Description

本发明涉及一种用废纸、纤维压制花炮特异壳体方法。
目前,花炮品种繁多,几何形状多样。广大花炮厂在加工花炮特异壳体时,系采用成品厚纸板裁成半球体、锥体和各种特异型的立体平面卷开料,粘上浆糊用手工粘合或用大型压力机压制定型,烘干、修型而成,需抛弃许多边角余料,设备投资大,成本高。
本发明的任务是提供一种用废纸、纤维压制花炮特异壳体方法,能利用边角余料、废纸等降低成本、一次成型。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:利用废纸、纤维经干法粉碎后,外加8~13%水溶性淀粉基粘胶剂和0.1~0.2%防腐剂,经搅拌均匀备用,取定量拌和料放入专用模具中压制成型,烘干。其烘干温度为80~90℃,烘干时间为2~2.5小时。亦可根据各种特异件的不同要求,加入高强度粘胶剂及阻燃剂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:1、节省成本,可利用边角余料废纸及纤维,2、一次成型,成型时间短,且工艺简单、操作方便,3、适用于花炮特异型壳体制造使用。
本发明的工艺流程为:废纸粉碎→和料→压制成型→烘干→成品。
实施例:以礼花弹半球型壳体制造为例,
取废纸1千克,经干法粉碎后,外加8~13%水溶性淀粉基粘胶剂和0.1~0.2%防腐剂,搅拌均匀备用,取定量拌和料,放入专用半球形模具中压制成型,脱模烘干,其烘干温度为80~90℃,烘干时间为2~2.5小时,即成产品。亦可根据各种特异件的不同要求,加入高强度粘胶剂及阻燃剂生产各种高强度及阻燃的花炮壳体。

Claims (1)

1、一种用废纸、纤维压制花炮特异壳体方法,其特征在于:
a、利用废纸、纤维经干法粉碎后,外加8~13%水溶性淀粉基粘胶剂和0.1~0.2%防腐剂,经搅拌均匀备用,
b、取定量拌和料放入专用模具中压制成型、烘干,其烘干温度为80~90℃,烘干时间为2~2.5小时。
c、可根据各种特异件的不同要求,加入高强度粘胶剂及阻燃剂。
