技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品用水特效消毒片。
背景技术
消毒剂用于杀灭传播媒介上病原微生物,包括细菌繁殖体(包括分枝杆菌)、病毒、真菌及其孢子等,使其达到无害化要求,将病原微生物消灭于人体之外,切断传染病的传播途径,达到控制传染病的目的。消毒剂分为片剂、粉剂和水剂,生活中为了携带方便一般都采用片剂,但是传统的消毒片不够稳定,在水中释放出的有效物质含量不高,所以效果不明显,另外消毒过后,杂质和有害物质会残留在水中,造成二次污染,很不环保也不安全。

本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种高效、稳定和安全的食品用水特效消毒片。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种食品用水特效消毒片,所述食品用水特效消毒片由20-30%二氧化氯组分、1-3%包覆钝化剂、15-20%干燥剂、30-40%泡腾剂、25-40%酸化剂、1-5%缓释剂、1-5%表面活性剂和1-3%生物活性酶组成;
所述二氧化氯组分由亚氯酸钠、酒石酸、酒石酸钠、氯化钠和过碳酸钠组成;
所述酸化剂为苹果酸;
所述缓释剂为微胶囊;
所述表面活性剂为卵磷脂;
所述生物活性酶包括50%果胶酶和50%纤维素酶;
所述食品用水特效消毒片的制作过程如下:将二氧化氯组分在烘干机中于40-55℃下进行干燥,然后与包覆钝化剂、干燥剂泡腾剂、酸化剂、缓释剂、表面活性剂和生物活性酶按照1-3%、15-20%、30-40%、25-40%、1-5%、1-5%和1-3%的含量分别进行混合和过筛,最后在温度30-50℃、湿度20-30%且2个大气压下制成食品用水特效消毒片;
