15份佛手柑精油，5份快乐鼠尾草精油，5份金银花精油，6份甘油三酯和3份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯，在55℃水浴加热45分钟，以300rpm的搅拌速度搅拌均匀；
S3：向S2所得物中加入16份海藻提取物和蜂蜜、8份透明质酸、20份环吡酮和伊曲康唑及S1所得物，在55℃下进行超声分散15分钟；
S4：将S3所得物在零下20℃下静置2-3天，即可制得环保抑菌护甲油。
实施例2：
S1：将6份甘草酸二钾、2份柏子仁、1份胚芽乳、1份云母粉研磨过筛至200目粒度；
S2：将100份酪梨油、30份迷迭香精油、8份依兰精油、4份洋甘菊精油、3份丝柏精油、10份佛手柑精油，2份快乐鼠尾草精油，3份金银花精油，4份甘油三酯和2份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯，在50℃水浴加热30分钟，以200rpm的搅拌速度搅拌均匀；
S3：向S2所得物中加入12份丙二醇和山梨醇、4份透明质酸、15份咪康唑和特比萘芬及S1所得物，在50℃下进行超声分散10分钟；
S4：将S3所得物在零下20℃下静置2天，即可制得环保抑菌护甲油。
实施例3：
S1：将12份甘草酸二钾、7份柏子仁、5份胚芽乳、3份云母粉研磨过筛至300目粒度；
S2：将120份酪梨油、40份迷迭香精油、14份依兰精油、7份洋甘菊精油、9份丝柏精油、20份佛手柑精油， 9份快乐鼠尾草精油， 7份金银花精油，8份甘油三酯和5份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯，在60℃水浴加热60分钟，以400rpm的搅拌速度搅拌均匀；
S3：向S2所得物中加入22份甘油和蜂蜜、10份透明质酸、25份环吡酮和伊曲康唑及S1所得物，在60℃下进行超声分散20分钟；
S4：将S3所得物在零下20℃下静置3天，即可制得环保抑菌护甲油。
实施例4：
S1：将8份甘草酸二钾、3份柏子仁、2份胚芽乳、2份云母粉研磨过筛至220目粒度；
S2：将106份酪梨油、34份迷迭香精油、9份依兰精油、5份洋甘菊精油、4份丝柏精油、13份佛手柑精油，3份快乐鼠尾草精油，4份金银花精油，5份甘油三酯和3份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯，在53℃水浴加热40分钟，以230rpm的搅拌速度搅拌均匀；
S3：向S2所得物中加入14份山梨醇和海藻提取物、5份透明质酸、17份环吡酮和特比萘芬和S1所得物，在53℃下进行超声分散13分钟；
S4：将S3所得物在零下20℃下静置2天，即可制得环保抑菌护甲油。
实施例5：
S1：将11份甘草酸二钾、6份柏子仁、4份胚芽乳、3份云母粉研磨过筛至280目粒度；
S2：将118份酪梨油、37份迷迭香精油、13份依兰精油、6份洋甘菊精油、8份丝柏精油、19份佛手柑精油，8份快乐鼠尾草精油，6份金银花精油，7份甘油三酯和4份甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯，在58℃水浴加热58分钟，以380rpm的搅拌速度搅拌均匀；
S3：向S2所得物中加入20份丙二醇和蜂蜜、8份透明质酸、23份伊曲康唑和特比萘芬及S1所得物，在58℃下进行超声分散18分钟；
S4：将S3所得物在零下20℃下静置3天，即可制得环保抑菌护甲油。
实施例6：
渗透性研究
将实施例1中所述的含环吡酮和伊曲康唑的指甲油涂敷在3名成人志愿者的指甲上，通过将涂敷后立即测出未清洗的右手数值与涂敷6小时后经清洗的左手数值相比来确定指甲上活性成分的浓度。所得的结果列于表1中。

发现其对指甲具有良好的渗透性，因为在涂敷6小时后清洗指甲后仍有26-35％涂敷剂量的抗真菌剂存在于指甲中，本发明的组合物仍适于用作抗真菌指甲油。

1.一种环保抑菌护甲油，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的组分：酪梨油100-120份，迷迭香精油30-40份，依兰精油8-14份，洋甘菊精油4-7份，丝柏精油3-9份，佛手柑精油10-20份，甘油三酯4-8份，快乐鼠尾草精油2-9份，金银花精油3-7份，保湿剂12-22份，抗真菌剂15-25份，透明质酸4-10份，甘草酸二钾6-12份，柏子仁2-7份，胚芽乳1-5份，云母粉1-3份，甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯2-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保抑菌护甲油，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的组分：酪梨油110份，迷迭香精油35份，依兰精油11份，洋甘菊精油6份，丝柏精油6份，佛手柑精油15份，甘油三酯6份，快乐鼠尾草精油5份，5份金银花精油，保湿剂16份，抗真菌剂20份，透明质酸8份，甘草酸二钾8份，柏子仁4份，胚芽乳3份，云母粉2份，甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保抑菌护甲油，其特征在于，所述保湿剂为甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇、海藻提取物、蜂蜜的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的环保抑菌护甲油，其特征在于，所述抗真菌剂为环吡酮、伊曲康唑、咪康唑、氟康唑、阿莫罗芬和特比萘芬的一种或多种。
5.一种环环保抑菌护甲油的制备方法，其特征在于，包含以下步骤：
S1：将甘草酸二钾、柏子仁、胚芽乳、云母粉研磨过筛至200-300目粒度；
S2：将酪梨油、迷迭香精油、依兰精油、洋甘菊精油、丝柏精油、佛手柑精油，快乐鼠尾草精油，金银花精油，甘油三酯和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯，水浴加热30-60分钟，搅拌均匀；
S3：向S2所得物中加入保湿剂、透明质酸、抗真菌剂和S1所得物，超声分散10-20分钟；
S4：将S3所得物在零下20℃下静置2-3天。
6.如权利要求5所述的环保抑菌护甲油的制备方法，其特征在于，S2的水浴温度为50-60℃，搅拌速度为200-400rpm。
7.如权利要求5所述的环保抑菌护甲油的制备方法，其特征在于，S3中超声在50-60℃下进行。
