本发明涉及一种低剥离电压保护膜,包括底膜、抗静电层、PET膜和硅胶;所述底膜上方从上到下依次设有抗静电层和PET膜;所述底膜与PET膜之间通过硅胶设置在一起;所述硅胶内添加有降剥离电压助剂;所述抗静电层上方还设有抗刮层,本发明的低剥离电压保护膜,其采用硅胶将底膜和PET膜相连,这样可以使得保护膜在与底膜分离贴到被贴物上时不会产生大的电压将被贴物击穿,保证了保护膜的正常使用,同时在硅胶内添加有降剥离电压助剂,这样可以使得PET膜在与底模分离时容易被剥离开,具有较好的实用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于保护膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种低剥离电压保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜按照用途可以分为数码产品保护膜,汽车保护膜,家用保护膜,食品保鲜保护膜等。随着手机等数码产品在中国的普及,保护膜已经慢慢的成为屏幕保护膜的一种统称。同时,随着电子科技的不断进步和发展,大多数带有屏幕的电子产品的科技含量也越来越高,现有的保护膜在剥离时会产生大的电压击穿被贴物,从而使得被贴物受到损坏。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种具有低剥离力,从而使得保护膜在剥离时不会产生大的电压击穿被贴物的低剥离电压保护膜。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种低剥离电压保护膜,包括底膜、抗静电层、PET膜和硅胶;所述底膜上方从上到下依次设有抗静电层和PET膜;所述底膜与PET膜之间通过硅胶设置在一起;所述硅胶内添加有降剥离电压助剂。
优选的,所述硅胶的厚度为10 微米。
优选的,所述底膜的材质为PET离型膜。
优选的,所述抗静电层上方还设有抗刮层。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明方案的低剥离电压保护膜,其采用硅胶将底膜和PET膜相连,这样可以使得保护膜在与底膜分离贴到被贴物上时不会产生大的电压将被贴物击穿,保证了保护膜的正常使用,同时在硅胶内添加有降剥离电压助剂,这样可以使得PET膜在与底模分离时容易被剥离开,具有较好的实用价值。

如附图1所示的本发明所述的一种低剥离电压保护膜,包括底膜1、抗静电层2、PET膜3和硅胶4;所述底膜1上方从上到下依次设有抗静电层2和PET膜3;所述底膜1与PET膜3之间通过硅胶4设置在一起;所述硅胶4内添加有降剥离电压助剂;所述硅胶4的厚度为10 微米;所述底膜1的材质为PET离型膜;所述抗静电层2上方还设有抗刮层5。
本发明的低剥离电压保护膜在使用时,需要将底膜与PET膜分离,由于两者之间通过硅胶相连设置,这样可以使得保护膜在与底膜分离贴到被贴物上时不会产生大的电压将被贴物击穿,避免了被贴物受到损坏,保证了本发明的正常使用,同时在硅胶内添加有降剥离电压助剂,这样可以使得PET膜在与底模分离时容易被剥离开,满足了实际的使用需求,具有较好的实用价值。
其中,在PET膜外还设置有抗刮层,能进一步的对PET膜进行保护。

1.一种低剥离电压保护膜,其特征在于:包括底膜、抗静电层、PET膜和硅胶;所述底膜上方从上到下依次设有抗静电层和PET膜;所述底膜与PET膜之间通过硅胶设置在一起;所述硅胶内添加有降剥离电压助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低剥离电压保护膜,其特征在于:所述硅胶的厚度为10 微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低剥离电压保护膜,其特征在于:所述底膜的材质为PET离型膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低剥离电压保护膜,其特征在于:所述抗静电层上方还设有抗刮层。
