Abstract

本发明涉及一种妇科止血钳,包括对称设置的两个钳头和两个钳杆,所述钳头上设置有止血齿,所述钳头设置在钳杆端部,一个钳杆的另一个端部设置有压柄、另一个钳杆的另一个端部设置有握柄,设置有压柄的钳杆上固定设置有滑轴,设置有握柄的钳杆滑动设置在滑轴上,滑轴末端转动设置有卡杆,设置有压柄的钳杆侧部设置有若干挡块。与现有技术相比,本发明的两个钳杆呈水平设置,其闭合时也是同时闭合,避免了闭合时出现内窄外宽的情况,适用于妇科手术。本发明的钳头为可拆卸一次性的,一方面降低了成本,另一方面提高了卫生水平。本发明的止血齿之间设置有小孔,小孔内设置有消毒药和止血药,进一步提高了卫生水平和止血效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种妇科止血钳,属于医疗器械领域。
背景技术
目前,有很多种止血钳,但是这些止血钳多为两个钳杆铰接在一起的,在使用时,钳头闭合有一定角度,呈内窄外宽,其不适合在妇科手术中使用。
发明内容
本发明目的就在于克服上述不足,提供一种妇科止血钳。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种妇科止血钳,包括对称设置的两个钳头和两个钳杆,所述钳头上设置有止血齿,所述钳头设置在钳杆端部,一个钳杆的另一个端部设置有压柄、另一个钳杆的另一个端部设置有握柄,设置有压柄的钳杆上固定设置有滑轴,设置有握柄的钳杆滑动设置在滑轴上,滑轴末端转动设置有卡杆,设置有压柄的钳杆侧部设置有若干挡块。
进一步,所述钳头为一次性钳头,钳头与钳杆之间可拆卸固定连接。
进一步,止血齿之间设置有小孔,小孔内设置有消毒药和止血药。
进一步,卡杆与滑轴之间通过扭簧连接。
进一步,所述消毒止血药由以下步骤制得:
1)将以下重量份数的原料混合均匀:
蒸馏水 100份
聚六亚甲基双胍 0.1~0.5份
醋酸氯已定 0.05~0.1份
蛇毒止血酶 1~5份
植物提取液 5~10份;
2)将钳头浸入步骤1)得到的消毒止血药中10~20min,取出即可。
进一步,所述植物提取液为荆芥、防风、荷叶提取液。
进一步,所述植物提取液的制备方法是:
将10~20重量份荆芥、10~20重量份防风、10~20重量份干荷叶用100重量份的水浸泡1~5h,然后加入5重量份的乌贼骨,小火煮沸30~100min,然后自然冷却至常温,然后过滤得到植物提取液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的两个钳杆呈水平设置,其闭合时也是同时闭合,避免了闭合时出现内窄外宽的情况,适用于妇科手术。本发明的钳头为可拆卸一次性的,一方面降低了成本,另一方面提高了卫生水平。本发明的止血齿之间设置有小孔,小孔内设置有消毒药和止血药,进一步提高了卫生水平和止血效果。

如图1所示的一种妇科止血钳,包括对称设置的两个钳头2和两个钳杆1,所述钳头2上设置有止血齿3,所述钳头2设置在钳杆1端部,一个钳杆1的另一个端部设置有压柄9、另一个钳杆1的另一个端部设置有握柄8,设置有压柄9的钳杆1上固定设置有滑轴4,设置有握柄8的钳杆1滑动设置在滑轴4上,滑轴4末端转动设置有卡杆5,设置有握柄8的钳杆1侧部设置有若干挡块7。
进一步,所述钳头2为一次性钳头,钳头2与钳杆1之间可拆卸固定连接。
进一步,止血齿3之间设置有小孔,小孔内设置有消毒药和止血药。
进一步,卡杆5与滑轴4之间通过扭簧6连接。
使用时,单手握住握柄8,拇指摁住压柄9,钳杆1闭合后,抬起食指扣住卡杆5 使得卡杆5卡在合适的挡块7上即可。
实施例1
消毒止血药由以下步骤制得:
1)将以下重量份数的原料混合均匀:
蒸馏水 100份
聚六亚甲基双胍 0.3份
醋酸氯已定 0.1份
蛇毒止血酶 3 份
植物提取液 8份;
2)将钳头浸入步骤1)得到的消毒止血药中15min,取出即可。
植物提取液的制备方法是:
将15重量份荆芥、15重量份防风、15重量份干荷叶用100重量份的水浸泡3h,然后加入5重量份的乌贼骨,小火煮沸60min,然后自然冷却至常温,然后过滤得到植物提取液。
实施例2
消毒止血药由以下步骤制得:
1)将以下重量份数的原料混合均匀:
蒸馏水 100份
聚六亚甲基双胍 0.5份
醋酸氯已定 0.05份
蛇毒止血酶 1份
植物提取液 10份;
2)将钳头浸入步骤1)得到的消毒止血药中20min,取出即可。
植物提取液的制备方法是:
将20重量份荆芥、20重量份防风、20重量份干荷叶用100重量份的水浸泡5h,然后加入5重量份的乌贼骨,小火煮沸30~100min,然后自然冷却至常温,然后过滤得到植物提取液。
实施例3
消毒止血药由以下步骤制得:
1)将以下重量份数的原料混合均匀:
蒸馏水 100份
聚六亚甲基双胍 0.5份
醋酸氯已定 0.1份
蛇毒止血酶 5份
植物提取液 10份;
2)将钳头浸入步骤1)得到的消毒止血药中10min,取出即可。
植物提取液的制备方法是:
将10重量份荆芥、10重量份防风、10重量份干荷叶用100重量份的水浸泡1h,然后加入5重量份的乌贼骨,小火煮沸30min,然后自然冷却至常温,然后过滤得到植物提取液。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种妇科止血钳,其特征在于,卡杆与滑轴之间通过扭簧连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种妇科止血钳,其特征在于,所述消毒止血药由以下步骤制得:
