Abstract
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种指甲油及其制备方法。本发明提供的指甲油,包括以下组分及其重量百分比:丙烯酸乳液25‑35%、水性聚氨酯15‑35%、纳米氧化物0.3‑3%、干性油0.1‑2%、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5‑3%、保湿剂1‑4%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5‑2%、抗菌剂1‑5%、植物颜料2‑10%、香精0.1‑0.3%和水0.7‑54.5%。本发明提供的指甲油不仅具有较好的硬度和附着力,还能够杀菌消炎。同时,本发明提供的指甲油环保安全,对人体无伤害。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,具体涉及一种指甲油及其制备方法。
背景技术
指甲油是爱美女性必备的化妆品,街边随处可见的美甲店也反映了现代女性对于装饰指甲的需求。目前市面上常见的指甲油大多为硝基涂料,溶解于挥发性有机溶剂中。有机溶剂挥发多多少少会造成环境的污染并对人体健康存在潜在威胁,因此传统的硝基涂料型指甲油正在被水性涂料所替代。近年来也有相关报导,关于指甲油产品推出,但由于在产品硬度、附着力及抗菌效果等方面存在缺陷,影响产品的推广应用。
中国专利CN101836940B公开了一种应用于指甲美容行业的水溶性高硬度抗菌指甲油及其制备方法,它的组成为:1.水性聚氨酯分散体:20-60%,2.丙烯酸酯乳液:20-60%,3.纳米硬度改性剂:5-10%,4.成膜助剂:0.8-1%,5.分散剂:0.1-0.2%,6.润湿剂0.2-0.3%,7.消泡剂:0.2-0.3%,8.抗菌剂:0.3-0.5%,9.催干剂:5-8%。此配方生产的指甲油具有硬度高、抗菌、附着力强的特点,同时拥有比传统溶剂型指甲油环保健康性的特性,不会对使用者人体造成伤害,但该发明中的催干剂在水溶性基料中存在着各种干燥缺陷,如干燥时间长、干性下降硬度差等。
中国专利申请CN105232383A公开了一种抗菌护理型指甲油及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的组分:水溶性成膜物质0.1-10份,天然成膜物质15-30份,挥发性溶剂40-65份,保湿剂0.5-8份,抗真菌剂3-5份,所述的天然成膜物质为玛蒂树胶、山达胶、松香、虫胶、达玛树脂中的至少一种。该发明促进血液循环、细胞增生、新陈代谢,起到杀菌消炎、消肿抗炎的作用,令指甲生长速度加快,指甲油成膜的甲面更加强健坚固,但其指甲油的硬度和附着力不够理想。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种指甲油及其制备方法。本发明提供的指甲油不仅具有较好的硬度和附着力,还能够杀菌消炎。同时,本发明提供的指甲油环保安全,对人体无伤害。
本发明提供了一种指甲油,包括以下组分及其重量百分比:
丙烯酸乳液25-35%、水性聚氨酯15-35%、纳米氧化物0.3-3%、干性油0.1-2%、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5-3%、保湿剂1-4%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-2%、抗菌剂1-5%、植物颜料2-10%、香精0.1-0.3%和水0.7-54.5%。丙烯酸乳液购于广州荣东化工有限公司,水性聚氨酯购于东莞市克瑞得环保材料有限公司,单硬脂酸甘油酯CAS NO:31566-31-1,聚二甲基硅氧烷CAS NO:63148-62-9。
本发明配伍合理科学,各组分相互作用,协同起增强硬度、附着力及杀菌消炎的作用。
进一步地,所述指甲油由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
丙烯酸乳液30%、水性聚氨酯25%、纳米氧化物1.5%、干性油1%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.75%、保湿剂2.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.25%、抗菌剂3%、植物颜料6%、香精0.2%和水27.8%。
进一步地,所述纳米氧化物由二氧化钛与二氧化硅按重量3:2组成。
进一步地,所述干性油由亚油酸与亚麻酸按重量2:3组成。
进一步地,所述保湿剂由甘油与尿素按重量2:3组成。
进一步地,所述抗菌剂由青兰苷、紫草素与芦荟大黄素按重量1:2:2组成:
同时,本发明还提供了一种指甲油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将丙烯酸乳液和水性聚氨酯加入到水中搅拌均匀,搅拌10-20min,得混合物料A;
S2.向步骤S1所得混合物料A中加入单硬脂酸甘油酯、纳米氧化物和干性油,以550r/min的转速搅拌20-30min,得混合物料B;
S3.向步骤S2所得混合物料B中加入保湿剂、抗菌剂、植物颜料和聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀,再加入香精,搅拌5-10min,即得。
本发明提供的指甲油中青兰苷(C21H20O11,CAS NO:5373-11-5)具有杀菌消炎、解毒的作用;紫草素(C16H16O5,CAS NO:517-89-5)具有抗炎、抗病原微生物的作用;芦荟大黄素(C15H10O5,CAS NO:207-571-7)具有抗菌、消炎的作用。本发明配伍合理科学,各组分相互作用,协同起杀菌消炎的作用。同时,本发明通过各组分间的作用,增强了硬度和附着力。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的指甲油不仅具有较好的硬度和附着力,还能够杀菌消炎。同时,本发明提供的指甲油环保安全,对人体无伤害。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1一种指甲油
所述指甲油由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
丙烯酸乳液25%、水性聚氨酯15%、二氧化钛0.18%、二氧化硅0.12%、亚油酸0.04%、亚麻酸0.06%、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5%、甘油0.4%、尿素0.6%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5%、青兰苷0.2%、紫草素0.4%、芦荟大黄素0.4%、植物颜料2%、香精0.1%和水54.5%。
制备方法:
S1.将丙烯酸乳液和水性聚氨酯加入到水中搅拌均匀,搅拌15min,得混合物料A;
S2.向步骤S1所得混合物料A中加入单硬脂酸甘油酯、二氧化钛、二氧化硅、亚油酸和亚麻酸,以550r/min的转速搅拌25min,得混合物料B;
S3.向步骤S2所得混合物料B中加入甘油、尿素、青兰苷、紫草素、芦荟大黄素、植物颜料和聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀,再加入香精,搅拌8min,即得。
实施例2一种指甲油
所述指甲油由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
丙烯酸乳液30%、水性聚氨酯25%、二氧化钛0.9%、二氧化硅0.6%、亚油酸0.4%、亚麻酸0.6%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.75%、甘油1%、尿素1.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.25%、青兰苷0.6%、紫草素1.2%、芦荟大黄素1.2%、植物颜料6%、香精0.2%和水27.8%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
实施例3一种指甲油
所述指甲油由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
丙烯酸乳液35%、水性聚氨酯35%、二氧化钛1.8%、二氧化硅1.2%、亚油酸0.8%、亚麻酸1.2%、单硬脂酸甘油酯3%、甘油1.6%、尿素2.4%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%、青兰苷1%、紫草素2%、芦荟大黄素2%、植物颜料10%、香精0.3%和水0.5%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
对比例1一种指甲油
所述指甲油由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
丙烯酸乳液30%、水性聚氨酯25%、二氧化钛0.75%、二氧化硅0.75%、亚油酸0.4%、亚麻酸0.6%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.75%、甘油1%、尿素1.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.25%、青兰苷0.6%、紫草素1.2%、芦荟大黄素1.2%、植物颜料6%、香精0.2%和水27.8%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
与实施例2的区别在于,二氧化钛与二氧化钴的重量比由3:2替换为1:1。
对比例2一种指甲油
所述指甲油由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
丙烯酸乳液30%、水性聚氨酯25%、二氧化钛0.9%、二氧化硅0.6%、亚油酸0.5%、亚麻酸0.5%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.75%、甘油1%、尿素1.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.25%、青兰苷0.6%、紫草素1.2%、芦荟大黄素1.2%、植物颜料6%、香精0.2%和水27.8%。

与实施例2的区别在于,亚油酸与亚麻酸的重量比由2:3替换为1:1。
对比例3一种指甲油
所述指甲油由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:
丙烯酸乳液30%、水性聚氨酯25%、二氧化钛0.9%、二氧化硅0.6%、亚油酸0.4%、亚麻酸0.6%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.75%、甘油1%、尿素1.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.25%、青兰苷1%、紫草素1%、芦荟大黄素1%、植物颜料6%、香精0.2%和水27.8%。
制备方法与实施例1类似。
与实施例2的区别在于,青兰苷、紫草素与芦荟大黄素的重量比由1:2:2替换为1:1:1。
试验例一、性能测试
1.试验材料:实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的指甲油。
2.试验方法:分别从涂覆性能、干燥时间、耐磨性能及光泽度四个方面对指甲油进行测试。
1)涂覆性能
将实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的指甲油涂抹在20名健康女性的指甲上,用肉眼观察并比较涂抹的容易性,成膜后的平滑度,是否有拉丝现象,按综合评价打分。评分标准:满分为10分,0分最低,10分最高,分数越高涂覆性能越好。
2)干燥时间
将实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的指甲油涂在干净的玻璃板上,涂层的厚度为120μm。用少量的压力将棉花球轻轻按在涂层上,当棉花球不再沾到涂层上时即为干燥时间,并记录。所有的干燥时间均在室温为25℃,相对湿度为40%~60%的条件下测得。
3)耐磨性能
将实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的指甲油涂在干净的塑料板上,涂层的厚度为120μm。在室温为25℃,相对湿度为40%~60%的条件下使上述指甲油干燥24小时。用纸片对干燥的指甲油组合物刮擦5次,肉眼观察并按表1的标准进行评分。

4)光泽度
将实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的指甲油涂在干净的PC+ABS塑料板上(广州弘鸿贸易公司),涂层的厚度为120μm。在室温为25℃,相对湿度为40%~60%的条件下使上述指甲油组合物干燥24小时。使Micro-TRI-Gloss型光泽计(BYKInstrument)在20°角的光束下测定。测得的值越高,光泽度越好。
3.试验结果:性能测试结果见表2。

由表2可知,本发明制备的指甲油的覆盖性能、耐磨性能、光泽度较好,且干燥时间较短。而对比例1-3制备的指甲油的各测试性能均比实施例1-3制备的指甲油的性能差,说明本发明配伍合理科学,各组分相互作用,协同提高其硬度和附着力。

1.一种指甲油,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量百分比:
丙烯酸乳液25-35%、水性聚氨酯15-35%、纳米氧化物0.3-3%、干性油0.1-2%、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5-3%、保湿剂1-4%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-2%、抗菌剂1-5%、植物颜料2-10%、香精0.1-0.3%和水0.7-54.5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的指甲油,其特征在于,由以下组分及其重量百分比组成:丙烯酸乳液30%、水性聚氨酯25%、纳米氧化物1.5%、干性油1%、单硬脂酸甘油酯1.75%、保湿剂2.5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.25%、抗菌剂3%、植物颜料6%、香精0.2%和水27.8%。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的指甲油,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化物由二氧化钛与二氧化硅按重量3:2组成。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的指甲油,其特征在于,所述干性油由亚油酸与亚麻酸按重量2:3组成。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的指甲油,其特征在于,所述保湿剂由甘油与尿素按重量2:3组成。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的指甲油,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂由青兰苷、紫草素与芦荟大黄素按重量1:2:2组成。
7.如权利要求1-6任一所述的指甲油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将丙烯酸乳液和水性聚氨酯加入到水中搅拌均匀,搅拌10-20min,得混合物料A;
S2.向步骤S1所得混合物料A中加入单硬脂酸甘油酯、纳米氧化物和干性油,以550r/min的转速搅拌20-30min,得混合物料B;
S3.向步骤S2所得混合物料B中加入保湿剂、抗菌剂、植物颜料和聚二甲基硅氧烷,搅拌均匀,再加入香精,搅拌5-10min,即得。
