Abstract

本发明公开了一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架,包括支架本体,所述支架本体的内侧活动连接有输送装置,所述支架本体包括钴基合金箔圈,所述钴基合金箔圈的表面经化学蚀刻均匀镂空有S形孔,所述钴基合金箔圈的一侧焊接有钛镍金属网圈,所述钛镍金属网圈为钛合金丝与镍合金丝编织构成的网状结构,该支架采用钴基合金箔圈和钛镍金属网圈结构,通过单纯支架置入使颅内动脉瘤血流动力学发生改变,促进动脉瘤内血栓形成、机化,达到从解剖学上重建载瘤动脉的目的,该结构与血管的内壁融合性高,不易出现排斥现象,采用输送装置的结构,提高支架在手术过程输送的稳定性,提高手术效率,降低手术存在的风险。

一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体为一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架。
背景技术
目前,颅内动脉瘤的治疗方法主要有开颅手术夹闭动脉瘤颈和血管内介入治疗。
开颅手术夹闭动脉瘤颈的手术难度大、对病人造成的创伤大。血管内介入治疗相对手术难度小、对病人造成的创伤小,目前血管内介入治疗颅内动脉瘤总体预后优于开颅手术。血管内介入治疗颅内动脉瘤逐渐成为治疗颅内动脉瘤的首选方法,而覆膜支架治疗各型颅内动脉瘤(特别是颅内巨大、宽颈动脉瘤、微泡样小动脉瘤、假性动脉瘤、梭形动脉瘤、夹层动脉瘤),具有安全性高、操作相对简单、目标是闭塞动脉瘤颈口,而对动脉瘤瘤颈及大小要求不高,故有较高的完全闭塞率和较低的复发率等优点。同时覆膜支架治疗颅内动脉瘤,可有效避免动脉瘤术中发生破裂的风险,术后显著减小动脉瘤所致的占位效应,且在手术的过程中传统的覆膜支架的输送装置对覆膜支架输送结构稳定性较差,且手术完成后,输送装置的拆取不便,导致手术的难度增加,且增加手术风险,为此,我们提出一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架,包括支架本体,所述支架本体的内侧活动连接有输送装置,所述支架本体包括钴基合金箔圈,所述钴基合金箔圈的表面经化学蚀刻均匀镂空有S形孔,所述钴基合金箔圈的一侧焊接有钛镍金属网圈,所述钛镍金属网圈为钛合金丝与镍合金丝编织构成的网状结构,且钛合金丝与镍合金丝的接触处通过定点冲压连接,所述钴合金箔圈和钛镍金属网圈的外侧均设有覆膜。
优选的,所述输送装置包括第一输送管,所述第一输送管的前端插接有连接块,所述连接块的前端上下侧均铰接有L形杆,所述L形杆的两端均设有橡胶块,所述橡胶块位于钛镍金属网圈的内侧,所述L形杆的中间连接有弹簧,所述L形杆的表面设有钢丝,所述钢丝的另一端贯穿连接块与第一输送管的前端连接。
优选的,所述输送装置包括第二输送管,所述第二输送管的前端插接有活塞缸,所述活塞杆的内腔设有活塞板,所述第二输送管的前端设有顶杆,所述顶杆的另一端贯穿活塞缸的缸体与活塞板固定连接,所述活塞缸的侧壁通过导管连接吸盘,且吸盘的底部与导管连通。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该支架采用钴基合金箔圈和钛镍金属网圈结构,通过单纯支架置入使颅内动脉瘤血流动力学发生改变,可直接封堵动脉瘤颈,促进动脉瘤内血栓形成、机化,达到从解剖学上重建载瘤动脉的目的,同时保持载瘤动脉通畅,且该结构与血管的内壁融合性高,不易出现排斥现象,采用输送装置的结构,提高支架在手术过程输送的稳定性,提高手术效率,且手术完成后易于拆除,降低手术存在的风险。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架,包括支架本体1,所述支架本体1的内侧活动连接有输送装置2,所述输送装置2包括第一输送管201,所述第一输送管201的前端插接有连接块202,所述连接块202的前端上下侧均铰接有L形杆203,所述L形杆203的两端均设有橡胶块204,所述橡胶块204位于钛镍金属网圈5的内侧,所述L形杆203的中间连接有弹簧205,所述L形杆203的表面设有钢丝206,所述钢丝206的另一端贯穿连接块202与第一输送管201的前端连接,L形杆203在弹簧205的弹性作用下,橡胶块204的两端在张力的作用固定支架本体1,手术完成后,第一输送管201向后移动时,带动钢丝206向后拉,从而带动L形杆203收缩,从而与支架本体1分离,便于拆除,所述支架本体1包括钴基合金箔圈3,所述钴基合金箔圈3的表面经化学蚀刻均匀镂空有S形孔4,所述钴基合金箔圈3的一侧焊接有钛镍金属网圈5,所述钛镍金属网圈5为钛合金丝51与镍合金丝52编织构成的网状结构,且钛合金丝51与镍合金丝52的接触处通过定点冲压连接,所述钴合金箔圈3和钛镍金属网圈5的外侧均设有覆膜6,采用钴基合金箔圈3和钛镍金属网圈5结构,通过单纯支架置入使颅内动脉瘤血流动力学发生改变,可直接封堵动脉瘤颈,促进动脉瘤内血栓形成、机化,达到从解剖学上重建载瘤动脉的目的,同时保持载瘤动脉通畅,且该结构与血管的内壁融合性高,不易出现排斥现象。
请参阅图2,本发明提供另一种输送装置为:所述输送装置2包括第二输送管207,所述第二输送管207的前端插接有活塞缸208,所述活塞杆208的内腔设有活塞板209,所述第二输送管207的前端设有顶杆210,所述顶杆210的另一端贯穿活塞缸208的缸体与活塞板209固定连接,所述活塞缸208的侧壁通过导管连接吸盘211,且吸盘211的底部与导管连通,在支架本体1的输送过程中,第二输送管207推动顶杆210,从而使活塞缸208内的气压减小,从而使吸盘211吸附于支架本体1的内壁,在手术完成后,第二输送管207向后移动,从而带动活塞板209向后移动,活塞缸208内的气压增大,避免从而导致吸盘211脱离本体支架1。

1.一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架,包括支架本体(1),其特征在于:所述支架本体(1)的内侧活动连接有输送装置(2),所述支架本体(1)包括钴基合金箔圈(3),所述钴基合金箔圈(3)的表面经化学蚀刻均匀镂空有S形孔(4),所述钴基合金箔圈(3)的一侧焊接有钛镍金属网圈(5),所述钛镍金属网圈(5)为钛合金丝(51)与镍合金丝(52)编织构成的网状结构,且钛合金丝(51)与镍合金丝(52)的接触处通过定点冲压连接,所述钴合金箔圈(3)和钛镍金属网圈(5)的外侧均设有覆膜(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架,其特征在于:所述输送装置(2)包括第一输送管(201),所述第一输送管(201)的前端插接有连接块(202),所述连接块(202)的前端上下侧均铰接有L形杆(203),所述L形杆(203)的两端均设有橡胶块(204),所述橡胶块(204)位于钛镍金属网圈(5)的内侧,所述L形杆(203)的中间连接有弹簧(205),所述L形杆(203)的表面设有钢丝(206),所述钢丝(206)的另一端贯穿连接块(202)与第一输送管(201)的前端连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种介入科治疗颅内动脉瘤用支架,其特征在于:所述输送装置(2)包括第二输送管(207),所述第二输送管(207)的前端插接有活塞缸(208),所述活塞杆(208)的内腔设有活塞板(209),所述第二输送管(207)的前端设有顶杆(210),所述顶杆(210)的另一端贯穿活塞缸(208)的缸体与活塞板(209)固定连接,所述活塞缸(208)的侧壁通过导管连接吸盘(211),且吸盘(211)的底部与导管连通。
