Further, after the acquisition module 20 receives the wake-up voice command 121, the remote control device may delay through the timing module 190, that is, wait to receive the voice command 120, and if the acquisition module 20 does not receive the voice command 120 or the recognizable voice command 120 within a certain time, the remote control device enters the sleep stage, and the acquisition module 20 waits to receive the wake-up voice command again, so as to save the power and enhance the usage duration.

Preferably, the communication module 100 includes a wireless connection unit 101 and a download unit 102 electrically connected to the main control module 10, the voice command 120 further includes a voice command 124 for controlling the wireless connection,
a wireless connection unit 101 for receiving a voice command 124 for controlling wireless connection to connect to a wireless network or automatically connect to the wireless network,
the downloading unit 102 downloads a corresponding control program, stores the control program, and records the control program.

Furthermore, the corresponding control program can be manually input through the interface of the remote control device, or the control program in the memory can be updated, and the like.
Preferably, the remote control device further comprises a second receiving module 210 electrically connected to the main control module 10,
the second receiving module 210 receives at least one control command of the external device's own remote controller, and the analyzing module 80 automatically analyzes the command.
The control instruction is a wireless code sent by the external device to any key on the matched inherent remote controller, the second receiving module 210 may be mutually converted with the first receiving module 70, or receive a valid wireless code together with the first receiving module 70, the parsing module 80 automatically parses the wireless code, and searches for a control program or related information and the like correspondingly stored in the storage module 110 or the recording module 200, and further, a plurality of keys may be pressed in the inherent remote controller to ensure the correct reliability of parsing by the remote control device.
Referring to fig. 10, preferably, the remote control device further includes a power management module 220 and a display module 230 electrically connected to the main control module 10,
the power management module 220 includes a battery unit 221, a fast charging unit 222 electrically connected to the battery unit 221, and/or a wireless charging unit 223. Therefore, the remote control device is convenient to charge and carry, and the use convenience of the remote control device is enhanced.

Claims (7)

1. A remote control method, comprising the steps of:
receiving a voice command of waking up the user,
receiving a voice command for controlling the external device at least once,
the analysis is carried out, and the analysis is carried out,
a request is made to remotely control the external device,
judging whether the external equipment is matched or not, if so, responding to a voice command for controlling the external equipment by the infrared transmitter to transmit a corresponding control signal,
if not, receiving the wireless code of the external equipment, analyzing the wireless code, judging whether the control program of the external equipment is stored or not, if not, acquiring the control program of the external equipment, storing, and executing the step of judging whether the external equipment is matched or not again;
when receiving the voice awakening instruction, the method also comprises the following steps:
judging whether the illuminating lamp needs to be turned on, if so, prompting to turn on the illuminating lamp or automatically turning on the illuminating lamp, otherwise, waiting to receive a voice command and timing, if the voice command or the recognizable voice command is not received within a set time, entering a dormant state, and waiting to receive a wake-up voice command again;
the step of judging whether the control program of the external device is stored further comprises the following steps:
if yes, recording the stored control program of the external equipment, and executing the step of judging whether the external equipment is paired again: judging whether the external equipment is matched or not, if so, reading a record by the infrared transmitter, responding to a voice command for controlling the external equipment, and transmitting a corresponding control signal;
the control program of the external equipment is acquired and stored, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a voice command for controlling wireless connection to connect to a wireless network or automatically connect to the wireless network,
and downloading the corresponding control program, storing and recording.
2. A remote control method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
receiving a voice command of waking up the user,
at least once receives a voice command for controlling the illuminating lamp,
the analysis is carried out, and the analysis is carried out,
request the control of the lighting lamp,
reading a control mode corresponding to a voice command for controlling the illuminating lamp,
and sending a signal of the control mode to the illuminating lamp.

the voice recognition module analyzes the voice command,
the first request module requests remote control of the external device,
the first judging module judges whether the external equipment is matched or not, if so, the infrared transmitting module responds to a voice command for controlling the external equipment to transmit a corresponding control signal,
if not, the first receiving module receives the wireless code of the external equipment, the analysis module analyzes the wireless code, the second judgment module judges whether the storage module stores the control program of the external equipment or not, if not, the communication module acquires the control program of the external equipment, the storage module stores the control program, and the first judgment module is executed again to judge whether the external equipment is matched or not;
the remote control device also comprises a third judgment module, a prompt module and a timing module which are electrically connected with the main control module,
when the acquisition module receives a wake-up voice instruction, the third judgment module judges whether the lighting lamp module needs to be started or not, if so, the prompt module prompts the lighting lamp module to be started, if not, the timing module performs timing when the acquisition module waits for receiving the voice instruction, and if the voice instruction or the recognizable voice instruction is not received in set time, the remote control device enters a dormant state and waits for receiving the wake-up voice instruction again;
the remote control device also comprises a recording module electrically connected with the main control module,
the second judging module judges whether the storage module stores the control program of the external device,
if yes, the recording module records the stored control program of the external equipment, the first judging module is executed again to judge whether the external equipment is matched, if yes, the infrared emitting module reads the record of the recording module, and responds to a voice instruction for controlling the external equipment to emit a corresponding control signal;
the communication module comprises a wireless connection unit and a download unit which are electrically connected with the main control module, the voice instruction also comprises a voice instruction for controlling wireless connection,
the wireless connection unit receives the voice command for controlling wireless connection to connect the wireless network or automatically connect the wireless network,
and the downloading unit downloads the corresponding control program, stores and records the control program.

The remote control device of claim 4, wherein the voice command further comprises a voice command for controlling a lighting lamp, the remote control device further comprises a lighting lamp module electrically connected to the main control module, a second request module, a reading module, and a sending module,
the acquisition module receives a voice awakening instruction, receives a voice instruction for controlling the illuminating lamp at least once, and analyzes the voice instruction through the voice recognition module,
the second request module requests to control the lighting lamp module,
