背景技术
平口钳装夹在机械加工领域里运用十分广泛，平口钳在装夹过程中大多时候必须使用垫铁作为辅助工具，目前企业生产中大多自己制作垫铁，精度不高而且通用性较差，有时会遇到没有合适高度的垫铁可用，很多时候是多块垫铁组合时候会造成误差累积，降低加工质量。
发明内容
本发明能有效的解决以上问题，上下垫块装配完成后可以整体磨削提高上下面的平行度，同时通过选择双向螺杆，带动楔块可以在一定范围调节高度，增加使用范围。本发明通过旋转双向螺杆带动楔块沿下垫块的导轨双向移动利用斜度控制上垫块上下移动调整高度。双向螺杆两头用螺母固定限制轴向移动。
本发明的益处制造成本低，精度相对较高。
