Abstract

本发明涉及一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)选种;(2)配制药液,混合河沙得含药液的湿沙;(3)使用含药液的湿沙盖种。本发明提供的一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法操作简单,经过实验,使用本发明方法,法国梧桐种子的发芽率高达83.2%,不对种子进行处理时发芽率仅有20.4%,使用常规方法用500ppm萘乙酸溶液浸种,发芽率为64.8%;同时,大大缩短了发芽所需时间,在22天左右种子即可发芽,值得推广使用。

一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于树木种植领域,具体涉及一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法。
背景技术
法国梧桐,学名三球悬铃木,悬铃木属落叶大乔木,是二球悬铃木的亲本,高可达30米,是世界著名的优良庭荫树和行道树,有“行道树之王”之称。其树冠阔钟形,干皮灰褐色至灰白色,呈薄片状剥落,性喜湿润温暖气候,较耐寒,欧亚大陆多地有栽培。法国梧桐的繁殖方法有扦插法、播种法等,其中播种法发芽率低,常只有20%-30%。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)每年3月,收集前一年的果球,打碎后风选去毛后洗净得法国梧桐种子;
(2)按重量份计,取500ppm萘乙酸溶液100-150份、芦荟提取液150-200份、胡萝卜提取液20-40份、甘草5-10份、黄芪5-10份、桂皮5-10份、生草乌10-15份、马齿苋8-12份、1%葡萄糖溶液50-80份、维生素C1-2份、牛磺酸0.2-0.4份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺0.5-1份均匀混合配制成药液,将所述药液与细沙按15-18:100的质量比均匀混合,得湿沙;
(3)每3-5cm厚的所述湿沙上均匀平铺一层种子,最上层种子上再覆盖一层10-15cm厚的所述湿沙,在庇荫度75%-85%、相对湿度80%-90%的室内放置12小时后即完成对法国梧桐种子的处理。
进一步的,步骤(2)所述药液,由如下质量份数的组分均匀混合配制而成:500ppm萘乙酸溶液120份、芦荟提取液180份、胡萝卜提取液30份、甘草8份、黄芪8份、桂皮8份、生草乌12份、马齿苋10份、1%葡萄糖溶液50份、维生素C1份、牛磺酸0.3份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺0.8份。
进一步的,步骤(2)所述芦荟提取液由新鲜芦荟叶洗净研磨后置于密闭容器,加入2倍芦荟叶质量份数的乳酸菌菌液于40-45℃避光环境下发酵处理4小时后,加热煮沸除菌,再加水稀释20倍后过滤即得所述芦荟提取液。
进一步的,步骤(2)所述胡萝卜提取液,由胡萝卜切碎,加1倍胡萝卜质量份数的水榨汁,将榨取的胡萝卜汁加热煮沸,加水稀释20倍后过滤即得所述胡萝卜提取液。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)所述甘草、黄芪、桂皮、生草乌、马齿苋,需粉碎至120目。
进一步的,步骤(2)所述细沙需经过300-400℃煅烧处理。
本发明的有益效果:本发明使用的浸种液浸种,比传统使用500ppm萘乙酸溶液浸种的发芽率更高,配合浸种后湿沙盖种处理,可以保证药液在处理种子的过程中,种子湿沙中可以充分进行有氧呼吸运动,激发了种子萌发相关细胞的活性,达到提高种子发芽率的效果,同时湿沙中含有的药液的有效成分能够为种子萌发提供所需的营养,激发种胚分化相关酶的活性,进一步达到提高种子发芽率的效果。经过实验,使用本发明方法,法国梧桐种子的发芽率高达83.2%,不对种子进行处理时发芽率仅有20.4%,使用常规方法用500ppm萘乙酸溶液浸种,发芽率为64.8%;同时,大大缩短了发芽所需时间,在22天左右种子即可发芽,值得推广使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法,包括以下步骤:

对照组
不对法国梧桐种子处理。
保证同一批次的法国梧桐种子分别使用上述2个实施例、2个对比实施例与1个对照组的方法进行种子处理,统计其发芽率及发芽时间,经过多次实验,结果如表1:

1.一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
每年3月,收集前一年的果球,打碎后风选去毛后洗净得法国梧桐种子;
按重量份计,取500ppm萘乙酸溶液100-150份、芦荟提取液150-200份、胡萝卜提取液20-40份、甘草5-10份、黄芪5-10份、桂皮5-10份、生草乌10-15份、马齿苋8-12份、1%葡萄糖溶液50-80份、维生素C1-2份、牛磺酸0.2-0.4份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺0.5-1份均匀混合配制成药液,将所述药液与细沙按15-18:100的质量比均匀混合,得湿沙;
每3-5cm厚的所述湿沙上均匀平铺一层种子,最上层种子上再覆盖一层10-15cm厚的所述湿沙,在庇荫度75%-85%、相对湿度80%-90%的室内放置12小时后即完成对法国梧桐种子的处理。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述芦荟提取液由新鲜芦荟叶洗净研磨后置于密闭容器,加入2倍芦荟叶质量份数的乳酸菌菌液于40-45℃避光环境下发酵处理4小时后,加热煮沸除菌,再加水稀释20倍后过滤即得所述芦荟提取液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述胡萝卜提取液,由胡萝卜切碎,加1倍胡萝卜质量份数的水榨汁,将榨取的胡萝卜汁加热煮沸,加水稀释20倍后过滤即得所述胡萝卜提取液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种法国梧桐的种子处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)所述甘草、黄芪、桂皮、生草乌、马齿苋,需粉碎至120目。
