Abstract
The invention discloses a cellulose casing production line and a cellulose casing production process. The production process of the cellulose sausage casing comprises the following steps: A. extruding and solidifying: extruding the viscose by a nozzle, and carrying out coagulation reaction with an acid bath in an acid bath tank to generate a sleeve-shaped film; B. slow regeneration: spraying an acid bath to the sleeve-shaped film to control the degree of the sausage casing regeneration reaction; C. washing with water: cooling, and finishing the slow regeneration reaction in the step B; cleaning, desulfurizing and removing impurities and sulfides; D. plasticizing: fixing the moisture in the product of the step C; E. and (5) drying. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of production of cellulose casings, in particular to a cellulose casing production line and a cellulose casing production process.
Background
The casings of the prior art are usually natural casings made of the submucosa of the animal intestine containing collagen, but also various artificial casings or animal protein synthetic casings, such as processed collagen, alginates, cellulose and even plastics. The existing artificial sausage casing and synthetic sausage casing have low production automation degree, low strength and poor dimensional stability, and are not suitable for high-speed production.

The drying system comprises a pre-drying area and a dryer.
The extrusion regeneration device comprises a spray head 1 and an acid bath 3, wherein the spray head 1 is connected with a mandrel 2, and the extrusion regeneration device is an extrusion molding area of a cellulose casing 10.
The slow-regeneration device is an area where the sausage casing is slowly regenerated. The cellulose sleeve generated by the extrusion regeneration device through regeneration reaction is subjected to fine adjustment of various indexes in the area, including the folding diameter and the color of the casing 10 and the thickness uniformity of the casing 10.
The washing system comprises a freezing water tank, four pickling tanks 7, ten washing tanks 4 and a desulfurization tank which are arranged in sequence. Preferably, the temperature may be 35, 40 or 46 ℃; the sulfuric acid concentration may be 130, 140 or 150 grams/liter; the sodium sulfate salt concentration may be 280, 300 or 350 grams/liter.

Preferably, the sulfuric acid may be 90, 100 or 110 g/l, and the temperature may be 30, 32 or 35 ℃; the acid spray pressure may be 2, 2.5 or 3 bar and the acid spray amount may be 20, 25 or 30L/min.
C. Washing with water: cooling, and finishing the slow regeneration reaction in the step B; cleaning, desulfurizing and removing impurities and sulfides;
wherein, the temperature reduction uses chilled water, and the temperature control range is 10-18 ℃. The main purpose is to cool down, thereby stopping the slow reaction of the slow regeneration device and completely shaping the sausage casing.
Preferably, the temperature control range may be 10, 15 or 18 ℃.
The cleaning and the desulfurization comprise acid cleaning, water cleaning and desulfurization, wherein the acid cleaning uses sulfuric acid with the concentration of 20-100g/1, and can also use other hydrochloric acid with the temperature range of 20-50 ℃, and the main function is to remove impurities such as sulfide and the like generated on the sausage casing due to extrusion regeneration reaction through reaction with acid.
Preferably, the acid bath concentration may be 20, 60 or 100g/l; the temperature may be 20, 35 or 50 ℃.
The water washing uses softened water, the temperature range is 30-60 ℃, and the water washing dosage is 200-300L/min.
Preferably, the temperature can be 30, 45 or 60 ℃; the amount of water washing may be 200, 250 or 300L/min.
The purpose of the devulcanization is to remove possible incidental sulfides from the surface of the casing which, if not cleaned sufficiently, often lead to yellowing or darkening in color and a sulfurous smell of the final casing product. The desulfurizer used for desulfurization is NaOH, the pH value is 7.5-9.0, the residual sulfide is removed through chemical reaction, and the temperature is controlled at 40-45 ℃. The desulfurization water flow rate is usually 80-120L/min. The sweet oil groove has the functions of plasticizing the sausage casing film and fixing the water content in the sausage casing, so that the sausage casing can obtain the water retention performance and the air permeability.
Preferably, the pH may be 7.5, 8.0 or 9.0; the temperature may be 40, 42 or 45 ℃; the water flow rate may be 80, 100 or 120L/min. D. Plasticizing, namely fixing the water in the product obtained in the step C to ensure that the sausage casing 10 obtains water retention performance and air permeability; glycerol is used for the plasticization, the concentration of which is in the range of 70-80g/l and the temperature in the range of 60-80 ℃.
Preferably, the concentration may be 70, 75 or 80g/l; the temperature may be 60, 70 or 80 ℃.
E. Drying, firstly, pre-drying is carried out, so that the sausage casing 10 is fully exposed to the air, the moisture of the sausage casing is naturally lost, the moisture in the sausage casing is uniformly distributed, and then the sausage casing can enter a dryer for drying.
The temperature range of hot air in the drier is 90-140 ℃. The moisture content of the casing entering the dryer is 200-250% and the moisture content of the casing leaving the dryer is 2-8%.
Preferably, the temperature of the hot air can be 90, 120 or 140 ℃; the moisture content of the casing as it enters the dryer may be 200%, 220% or 250%; the moisture content upon leaving the dryer may be 2%, 5% or 8%.
F. Moistening, drying, and allowing the sausage casing to enter a humidifier with temperature controlled at 40-50 deg.C and humidity controlled at above 90%. The moisture range of the casing as it leaves the humidifier is 8% -13%.
Preferably, the temperature may be 40, 45 or 50 ℃; the moisture range of the casing as it leaves the humidifier is 8%, 10% or 13%.
G. And in the coiling step, the humidified casing flat film is coiled into a coil to obtain a final production line product, namely a reel casing.
By using the invention, a production line can contain 18 cellulose sausage casings spray heads, and the caliber of the sausage casing 10 ranges from American standard 15 to 40.
