The peeling cylinder 60 needs to be adjusted at a reasonable adjusting speed through the air adjusting valve so that the peeling effect around the bulb is stable. The peeling cylinder 60 moves the peeling attachment plate 52 downward to the lowermost end to complete simultaneous peeling around the two bulbs. At this point, the control unit will issue a command to return the upper clamp cylinder 39 and the lower clamp cylinder 44 to the original point, so that the upper and lower top posts return to the original point, the clamping of the bulb is released, and the bulb automatically falls to the slide 63. Meanwhile, the two side cutters return to the original point under the driving of the support frame moving cylinder.
After the bulb falls onto the slide 63, water is sprayed to the cleaning brush 62 through the water pipe, the cleaning brush 62 is driven by the brush driving motor to rotate, and the cleaned bulb rolls to the product collecting device at the front part of the water tank 61. At the same time, the washing water also circulates between the water tank 61 and the slide 63; the cleaning unit realizes automatic cleaning after the corms are peeled.

the feeding unit (3) is fixedly arranged on the rack unit (2) and used for arranging the bulbs in the same direction; the horizontal moving unit (4) comprises a driving cylinder (9), a support frame (23), a right clamping jaw driving cylinder (25), a left clamping jaw driving cylinder (31), a left clamping jaw mounting plate, a right clamping jaw mounting plate, two pairs of clamping jaws, an upper cutter (30) and a lower cutter (28); the support frame (23) is arranged on the rack unit (2) in a sliding manner, is connected with the action rods of the two driving cylinders (9) and is driven by the driving cylinders (9); a left clamping jaw driving cylinder (31) and a right clamping jaw driving cylinder (25) are respectively fixed at the left side and the right side of the support frame (23); the left clamping jaw mounting plate and the right clamping jaw mounting plate (26) are connected and mounted on the support frame (23) through a sliding block and a sliding rail, and can horizontally slide on the support frame (23) under the driving of a left clamping jaw driving cylinder (31) and a right clamping jaw driving cylinder (25); the clamping jaws are semicircular, the tail ends of the two pairs of clamping jaws are respectively provided with a connecting rod (24), the connecting rods (24) are slidably arranged in the clamping jaw mounting plates (26), and the connecting rods (24) are sleeved with first springs (32); the upper knife (30) is arranged on the support frame (23) in a sliding way and is positioned above the two pairs of clamping jaws; the lower cutter (28) is arranged on the support frame (23) in a sliding way and is positioned below the two pairs of clamping jaws; the insides of the two pairs of clamping jaws are respectively provided with a high-strength adhesive through gluing;
the upper clamping unit (5) and the lower clamping unit (5) comprise an upper half clamping unit and a lower half clamping unit; the upper half clamping unit comprises an upper supporting frame (36), an upper clamping fixing plate (38), an upper clamping sliding rail (37), an upper clamping cylinder (39) and two upper support posts; the upper support frame (36) is arranged on the rack unit (2); the upper clamping slide rail (37) is arranged on the upper support frame (36), the upper clamping fixing plate (38) is provided with a slide block, the slide block is matched with the upper clamping slide rail (37) to be arranged, and the upper clamping fixing plate (38) is connected with an action rod of the upper clamping cylinder (39), so that the upper clamping fixing plate (38) can slide up and down along the upper clamping slide rail (37) under the driving of the upper clamping cylinder (39); the two upper top columns are respectively a first upper top column (40) and a second upper top column (42), and are mounted at the bottom of the upper clamping fixing plate (38) through a bearing and a bearing seat (41); the tail ends of the two upper support columns are respectively provided with a high-strength rubber; the lower half clamping unit comprises a lower support frame (49), two rotating motors (45), a lower half fixing plate (47), a lower clamping cylinder (44) and two lower top columns (50); the lower support frame (49) is arranged on the rack unit (2) and is aligned with the upper half clamping unit in the middle; the rotating motor (45) is arranged on the lower half fixing plate (47), and the lower half fixing plate (47) is connected with the lower support frame (49) through a sliding block and sliding rail mechanism; the action rod of the lower clamping cylinder (44) is connected with the lower half fixing plate (47) and is used for providing power for the lower half fixing plate (47) to move up and down; the two lower top columns (50) are both arranged on the lower half fixing plate (47) through bearings and bearing seats (48), and the two rotating motors (45) are respectively connected with the two lower top columns (50) through two couplers (46); the tail ends of the two lower top columns (50) are respectively provided with a high-strength rubber;
the peripheral peeling unit (6) comprises a peeling support frame (58), a support frame moving cylinder, a peeling fixing plate (52), a support frame sliding rail (59), a peeling cylinder (60), two side cutters, a side cutter fixing plate (55) and a second spring (53); the peeling support frame (58) is arranged on the rack unit (2) in a sliding manner, and an action rod of the support frame movement air cylinder is connected with the peeling support frame (58) and used for driving the peeling support frame (58) to move, so that the action that the whole surrounding peeling unit (6) is close to the bulbs and far away from the bulbs can be realized; the support frame sliding rail (59) is installed on the peeling support frame (58), the sliding block is installed on the peeling fixing plate (52), the sliding block and the support frame sliding rail (59) are installed in a matched mode, the peeling fixing plate (52) is connected with an action rod of the peeling cylinder (60), and the peeling fixing plate (52) is driven by the peeling cylinder (60) to slide up and down along the support frame sliding rail (59); the two side cutters are respectively a first side cutter (56) and a second side cutter (57), the side cutters are tubular, and both the two side cutters are fixed on a side cutter fixing plate (55); the side cutter fixing plate (55) is connected with the peeling fixing plate (52) in a sliding way through a sliding block and sliding rail mechanism (54); one end of the second spring (53) is connected to the side cutter fixing plate (55), and the other end is arranged on the peeling fixing plate (52).
