The electric oven according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 to 7.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the electric oven according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the article 300 to be baked is placed in the baking chamber 302, a fan 306 and an air heating component 308 are arranged on the back side of the baking chamber 302 where the heating component 304 (the upper side is a heating pipe 304A, and the lower side is a heating plate 304B) is arranged on the upper side and/or the lower side, a hot air hood 310 is arranged on the inner side of the baking chamber 302, a hood mesh 312 is arranged on the hot air hood 310, a control module 314 (the front side is a control panel) is arranged above the baking chamber 302, and the front cover 316 controls the baking chamber 302 to heat up after being closed.
The controller 318 of the electric oven is generally disposed in the control module 314, and the controller 318 controls the operation of the heat generating component 304, the fan 306 and the wind heating component 308, so as to perform the baking process in the following two stages:
(1) preheating stage as shown in fig. 4, the heating element 304 and the fan 306 are operated simultaneously until the timing reaches a preset time, or the temperature in the baking chamber 302 reaches a preset temperature threshold;
(2) during the baking stage, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, during the operation of the air heating assembly 308, the fan 306 blows heat into the baking chamber 302 through the air cover mesh 312 of the hot air cover 310, and meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, the heating member 304 intermittently heats up until a preset time period is reached while the air heating assembly 308 operates.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the operation of the electric oven according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: step 802, after the preset baking temperature is determined, controlling the heating element and the fan to work simultaneously, and preheating the baking chamber for a preset time, wherein the temperature change in the baking chamber is shown as the preheating stage in fig. 9; step 804, judging whether the difference value between the temperature in the baking cavity and the preset baking temperature is larger than a preset temperature difference value, if so, executing step 806, and if not, continuing to execute 802; step 806, controlling the hot air assembly to bake the articles in the baking chamber, blowing by the fan, intermittently heating the heating element until the preset cooking time is reached, and controlling the temperature change in the baking chamber as shown in the baking stage of fig. 9.
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, and in view of the technical problems of how to ensure uniform baking of articles and shorten baking time in the related art, the invention provides baking methods, baking devices and electric ovens, wherein after a preset baking temperature is determined, a heating element is controlled to preheat a baking chamber for a preset time, when the preset time is reached by timing or the temperature of the baking chamber reaches a preset temperature threshold value, the temperature of the baking chamber is higher than the preset baking temperature, because the heating element is directly arranged on the inner side of the baking chamber and is not blocked by a hot air hood, the temperature in the baking chamber is quickly increased during preheating, in addition, a fan also blows air while the heating element works, the speed of preheating the baking chamber and the uniformity of temperature distribution are improved, and when a formal baking process is carried out, the heating element is adopted to heat the baking chamber, and simultaneously the heating element is controlled to perform auxiliary heating, so that the baking effect, especially the surface gloss of foods such as bread, cakes and biscuits can be improved.

    after the preset baking temperature is determined, controlling the heating element to preheat the baking chamber for a preset time;
    when the preset time is reached in timing or the temperature of the baking cavity reaches a preset temperature threshold value, controlling the wind-heat assembly to bake the articles in the baking cavity;
    controlling the fan to blow air into the baking chamber during the preheating and baking processes so as to control the temperature of the baking chamber to be maintained at the preset baking temperature,
    when the preset time is timed to be reached or the temperature of the baking chamber reaches a preset temperature threshold value, the temperature of the baking chamber is higher than the preset baking temperature;
    control the wind-heat subassembly is right when toasting the article of chamber and toasting the processing, control the heating member is right toast the processing to article in toasting the chamber.

    determining the heating power of the heating element according to the preset baking temperature while controlling the wind-heat assembly to bake the articles in the baking chamber, wherein the heating power is used as a second heating power;
    and controlling the heating element to perform periodical baking treatment on the articles in the baking chamber at the second heating power.
  4. 4. The baking method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of controlling the heating element to perform the baking treatment of the articles in the baking chamber periodically at the second heating power comprises the steps of:
    the baking periods of the heating element are minutes, the heating element is controlled to bake the articles in the baking chamber continuously for 5 seconds at the second heating power in each baking period, and the heating stopping time is 55 seconds.
