Abstract
本发明涉及一种防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,包括底膜、PET原膜层、防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层;所述底膜的上方从上到下依次设有PET原膜层、防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层;所述底膜为PE离型膜;所述PET原膜层上方还设有耐碱层,本发明的防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,能通过防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层起到防静电和防蓝光的作用,避免吸附灰尘和杂质的同时还能使得人们在使用设备时对眼睛的危险性降到最低,同时PET原膜层上方还设有耐碱层,避免PET原膜层受到碱性物质的腐蚀而损坏掉,提高了产品的使用寿命,确保了使用效果。

技术领域
本发明属于保护膜技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜。
背景技术
随着电子消费品的快速发着,各种保护膜已经成为智能手机、平板电脑等电子产品不可缺少的一种起触摸式电容屏保护功能的产品。
目前市场上使用的保护膜大多采用PET的基材制成,由于PET材料的电阻率一般高达 1010~1020Ω·cm,极容易积蓄静电,因此在生产和使用的过程中容易吸附灰尘和杂质,同时PET的基材不耐碱,如果在使用中遇到碱性物质容易被腐蚀,并且现有的电子设备在使用过程中还会有蓝光产生,同样会对人体也有较大的害处。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种具有防静电、防蓝光,且使用寿命长的防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,包括底膜、PET原膜层、防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层;所述底膜的上方从上到下依次设有PET原膜层、防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层。
优选的,所述底膜为PE离型膜。
优选的,所述PET原膜层上方还设有耐碱层。
优选的,所述防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层的厚度比PET原膜层小。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明方案的防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,能够通过防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层起到防静电和防蓝光的作用,避免吸附灰尘和杂质的同时还能使得人们在使用设备时对眼睛的危险性降到最低,同时PET原膜层上方还设有耐碱层,避免PET原膜层受到碱性物质的腐蚀而损坏掉,提高了产品的使用寿命,确保了本发明的使用效果。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如附图1所示的本发明所述的一种防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,包括底膜1、PET原膜层2、防静电液层3和防蓝光PU胶层4;所述底膜1的上方从上到下依次设有PET原膜层2、防静电液层3和防蓝光PU胶层4;所述底膜1为PE离型膜;所述PET原膜层2上方还设有耐碱层5;所述防静电液层3和防蓝光PU胶层4的厚度比PET原膜层2小。
本发明的防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,能够通过防静电液层起到很好的防静电作用,避免吸附灰尘和杂质;同时利用防蓝光PU胶层对眼睛起到防蓝光的作用,使得人们在使用设备时对眼睛的危险性降到最低,同时PET原膜层上方还设有耐碱层,避免PET原膜层受到碱性物质的腐蚀而损坏掉,提高了产品的使用寿命,确保了实际的使用效果。
进一步的,在本发明的中,防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层的厚度比PET原膜层小,这样可以使得本发明在生产成本、防静电和防蓝光性能上达到较好的使用效果。

1.一种防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,其特征在于:包括底膜、PET原膜层、防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层;所述底膜的上方从上到下依次设有PET原膜层、防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,其特征在于:所述底膜为PE离型膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,其特征在于:所述PET原膜层上方还设有耐碱层。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的防静电防蓝光PU胶保护膜,其特征在于:所述防静电液层和防蓝光PU胶层的厚度比PET原膜层小。
