Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a fish sorting and temporary rearing packaging device which is high in sorting efficiency and good in sorting precision and can improve the activity and survival rate of fish. The technical scheme of the fish sorting temporary rearing and packaging device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the fish sorting device, the temporary fish rearing device and the packing device; the fish sorting device comprises a fish inlet channel and at least one filtering, weighing and sorting assembly communicated with the fish inlet channel; the filtering, weighing and sorting assembly comprises a filtering unit, a weighing unit and a sorting unit which are arranged in sequence; a plurality of independent sorting sections are arranged on the sorting unit, and each sorting section corresponds to one fish guiding groove; the temporary fish culture device is selectively communicated or disconnected with the fish guide groove, and is provided with a plurality of temporary culture ponds which are communicated and arranged from high to low; the packing device comprises a packing water pool, a fish pumping channel positioned in the packing water pool and a packing platform communicated with the fish pumping channel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fish processing, in particular to a fish sorting and temporary rearing packaging device.
Background
At present, the sorting processing of fish in China is mostly carried out in a manual mode. The manual sorting operation has low working efficiency, long time consumption and high labor intensity, and the specification of the classified product is extremely uneven and inaccurate. In order to improve the sorting precision, some enterprises need to carry out secondary grading operation on the fish, which easily causes the fish body to be polluted or go bad, thereby not only influencing the quality of products, but also improving the production cost and reducing the economic benefits of the enterprises.
Therefore, it is important to provide a processing and sorting technique with high sorting efficiency and good sorting accuracy to solve the problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a fish sorting temporary rearing device which is high in sorting efficiency and good in sorting precision and can improve the activity and survival rate of fish.
The technical scheme of the fish sorting temporary rearing and packaging device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
the fish sorting device, the temporary fish culture device and the packing device;
the fish sorting device comprises a fish inlet channel and at least one filtering, weighing and sorting assembly communicated with the fish inlet channel; the filtering, weighing and sorting assembly comprises a filtering unit, a weighing unit and a sorting unit which are arranged in sequence; the sorting unit is provided with a plurality of independent sorting intervals, and each sorting interval corresponds to one fish guiding groove;
the temporary fish culture device is selectively communicated or disconnected with the fish guide groove, and is provided with a plurality of temporary culture ponds which are communicated and arranged from high to low;
the packing device comprises a packing water pool, a fish pumping channel positioned in the packing water pool and a packing platform communicated with the fish pumping channel.
Preferably, each fish guiding groove is provided with a first openable component, the first openable component enables the fish guiding groove to be switched on or off, and a first recovery unit is arranged below each openable component.
Preferably, a second openable and closable component and a filter tank positioned below the second openable and closable component are arranged between the fish guide tank and the temporary rearing pond positioned at the highest position, and the filter tank is communicated with the temporary rearing device for the fishes.
Preferably, the second openable and closable member and/or the first openable and closable member are/is a rotating member.
Preferably, each temporary rearing pond comprises a fish flowing cavity and a filtering cavity which are arranged at intervals and communicated with each other.
Preferably, the fish flowing chamber and the filtering chamber are communicated through an inverted conical chamber at the bottom of the temporary rearing pond.
Preferably, the bottom wall of the fish flowing cavity is provided with a plurality of exhaust holes arranged at intervals.
Preferably, the packing pond with be located the lowest be equipped with the hang plate between the pond of raising temporarily.
Preferably, a packing weighing unit is arranged on the packing platform.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The fish sorting and temporary rearing packaging device comprises a fish sorting device, a fish temporary rearing device and a packaging device, which are respectively explained by combining the attached drawings.
Fish sorting device
Referring to fig. 1, a technical solution of a fish sorting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a fish inlet channel 1 and at least one filtering, weighing and sorting assembly communicated with the fish inlet channel 1. The number of the filtering, weighing and sorting components is not limited to four as shown in the figure, four corresponding fish guide deflector rods 11 corresponding to the filtering, weighing and sorting components are arranged on the corresponding fish inlet channel 1, and the fish guide deflector rods 11 are used for guiding fishes to be sorted on the fish inlet channel 1 into different filtering, weighing and sorting components.
The filtering, weighing and sorting assembly comprises a filtering unit 2, a weighing unit 3 and a sorting unit 4 which are sequentially arranged, and the following description is developed for the filtering unit 2, the weighing unit 3 and the sorting unit 4:
(1) Filter unit 2
The filtering unit 2 is communicated with the fish inlet channel 1, and the fish sorting device in the embodiment classifies the fish to be sorted by weight, so that the filtering unit 2 in the embodiment is placed before the weighing unit 3, the fish to be sorted can be filtered out of water carried by the fish when entering the filtering unit 2, and the weighing accuracy of the subsequent weighing unit 3 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, the filtering unit 2 may be composed of a plurality of rollers 21 arranged at intervals, and the filtering unit 2 may be disposed to be inclined with respect to a horizontal plane in order to facilitate the flow of the fish to be sorted.
Furthermore, the filter unit 2 may also consist of a filter screen provided with a number of through holes. Similarly, the filter unit 2 may be arranged inclined with respect to the horizontal plane in order to facilitate the flow of the fish to be sorted.
(2) Weighing cell 3
The weighing unit 3 is provided with a weighing machine for weighing the fish to be sorted, and the fish to be sorted is distributed to enter a set sorting interval 42 on the sorting unit 4 according to different weights.
(3) Sorting unit 4
The sorting unit is provided with a plurality of independent sorting sections 42, which are not limited to seven shown in the figure. Each sorting section 42 corresponds to a fish guiding trough 5, which facilitates the transportation of fish to be sorted of different weights to different fish guiding troughs.
The sorting unit comprises a sorting channel 41 communicated with the weighing unit 3, a plurality of sorting sections 42 arranged at intervals are arranged in the length extending direction of the sorting channel 41, and each sorting section 42 consists of a sorting baffle 421 and a sorting sloping plate 422.
Each fish guiding groove 5 is provided with a first openable component, the first openable component enables the fish guiding groove 5 to be switched on or off, and a first recovery unit is arranged below each first openable component. Further, the first openable and closable member is a rotating member, and the openable and closable member is selectively connected with or separated from the fish guiding groove.
Temporary fish breeding device
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a technical solution of a temporary fish rearing device 7 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the temporary rearing pond is not limited to a high temporary rearing pond 71, a middle temporary rearing pond 72 and a low temporary rearing pond 73 shown in the figure, and the adjacent two temporary rearing ponds are communicated through an openable fish communication channel.
The temporary rearing pond located at the lowest position is provided with a water outlet, the circulating water pipeline is communicated with the water outlet, a water outlet pipe is arranged on each temporary rearing pond, and a water outlet pipe is arranged on each temporary rearing pond of the ice water pipeline.
Be equipped with second openable and closeable part 6 and be located between fish sorting unit and the fish device of temporarily raising filter screen 8 of second openable and closeable part below, the below of filter screen 8 is equipped with the second and retrieves the unit, leads the fish groove 5 and the selective intercommunication or the disconnection of first openable and closeable part 6, when leading fish groove 5 and the disconnection of second openable and closeable part 6, through fish sorting unit's separation fish and the water of leading in the fish groove on filter screen 8, water falls into second recovery unit 9 through filter screen 8 this moment, and the fish that is located on filter screen 8 then gets into the fish device of temporarily raising.
The fish flow chamber and the filter chamber are arranged in each temporary culture pond at intervals and communicated with each other, the fish to be temporarily cultured flows in the fish flow chamber, and the bottom of the fish flow chamber is provided with a plurality of air injection holes arranged at intervals and used for supplementing oxygen to the fish flow chamber. It should be noted that the bottom of the end of the temporary rearing pond along the flowing direction is provided with an inverted conical cavity which is respectively communicated with the fish flowing cavity and the filter cavity, so that water in the fish flowing cavity enters the filter cavity for filtering, and meanwhile, the inverted conical cavity is connected with a drain pipe for draining collected dirt.
(III) baling device
The packing device comprises a packing water tank and a packing platform, wherein the fish pumping channel in the packing water tank is communicated with the fish pumping channel; the packing platform is communicated with the top of the fish pumping channel, and the pumped fish is weighed on the packing platform and then packed.

Claims (9)
1. A fish sorting temporary rearing and packaging device is characterized by comprising a fish sorting device, a fish temporary rearing device and a packaging device;
the fish sorting device comprises a fish inlet channel and at least one filtering, weighing and sorting assembly communicated with the fish inlet channel; the fish inlet channel is provided with a fish guide deflector rod corresponding to the filtering, weighing and sorting assembly;
the filtering, weighing and sorting assembly comprises a filtering unit, a weighing unit and a sorting unit which are arranged in sequence; the filtering unit consists of a plurality of rollers arranged at intervals or a filter screen provided with a plurality of through holes; the sorting unit is provided with a plurality of independent sorting intervals, and each sorting interval corresponds to one fish guiding groove;
the temporary fish culture device is selectively communicated or disconnected with the fish guide groove, and is provided with a plurality of temporary culture ponds which are communicated and arranged from high to low;
the packing device comprises a packing water pool, a fish pumping channel positioned in the packing water pool and a packing platform communicated with the fish pumping channel.

The fish sorting temporary rearing and packaging device according to claim 1, wherein each of the fish guide grooves is provided with a first openable and closable member for opening and closing the fish guide groove, and a first recovery unit is provided below each of the openable and closable members.
3. The fish sorting temporary rearing and packaging device according to claim 2, wherein a second openable and closable member and a filter tank disposed below the second openable and closable member are provided between the fish guide tank and the temporary rearing pond at the highest position, and the filter tank is communicated with the fish temporary rearing device.
4. The fish sorting temporary rearing packaging apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the second openable and closable member and/or the first openable and closable member is/are a rotating member.
5. The fish sorting temporary rearing packaging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein each of the temporary rearing tanks includes a fish flow chamber and a filtering chamber which are arranged at intervals and communicated with each other.
6. The fish sorting and temporary rearing bagging apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the fish flow chamber and the filter chamber communicate with each other through an inverted conical chamber at the bottom of the temporary rearing tank.
7. The fish sorting and temporary rearing and packaging device according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of exhaust holes are arranged at intervals on the bottom wall of the fish flowing chamber.
8. The fish sorting temporary rearing and packaging device according to claim 1, wherein an inclined plate is provided between the packaging water tank and the temporary rearing tank located at the lowest position.
9. The fish sorting temporary rearing and packaging device according to claim 8, wherein a packaging weighing unit is provided on the packaging table.
