本发明公开了一种新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,包括抗磨层、PE热缩膜层、复合胶粘剂层、EPDM泡棉层、环形凹槽和卡箍,所述抗磨层设于最外侧,所述抗磨层内侧设有PE热缩膜层,所述PE热缩膜层内侧设有EPDM泡棉层,所述PE热缩膜层和EPDM泡棉层之间通过复合胶粘剂层固定,保护套外侧设有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有卡箍。本发明结构简单,使用方便,耐磨性好,隔热能力强,保护效果好,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及加油管保护装置技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套。
背景技术
目前,用于车辆加油的加油管一般都是由一根管子组成,不可避免地,加油站油枪在向加油管注油的时候会对管壁产生一定的压力,压力过大时还会折弯加油管,造成燃油外泄,加油管长期被挤压容易损坏,出于安全考虑,被损坏的加油管需要及时更换。而且,在汽车行驶过程中,无法避免的会出现颠簸,在颠簸过程中容易出现加油管壁与汽车内壁产生摩擦损伤的问题,也可能导致燃油泄漏,不仅造成浪费,严重的还可能导致危险。
因此,由于现有技术中存在上述的技术缺陷,是本领域内技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的为提供一种新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,旨在解决现有技术中存在的加油管容易出现弯折磨损的现象,并且其隔热性能差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,包括抗磨层、PE热缩膜层、复合胶粘剂层、EPDM泡棉层、环形凹槽和卡箍,所述抗磨层设于最外侧,所述抗磨层内侧设有PE热缩膜层,所述PE热缩膜层内侧设有EPDM泡棉层,所述PE热缩膜层和EPDM泡棉层之间通过复合胶粘剂层固定,保护套外侧设有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有卡箍。
优选的,所述复合胶粘剂层为聚氨酯胶粘剂层。
优选的,所述抗磨层为耐磨聚氨酯层。
优选的,所述EPDM泡棉层厚度为2.0-4.0毫米。
优选的,所述EPDM泡棉层厚度为3.5毫米。
本发明的有益之处在于:通过在加油管外设置一个保护套,起到耐磨防折损和隔热功能,防止加油管损坏。其技术路线主要是由外向内依次设置抗磨层、PE热缩膜层和EPDM泡棉层,从而能够从加油管外侧提高其抗磨损能力,降低加油管与车内部件的磨损;并设置有EPDM泡棉层,能够起到缓冲隔热作用,防止温度过高影响加油管内燃油危险;设置的环形凹槽和卡箍,能够将保护套方便的固定在加油管上,并且在需要更换时,方便拆卸。本发明结构简单,使用方便,耐磨性好,隔热能力强,保护效果好,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,本发明结构简单,使用方便,耐磨性好,隔热能力强,保护效果好,使用寿命长。
下面结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚和详细的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示的一种新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,包括抗磨层1、PE热缩膜层2、复合胶粘剂层3、EPDM泡棉层4、环形凹槽5和卡箍6,所述抗磨层1设于最外侧,所述抗磨层1内侧设有PE热缩膜层2,所述PE热缩膜层2内侧设有EPDM泡棉层4,所述PE热缩膜层2和EPDM泡棉层4之间通过复合胶粘剂层3固定,保护套外侧设有环形凹槽5,所述环形凹槽5内设有卡箍6。
更进一步的,所述复合胶粘剂层3为聚氨酯胶粘剂层,具有较强的耐候性。
更进一步的,所述抗磨层1为耐磨聚氨酯层。
更进一步的,所述EPDM泡棉层4厚度为2.0-4.0毫米。
更加优选的,所述EPDM泡棉层4厚度为3.5毫米。既能保证实现其缓冲隔热性能,又保持了其厚度不会影响到加油管的安装。
本发明在使用时,通过在加油管外设置一个保护套,起到耐磨防折损和隔热功能,防止加油管损坏。其技术路线主要是由外向内依次设置抗磨层1、PE热缩膜层2和EPDM泡棉层4,从而能够从加油管外侧提高其抗磨损能力,降低加油管与车内部件的磨损;并设置有EPDM泡棉层4,能够起到缓冲隔热作用,防止温度过高影响加油管内燃油危险;设置的环形凹槽5和卡箍6,能够将保护套方便的固定在加油管上,并且在需要更换时,方便拆卸。本发明结构简单,使用方便,耐磨性好,隔热能力强,保护效果好,使用寿命长。

1.一种新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,其特征在于:包括抗磨层、PE热缩膜层、复合胶粘剂层、EPDM泡棉层、环形凹槽和卡箍,所述抗磨层设于最外侧,所述抗磨层内侧设有PE热缩膜层,所述PE热缩膜层内侧设有EPDM泡棉层,所述PE热缩膜层和EPDM泡棉层之间通过复合胶粘剂层固定,保护套外侧设有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内设有卡箍。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,其特征在于:所述复合胶粘剂层为聚氨酯胶粘剂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,其特征在于:所述抗磨层为耐磨聚氨酯层。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,其特征在于:所述EPDM泡棉层厚度为2.0-4.0毫米。
5.如权利要求4所述的新型加油管耐磨隔热保护套,其特征在于:所述EPDM泡棉层厚度为3.5毫米。
