本发明属于润滑脂设备技术领域,具体涉及一种润滑脂剪切器。
背景技术
润滑脂的研发试制或者小批量生产阶段,产品的均化非常关键。润滑脂生产经过皂化、冷却、调和和过滤已成为产品。但是,为改善产品的外观、机械安定性和胶体安定性能,还需要经过进一步的后处理—均化。润滑脂的均化,是在高压的情况下,通过某种机械设备进行高速挤压或者研磨,物料在强烈的冲击下发生剧烈的碰撞和分散,在这种混合和剪切的作用下,便能得到更均匀细腻的润滑脂产品,但现有的润滑脂均化装置普遍存在着结构复杂、占地面积大、均化效果差且均化效率低的问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种结构简单,使用方便,占地面积小、剪切效率高且剪切效果好的润滑脂剪切器。
为实现上述目的,本发明的任务是这样完成的,一种润滑脂剪切器,其特征在于:包括本体、进料管、填料盖和底座,填料盖内部通过螺纹与本体顶部的侧壁配合连接,填料盖内部与本体之间设置有密封填料,本体内部设置由上而下贯穿本体的输料空腔,进料管一端插入本体侧壁与输料空腔相连通,所述输料空腔上、下两端设置有螺纹通孔,所述底座内部设置倒圆锥形的通孔,外部设置有与输料空腔下端螺纹通孔相配合的螺纹,所述输料空腔内部设置有阀杆,阀杆的上端设置有与输料空腔上端螺纹通孔配合的螺纹,下端设置有阀盘,所述阀杆的上端穿过填料盖与手轮相连接,所述阀盘的高度与通孔的高度相同,顶端横截面与通孔的顶部横截面相同,底端的横截面小于通孔底端的横截面。
进一步优选的,所述本体呈圆柱形结构,由不锈钢材料制作而成。
进一步优选的,所述本体侧壁对称设置两个与输料空腔相连通的进料管。
进一步优选的,所述底座内部的通孔的形状为倒四棱锥形,所述阀盘的高度与倒四棱锥的高度相同,顶端横截面与通孔的横截面相同,底端的横截面小于通孔底端的横截面。
本发明具有结构简单,使用方便,占用空间小和造价低的优点,投资少不需要另外的动力,剪切效率高且剪切效果好。

结合附图详细描述本发明的技术方案,一种润滑脂剪切器,包括本体1、进料管2、填料盖3和底座4,填料盖3内部通过螺纹与本体1顶部的侧壁配合连接,填料盖3内部与本体1之间设置有密封填料5,本体1内部设置由上而下贯穿本体1的输料空腔6,进料管2一端插入本体1侧壁与输料空腔6相连通,所述输料空腔6上、下两端设置有螺纹通孔,所述底座4内部设置倒圆锥形的通孔7,外部设置有与输料空腔6下端螺纹通孔相配合的螺纹,所述输料空腔6内部设置有阀杆8,阀杆8的上端设置有与输料空腔6上端螺纹通孔配合的螺纹,下端设置有阀盘9,所述阀杆8的上端穿过填料盖3与手轮10相连接,所述阀盘9的高度与通孔7的高度相同,顶端横截面与通孔7的顶部横截面相同,底端的横截面小于通孔7底端的横截面;所述本体1呈圆柱形结构,由不锈钢材料制作而成;所述本体1侧壁对称设置两个与输料空腔6相连通的进料管2;所述底座4内部的通孔7的形状为倒四棱锥形,所述阀盘8的高度与倒四棱锥的高度相同,顶端横截面与通孔7的横截面相同,底端的横截面小于通孔7底端的横截面。
本发明的工作原理:润滑脂物料通过输送泵从进料管2输入致输料空腔6内,在一定的压力下,润滑脂物料高速通过底座4上的通孔7,调节手轮10改变阀杆8上阀盘9在底座4的通孔7上中的位置,即改变阀盘9与通孔7之间间隙截面的大小,间隙截面越小,压力升高则润滑脂物料流速加快,润滑脂物料在受到高速挤压和强烈冲击时,达到对润滑脂产生剪切与均化的作用。

1.一种润滑脂剪切器,其特征在于:包括本体(1)、进料管(2)、填料盖(3)和底座(4),填料盖(3)内部通过螺纹与本体(1)顶部的侧壁配合连接,填料盖(3)内部与本体(1)之间设置有密封填料(5),本体(1)内部设置由上而下贯穿本体(1)的输料空腔(6),进料管(2)一端插入本体(1)侧壁与输料空腔(6)相连通,所述输料空腔(6)上、下两端设置有螺纹通孔,所述底座(4)内部设置倒圆锥形的通孔(7),外部设置有与输料空腔(6)下端螺纹通孔相配合的螺纹,所述输料空腔(6)内部设置有阀杆(8),阀杆(8)的上端设置有与输料空腔(6)上端螺纹通孔配合的螺纹,下端设置有阀盘(9),所述阀杆(8)的上端穿过填料盖(3)与手轮(10)相连接,所述阀盘(9)的高度与通孔(7)的高度相同,顶端横截面与通孔(7)的顶部横截面相同,底端的横截面小于通孔(7)底端的横截面;所述本体(1)侧壁对称设置两个与输料空腔(6)相连通的进料管(2);所述底座(4)内部的通孔(7)的形状为倒四棱锥形,所述阀盘(9)的高度与倒四棱锥的高度相同,顶端横截面与通孔(7)的横截面相同,底端的横截面小于通孔(7)底端的横截面。
