本发明公开了一种空气净化机,包括遥控器、过滤网、脚轮、机体、负离子发生器、排气机、排气出口、导管、制氧器、气-氧混合室、催化剂层、紫外灭菌灯、电控箱、红外线接收器、电路板、电源开关和吸气机;所述遥控器安装在机体上,机体的下端设有脚轮;所述机体的内部设有气-氧混合室,在气-氧混合室中设置负离子发生器;所述负离子发生器和排气机紧固连接;所述排气机的出口处设置排气出口。该空气净化机,在过滤收集尘埃的方式上,采用了由粗到细分步到位的办法,能防止大小尘埃混杂而淤塞高效光催化过滤器。进一步了净化效果,又延长了滤器的使用周期。

一种空气净化机
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械应用技术领域,尤其是一种空气净化机。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,室内环境发生了巨大的变化。但由于透风不好及所用的装饰材料散发出的一些化学物质等原因,使得室内积聚了大量的污染物,造成了室内空气的污染。而尽大多数污染物都是借助于空气传播,通过人的呼吸和皮肤对人体造成危害。因此,如何通过净化技术改善室内空气污染成为当今的研究热门。
用于室内空气净化的方法,按作用原理可分为:透风换气式、过滤式、吸附式和催化净化式等。这些净化技术都有其自身的缺陷,采用单一技术对室内空气中的各种污染物进行处理,难以取得令人满足的效果。在还没有找到一种可行的新技术能解决各种污染题目的情况下,集中几种现有技术的优点,扬长避短将成为目前的重点研究方向之一。
发明内容
现有技术难以满足人们生产生活的需求,为了解决现有技术中空气净化机,出风口和回风口距离比较近,出风和回风会形成部分短路效应,降低了空气净化机的净化能力;以及采用化学材料作为催化剂层,表面上看来有净化空气的作用,但长时间使用会严重影响身体健康等问题,本发明提出了一种空气净化机。
为实现该技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种空气净化机,包括遥控器、过滤网、脚轮、机体、负离子发生器、排气机、排气出口、导管、制氧器、气-氧混合室、催化剂层、紫外灭菌灯、电控箱、红外线接收器、电路板、电源开关和吸气机;所述遥控器安装在机体上,机体的下端设有脚轮;所述机体的内部设有气-氧混合室,在气-氧混合室中设置负离子发生器;所述负离子发生器和排气机紧固连接;所述排气机的出口处设置排气出口;所述机体的顶部右侧设置制氧器,制氧器和气-氧混合室通过导管相连通;所述机体的顶部左侧设置电控箱,电控箱的内部设有电路板;所述电控箱和红外线接收器紧固连接,在电控箱上设有电源开关;所述负离子发生器的左端设有催化剂层,催化剂层内部安装紫外灭菌灯;所述吸气机的出口设置过滤网。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述电路板包括控制模块、感应模块和红外线模块,控制模块、感应模块和红外线模块的输出端均与电路板的输入端电性连接,红外线接收器的外部设置有保护壳,保护壳为半圆球形结构。
进一步,所述催化剂层为长方形结构,在其表面附着一层Ti02/ACF光反应催化剂,紫外杀菌灯用作催化剂层的光源,并使催化剂层和紫外灭菌灯相靠近。
进一步,所述机体采用无机塑料制作而成,在过滤网上设有活性炭吸附球。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:该空气净化机,在过滤收集尘埃的方式上,采用了由粗到细分步到位的办法,能防止大小尘埃混杂而淤塞高效光催化过滤器。进一步了净化效果,又延长了滤器的使用周期;特别是使用TiO2/ACF复合体为光催化材料,利用ACF的吸附功能和TiO2的光催化协同效应,将反应的中间副产物吸附并转移到TiO2使污染物完全净化,无二次污染,从而提高了空气的质量;由于净化器中被吸附的污染物在光催化剂的作用下参与氧化反应,因此ACF经光催化氧化后,与除吸附的污染物反应后得以原位再生,不用经常更换主要净化材料;通过具有比表面积大,吸附能力强的ACF对残余的有毒、有害气体进一步清除,既能杀灭微生物同时除尘,进一步提高了空气的质量。

请参阅说明书附图1-图2,本发明实施例中,一种空气净化机,包括遥控器1、过滤网2、脚轮3、机体4、负离子发生器5、排气机6、排气出口61、导管7、制氧器8、气-氧混合室9、催化剂层10、紫外灭菌灯11、电控箱12、红外线接收器13、电路板14、电源开关15和吸气机16;所述遥控器1安装在机体4上,机体4的下端设有脚轮3;所述机体4的内部设有气-氧混合室9,在气-氧混合室9中设置负离子发生器5;所述负离子发生器5和排气机6紧固连接;所述排气机6的出口处设置排气出口61;所述机体4的顶部右侧设置制氧器8,制氧器8和气-氧混合室9通过导管7相连通;所述机体4的顶部左侧设置电控箱12,电控箱12的内部设有电路板14;所述电控箱12和红外线接收器13紧固连接,在电控箱12上设有电源开关15;所述负离子发生器5的左端设有催化剂层10,催化剂层10内部安装紫外灭菌灯11;所述吸气机16的出口设置过滤网2。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述电路板14包括控制模块141、感应模块142和红外线模块143,控制模块141、感应模块142和红外线模块143的输出端均与电路板14的输入端电性连接,红外线接收器13的外部设置有保护壳,避免灰尘进入到红线接收器13内部而破坏其结构,保护壳为半圆球形结构;所述催化剂层10为长方形结构,在其表面附着一层Ti02/ACF光反应催化剂,紫外杀菌灯11用作催化剂层10的光源,催化剂层10和紫外灭菌灯11相靠近,以充分利用光源发出的光子;所述机体4采用无机塑料制作而成,在过滤网2上设有活性炭吸附球,可以吸附空气中的灰尘杂质。
本发明的工作原理为:通过脚轮3将该装置移动到合适位置,取下机体4上的遥控器1,按下电源开关15利用遥控器1对该装置进行控制;未净化的气体从吸气机16进入到机体4内部,吸气机16的出口处设有过滤网2,经活性炭吸附球,吸附空气中灰尘等杂物,进行一次过滤,过滤后的气体进入到催化剂层10中,催化剂层10和紫外灭菌灯相互作用,对空气进行净化,净化后空气进入到气-氧混合室9,由负离子发生器5对气体进行混合,最后由排气机6将净化后的气体从排气口61中排出,这样就达到了净化空气的目的。
