Abstract
一种蛙式婴儿床,其特征在于包括倾斜的床板、设置床板低位的下半身定位机构,下半身定位机构包括位于床板低位两侧的腿垫板、设置在两腿垫板间的凸起,腿垫板的上端高位边缘斜向着床板且呈从外侧向内侧倾斜的内凹弧形,凸起的上端高位端与两腿垫板的上端高位边缘的内侧连接。本发明与已有技术相比,具有能保持婴儿髋膝关节在特定位置,同时较大的自主活动度,有助于婴儿髋关节的生长发育。

本发明涉及一种婴儿用床。
背景技术:
小儿先天性髋关节脱位又叫小儿先天性髋关节发育不良,是小儿最常见的畸形,在我国发病率为4‰,欧洲则高达1%,女孩发生先天性髋关节发育不良的比例是男孩的6倍,左侧多于右侧,双侧脱位比较少见。婴儿出生时,髂骨、坐骨及耻骨仅部分融合,髋臼窝极浅。此病在出生时无明显症状和体征,有些粗心的父母认为孩子走路不稳或跛行是软骨症所致,不停地给孩子吃钙片、鱼肝油,使病情一拖再拖,丧失了治疗最佳时机,给患儿留下了终身残疾和痛苦。1岁内是孩子髋关节发育最快的时候,及早矫治,大部分孩子可以完全正常发育;如果孩子开始走路时才会注意到他走路有点瘸,治疗就比较麻烦,效果也不如早期好,有时候需要用石膏固定髋关节,使股骨头牢牢地固定在球窝状的关节里。或者医生需要在宝宝腹股沟处做一个小切口来放松一些肌腱。刘国平主编的《实用骨科外固定学》主张所有新生儿均应穿连衣袜套具,可预防和及早治疗先天性髋关节脱位,并可同时预防和治疗先天性马蹄内翻足。此法对广大农村偏远地区预防治疗先天性髋关节脱位有很重要意义。但鉴于国民卫生知识的匮乏,传统生活习俗影响等,此方法的普及尚有待广大医务工作者共同努力。因此,保持髋关节合理姿势,能有效地促进髋关节的发育。目前连衣袜套具是用于治疗婴幼儿先天性髋关节脱位和臼窝发育不全的代表产品,其作用是保持髋关节于屈髋屈膝外展位,防止髋关节脱位,促进髋关节正常发育。但是在屈髋和外展方面不好把握,有报道由于髋关节过度曲屈及外展导致股骨头坏死的报道。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种能保持婴儿髋关节屈髋70~90°,屈髋活动70~120°,髋关节外展60~90°,屈髋活动0~80°,膝关节屈膝45~90°,屈膝活动0~130°,促进髋关节正常发育。有助于婴儿健康生长发育的蛙式婴儿床。
本发明是这样实现的,包括倾斜的床板、设置床板低位的下半身定位机构,下半身定位机构包括位于床板低位两侧的腿垫板、设置在两腿垫板间的凸起,腿垫板的上端高位边缘斜向着床板且呈从外侧向内侧倾斜的内凹弧形,凸起的上端高位端与两腿垫板的上端高位边缘的内侧连接。
使用时,将婴儿的头枕在床板的高位,婴儿的两下肢分别置于床板低位两边的腿垫板上,使膝关节屈曲45~90°,腿垫板的上端高位边缘的形状设计配合中间凸起使婴儿保持60~90°屈髋,外展60~80°,床板为钭形结构,首先有防吐奶的作用,其次有利于屈髋,婴儿保持婴儿出生时脊柱是直的,平直的床板有利于脊柱的发育。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有能保持婴儿髋膝关节在特定位置,同时较大的自主活动度,有助于婴儿髋关节的生长发育。

现结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
如图所示,本发明包括倾斜的床板1、设置床板1低位的下半身定位机构a,下半身定位机构a包括位于床板1低位两侧的腿垫板2、设置在两腿垫板2间的凸起3,腿垫板2的上端高位边缘2a呈30—60度倾斜斜向着床板1且呈从外侧向内侧倾斜的内凹弧形,凸起3的上端高位端3a与两腿垫板2的上端高位边缘的内侧连接。
凸起3的上端高位端3a的端面稍向内倾斜,以便在下半身定位机构a上端中部形成内凹空间,以容纳婴儿下身所穿戴的尿片。
Claims (3)
1.一种蛙式婴儿床,其特征在于包括倾斜的床板、设置床板低位的下半身定位机构,下半身定位机构包括位于床板低位两侧的腿垫板、设置在两腿垫板间的凸起,腿垫板的上端高位边缘斜向着床板且呈从外侧向内侧倾斜的内凹弧形,凸起的上端高位端与两腿垫板的上端高位边缘的内侧连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蛙式婴儿床,其特征在于凸起的上端高位端的端面稍向内倾斜,以便在下半身定位机构上端中部形成内凹空间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蛙式婴儿床,其特征在于腿垫板的上端高位边缘呈30—60度倾斜斜向着床板且呈从外侧向内侧倾斜的内凹弧形。
