As shown in fig. 1-5, the wire poking roller device comprises a mounting seat and a bracket, wherein the mounting seat consists of a mounting cylinder 2 and a mounting plate 1, a large round hole is formed in the mounting plate 1, the mounting cylinder 2 is welded on one side of the mounting plate 1 just opposite to the large round hole, the diameter of the large round hole is equal to the inner diameter of the mounting cylinder 2, and a threaded hole for mounting a fastening screw 3 is further formed in the radial direction of the side wall of the mounting cylinder 2.
The bracket comprises a mounting shaft 4 and a bending plate 5 welded at one end of the mounting shaft 4, wherein the mounting shaft 4 penetrates through the mounting cylinder 2 and a large round hole in the mounting plate 1, and is fixed on the mounting seat by means of a fastening screw 3 on the side wall of the mounting cylinder 2. A metal cylindrical bushing 13 is arranged between the mounting cylinder 2 and the mounting shaft 4, which metal bushing 13 not only increases the firmness of the mounting shaft 4 but also takes up the wear between the mounting cylinder 2 and the mounting shaft 4 during the adjustment of the angle. The first roll shaft 7 comprises a limiting part 71 fixed on the bending plate 5 and a penetrating part 72 penetrating through the first roll 14, wherein the diameter of one end, close to the first roll 14, of the limiting part 71 is between the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the inner ring of the bearing 11, so that the limiting part 71 is in contact with the inner ring of the bearing 11, and the free rotation of the first roll 14 is not influenced while the limiting effect is realized.
The first rollers 14 are of trapezoid round platform structures, the thinner end of each first roller is close to the bent plate 5, the second rollers 15 are of cylindrical structures, and the distance between the two first rollers 14 arranged on the same side of each second roller 15 is gradually narrowed from the bent plate 5.
The principle of operation is described with reference to fig. 6 and 7:
the wire 16 is positioned in the wire pulling roller referring to fig. 6, firstly, the empty wire 16 used on the railway gradually approaches the bending plate 5 from the space formed by one end of the four first rollers 14 far away from the bending plate 5 in a way of being perpendicular to the second rollers 15, finally, the wire 16 is positioned in the space formed by the rollers in a way of being parallel to the bending plate 5 in a way of being perpendicular to the position states of the first roller shaft 7 and the second roller shaft 8, then, the wire 16 can translate and move along with the control of the device in a one-dimensional direction which is in the same direction as the second roller shaft 8, and the wire 16 is translated to a required position for maintenance work and the like. Because the ends of the four first rollers 14 close to the bending plate 5 are thinner, an included angle is formed between the first rollers 14 and the second rollers 15, and the wires 16 can be placed in the included angle in the translation process and are not easy to fall off from the wire pulling roller device in working. The wire poking roller device is a part of the whole wire poking device in fig. 6, the mounting seat part of the wire poking roller device is fixed in the wire poking device, and the whole wire poking device drives the wire poking roller device to realize the wire poking function of the wire poking roller device.
The device can loosen the fastening screw 3 according to the working requirement, rotate the mounting shaft 4 and adjust the angle of the wire pulling roller, thereby being suitable for operating wires in all directions.
