本发明提供了一种新型防水卷材,能够有效提高防水性能,本发明的技术方案包括依次叠置的自粘层、丙纶高分子卷材层及无纺布层,所述防水卷材的一组相邻侧边的丙纶高分子层向外伸出形成凸台,另一组相邻侧边的丙纶高分子层向内凹陷形成能够与所述凸台配合的凹槽。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体为一种新型防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。产品主要有沥青防水卷材和高分子防水卷材。
由于防水卷材面积有限,所以都需要多块拼接使用,而目前的状况是拼接处容易发生密封不严而漏水的问题,从而导致防水效果差。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种新型防水卷材,能够有效提高防水性能。
本发明的技术方案在于:包括依次叠置的自粘层、丙纶高分子卷材层及无纺布层,所述防水卷材的一组相邻侧边的丙纶高分子层向外伸出形成凸台,另一组相邻侧边的丙纶高分子层向内凹陷形成能够与所述凸台配合的凹槽。
作为优选,所述凸台的上下侧面也设有自粘层。
作为优选,所述自粘层上设有覆膜。
本发明的有益效果在于:搭接处采用插接的方式连接,连接更加牢固,无纵向直线缝隙,因此防水效果更好,不易脱落。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细描述本发明的实施例。
如图1所示,本实施例的结构包括依次叠置的自粘层1、丙纶高分子卷材层2及无纺布层3,所述防水卷材的一组相邻侧边的丙纶高分子层向外伸出形成凸台,另一组相邻侧边的丙纶高分子层向内凹陷形成能够与所述凸台配合的凹槽,所述凸台的上下侧面也设有自粘层5,所述自粘层上设有覆膜6。
在上述结构中,由于侧边搭接处采用插接的方式连接,使相邻两块卷材能够相互插接,提高卷材连接处的稳定性,而且避免了卷材连接部因为有纵向直线缝隙贯穿而导致漏水的问题。

1.一种新型防水卷材,其特征在于:包括依次叠置的自粘层、丙纶高分子卷材层及无纺布层,所述防水卷材的一组相邻侧边的丙纶高分子层向外伸出形成凸台,另一组相邻侧边的丙纶高分子层向内凹陷形成能够与所述凸台配合的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型防水卷材,其特征在于:所述凸台的上下侧面也设有自粘层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型防水卷材,其特征在于:所述自粘层上设有覆膜。
