The invention mainly aims to provide a cleaning accessory which can be matched with an output shaft of a multifunctional machine for use, can be detachably matched with the output shaft, and can swing under the driving of the output shaft to further perform cleaning operation, so that manpower is replaced, and the working efficiency is improved.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a cleaning attachment 100 detachably mountable to an output shaft of a multifunctional machine 200. The multifunction machine 200 includes a main body 210 and a locking member 220 capable of fixing the cleaning attachment 100 to the main body 210.
In conjunction with fig. 2 and 3, the main machine 210 can output a reciprocating swing torque, which includes a housing 212 and an output shaft 214 shown in the drawings. The output shaft 214 is disposed longitudinally inside the housing 212 with its distal end extending a distance beyond the housing 212. A motor (not shown) and an eccentric transmission mechanism (not shown) connected between a motor shaft of the motor and the output shaft 214 are provided in the housing 212. The motor shaft drives the output shaft 214 through the eccentric transmission mechanism, and makes the output shaft 214 perform reciprocating oscillating motion around its own axis X. The eccentric transmission mechanism is a common structure applied to swing power tools in the industry, and is not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning attachment 100 includes a mounting portion 110, a fixing portion 120 substantially parallel to the mounting portion 110, and a connecting portion 130 between the mounting portion 110 and the fixing portion 120. The fixing portion 120 has one end provided with a brush 140 for cleaning and the other end connected to the connecting portion 130. The connection portion 130 extends obliquely such that the mounting portion 110 and the fixing portion 120 are parallel to each other.
The mounting portion 110 has a mating face 112. The mating surface 112 has a mounting hole 1122 formed therein. The mating surface 112 is perpendicular to the axis Y of the mounting hole 1122. The mounting hole 1122 can be detachably fitted over the output shaft 214. The side of the mounting part 110 opposite to the brush body 140 is formed with an outer edge 113. The outer edge 113 is further notched 114. The notch 114 faces the brush body 140 and communicates with the mounting hole 1122, and has two opposite sides 1142. The angle formed by the two sides 1142 is 60 degrees, so that when the mounting portion 110 is engaged with the output shaft 214, the sides 1142 can engage with the driving portion of the output shaft 214 to transmit torque. Obviously, the included angle of the notch 1142 may be set to other angles than 60 degrees.
The inner wall of the mounting hole 1122 is provided with an internal mating hole. The internal fitting holes include a plurality of first internal fitting holes 1123 and a plurality of second internal fitting holes 1124, wherein the recess depths of the first internal fitting holes 1123 and the second internal fitting holes 1124 are different. The mating surface 112 further has a plurality of positioning holes 1125 formed around the periphery of the mounting hole 1122. In this way, the mounting hole 1122 can be mated with different types of output shafts. The first internal fitting hole 1123, the second internal fitting hole 1124 and the positioning hole 1125 are all distributed on the circumference of the circle with the center of the mounting hole 1122 as the center, and are uniformly arranged, of course, except for the gap 114. Thus, the mounting portion 110 can be coupled to the output shaft 214 at a plurality of rotational angles.
The fixing portion 120 includes an upper surface 121 and a lower surface 122 disposed opposite to each other, and a side surface 123 connecting the upper surface 121 and the lower surface 122. Referring to fig. 1, the mounting portion 110, the fixing portion 120, and the brush body 140 are sequentially disposed in a direction perpendicular to the axial line Y of the mounting hole 1122, wherein the mounting portion 110 and the brush body 140 are respectively located at both sides of the fixing portion 120. The axis Y extends through both surfaces. Brush body 140 is provided on side surface 123, is formed of rigid or flexible bristles having a columnar or rod-like shape, and extends in a direction perpendicular to and away from axis line Y of mounting hole 1122. In addition, the brush body 140 may also be a flexible substance having a certain thickness, such as a scouring pad, attached to the side 123.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, after the cleaning accessory 100 is mounted on the main body 210 of the multifunctional machine 200, the cleaning accessory 100 can be driven to swing by the swing motion of the output shaft 214, so that the reciprocating brushing action effect can be achieved, the purpose of replacing manual work is achieved, the work efficiency is improved, and the application range of the multifunctional machine 200 is also expanded.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mounting angle of the cleaning attachment 100 can be different, so that the position of the brush body 140 with respect to the main body 210 is different. In fig. 3, the cleaning attachment 100 is rotated approximately 90 degrees compared to fig. 2, and the brush 140 is positioned relatively closer to the main body 210. Referring to fig. 3, when the cleaning attachment 100 is used to clean the surface or gap of the tile 300, the main body 210 rotates a certain angle to make the brush body 140 face the surface or gap of the tile 300, and then the brush body 140 is driven to swing by the swing of the output shaft 214. In fig. 2, the cleaning attachment 100 is arranged substantially in the longitudinal direction of the main body 210, and the overall multi-function machine 200 is larger in the longitudinal direction during operation, suitable for operation with a relatively large amount of space, and suitable for cleaning surfaces relatively distant from the operator. The cleaning attachment 100 can be assembled to the main body 210 at various angles, and thus can be adjusted according to the location of the work object (e.g., floor, vertical wall, inclined surface), and according to the work space.
In one embodiment, the working surface of the brush body 140 is a flat surface, which is suitable for cleaning flat surfaces. By controlling the width of the plane to be between 0.1 mm and 0.5 mm, the brush body 140 can also be used for cleaning gaps, such as gaps of ceramic tiles. The working surface of brush body 140 may be a curved surface.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second embodiment provides a cleaning attachment 400 that can be mated with the output shaft 214 of the multifunction machine 200. The cleaning attachment 400 includes a mounting portion 410, a fixing portion 420 substantially parallel to the mounting portion 410, and a connecting portion 430 between the mounting portion 410 and the fixing portion 420. The fixing portion 420 is provided with a brush body 440. The connection part 430 extends obliquely such that the mounting part 410 and the fixing part 420 are parallel to each other.
The mounting portion 410 has the same structure as the mounting portion 110 of the first embodiment, and has a mating surface 412. The engagement surface 412 is provided with a mounting hole 4122, and other structures such as a notch, an internal engagement hole, etc. are not described again, and it can be understood with reference to the first embodiment. The fixing portion 420 includes an upper surface 421 and a lower surface 422 disposed opposite to each other, and a side surface 423 connecting the upper surface 421 and the lower surface 422. Referring to fig. 4, the mounting portion 410 and the fixing portion 420 are sequentially provided in a direction perpendicular to the axis line Y of the mounting hole 4122. The brush body 440 is disposed on the lower surface 422 of the fixing portion 420 and extends in a direction parallel to the axis Y of the mounting hole 4122.
Similar to the embodiment, the cleaning attachment 400 may be assembled to the output shaft 214 of the multifunction machine 200 at different angles. Further, since the brush 440 is mounted at a different position on the fixing portion 420, as in the first embodiment, the brush 140 and the brush 440 can clean surfaces at different positions when the brush 140 and the brush 440 are mounted at the same angle and the main body 210 of the multifunction device 200 is at the same angle. For example, when the brush body 140 cleans a vertical surface, a horizontal surface can be cleaned using the brush body 440 without changing the angle of the main body 210 of the multifunctional machine 200. The working surface of the brush body 440 is also a plane.
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the difference is mainly that the brush bodies are arranged at different positions, and the brush bodies are respectively arranged on two intersecting planes. The brush bodies 140 and 440 of the first and second embodiments are different from the axis of the output shaft 214 of the multifunctional machine 200 at the same installation angle, and thus there is a corresponding difference in use.
In addition, the brush bodies in the first embodiment and the second embodiment are different in arrangement mode, and can be used in combination, that is, the brush bodies with crossed extension directions can be simultaneously arranged on the side surface and the lower surface of the fixing part, and the working surfaces of the brush bodies are arranged in a crossed mode. And the materials of the brush bodies at the two positions can be set to be different at the moment so as to simultaneously clean two surfaces to be cleaned with different properties, thereby enhancing the applicability of the cleaning accessory.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 6, embodiment three provides a cleaning attachment 500 that can be mated with the output shaft 214 of the multifunction machine 200. The cleaning attachment 500 includes a mounting portion 510, a fixing portion 520 connected to the mounting portion 510. The fixing portion 520 is provided with a brush 540.
The mounting portion 510 is constructed in the same manner as the mounting portion 110 of the first embodiment. The mounting portion 510 is provided with a mating face 512. The mating surface 512 is provided with a mounting hole 5122 to be coupled to the output shaft 214 of the multifunction machine 200. The mounting portion 510 and the fixing portion 520 are stacked in order in the extending direction (longitudinal direction) of the axis line Y of the mounting hole 5122, and the size in the lateral direction can be reduced. The fixing portion 520 is a cylinder including an upper surface 521, a lower surface 522 and a side surface 523. The mounting portion 510 is disposed on an upper surface 521 of the fixing portion 520. The mating surface 512 is parallel to the upper surface 521 and the lower surface 522.
Referring to fig. 6, the brush body 540 is provided on the side surface 523 in a ring shape around the axis Y of the mounting hole 5122. Therefore, when the cleaning attachment 500 is fixed to the output shaft 214 of the multifunctional machine 200, the brush 540 is provided around the axis X of the output shaft 214. When cleaning with the cleaning attachment 500, there is no need to consider the problem of the grip angle in particular. In addition, the arrangement of the brush body 540 forms an arcuate working surface and is also suitable for cleaning the inner surface of a hole-shaped workpiece.
The brush 540 is annular around the axis Y of the mounting hole 5122, and may be made of the same material or at least two different materials. For example, a brush body formed by hard bristles is arranged in a half circumference range, and a brush body made by flexible bristles is arranged in the other half circumference range, so that the requirements of cleaning different types of surfaces at the same time are met.
Example four
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the fourth embodiment provides a cleaning attachment 600 engageable with the output shaft 214 of the multifunction machine 200. The cleaning attachment 600 includes a mounting portion 610, and a fixing portion 620 connected to the mounting portion 610. The fixing portion 620 is provided with a brush 640.
The mounting portion 610 is provided with a mating surface 612. The fitting surface 612 is provided with a mounting hole 6122 which is sleeved with the output shaft 214 of the multifunctional machine 200. The mounting portion 610 and the fixing portion 620 are stacked in order in the extending direction (longitudinal direction) of the axis line Y of the mounting hole 6122, and the size in the lateral direction can be reduced. The fixing portion 620 is a cylinder including an upper surface 621, a lower surface 622, and a side surface 623.
The mounting part 610 is disposed on an upper surface 621 of the fixing part 620. The mating surface 612 is parallel to the upper surface 621 and the lower surface 622. The brush 640 is disposed on the lower surface 622 in a ring shape around the axis Y of the mounting hole 6122. When the cleaning attachment 600 is fixed to the output shaft 214 of the multi-function machine 200, the brush 640 is also provided around the axis X of the output shaft 214 for cleaning.
Compared with the embodiment, in the case that the fixing part 620 and the fixing part 520 have the same size, the radial distance from the brush 640 to the axis Y of the mounting hole 6122 is smaller than the radial distance from the brush 540 to the axis Y of the mounting hole 5122, so that the brush can adapt to different working ranges. Further, since the brush 540 and the brush 640 are installed at different positions, the brush 540 and the brush 640 can clean surfaces at different positions when the brush 540 and the brush 640 are installed at the same angle and the main body 210 of the multifunction machine 200 is located at the same angle. For example, when the brush body 540 cleans a vertical surface, the brush body 640 can be used to clean a horizontal surface without changing the angle of the main body 210 of the multifunctional machine 200.
EXAMPLE five
Referring to fig. 9, embodiment five provides a cleaning attachment 700 that can mate with an output shaft of a multi-function machine. The cleaning attachment 700 includes a mounting portion 710, and a fixing portion 720 connected to the mounting portion 710. The fixing portion 720 is provided with a brush 740.
Mounting portion 710 is similar in construction to mounting portion 110. The mounting portion 710 is provided with a mating face 712. The mating surface 712 has a mounting hole 7122 for engaging with the output shaft 214 of the multifunction machine 200. The mounting portion 710 and the fixing portion 720 are stacked in order in the extending direction (longitudinal direction) of the axis line Y of the mounting hole 7122, and the size in the lateral direction can be reduced. The fixing portion 720 includes an upper surface 721, a lower surface (not numbered), and a side surface (not numbered).
The mounting portion 710 is disposed on an upper surface 721 of the fixing portion 720. The mating surface 712 is parallel to the upper surface 721 and the lower surface. The brush body 740 is disposed on the side surface. The side surface is formed by three sub-side surfaces connected end to end such that the anchor portion 720 is substantially a triangular prism. The included angle between the three sub-sides is 60 degrees. Of course, the number of sub-sides is not limited to three.
Each sub-side surface is provided with a brush body 740, and the three brush bodies also surround the axis Y of the mounting hole 7122. When the cleaning attachment 700 is attached to the output shaft 214 of the multi-function machine 200, the brush 740 is also disposed around the axis X of the output shaft 214 to facilitate cleaning of the surrounding surface to be cleaned. In addition, the difference with the fourth embodiment is that the three brushes are arranged on three planes which are sequentially connected, and the working surfaces of the three brushes are all planes, so that on the basis of improving the efficiency by using the multifunctional machine 200 instead of manpower, the cleaning accessory 700 of the fifth embodiment is also suitable for simultaneously cleaning two intersected planes at the wall corner, thereby further improving the working efficiency. When the brush 740 on each sub-side is made of different materials, the cleaning requirement can be met when the materials of two intersected surfaces are different.
In summary, the cleaning accessory according to the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention can be mounted on the output shaft 214 of the multifunctional machine 200, and then pressed and fixed by the locking member 220 of the multifunctional machine 200. Therefore, when the cleaning attachment is used for operation, the characteristics of the swing motion of the multifunctional machine 200 can be fully utilized to form the reciprocating brushing motion, thereby replacing manpower, improving the cleaning efficiency and expanding the application of the multifunctional machine 200.
EXAMPLE six
Referring to fig. 10, embodiment five provides a cleaning attachment 800 that can be mated with an output shaft of a multi-function machine. The cleaning attachment 800 includes a mounting portion 810, a fixing portion 820, and a connecting portion 830 connecting them. The mounting portion 810 is provided with a mounting hole 812 to be fitted to an output shaft of the multifunction machine. Brush 840 is provided on fixing portion 820. The angle of brush 840 relative to retainer 820 is adjustable to accommodate the cleaning requirements of surfaces in different locations.
Referring to fig. 10, brush 840 is provided on a brush mounting portion 850. The brush body mounting part 850 is rotatably connected to the side wings 822 provided at both sides of the fixing part 820 by a pin 860. An elastic structure 870 is disposed between the brush body mounting portion 850 and the fixing portion 820. Elastic structure 870 abuts on brush body mounting portion 850 to restrict it from rotating brush body 840. When the resilient structure 870 is compressed away from the brush body mounting portion 850, it may release the restriction on the rotation of the brush body mounting portion 850 and the brush body 840. Therefore, the angle of brush 840 relative to fixing part 820 is adjustable, and the purpose of cleaning the surface at different positions can be achieved without changing the working angle of the multifunctional machine.
Specifically, referring to fig. 11, the end of the fixing portion 820 is provided with a notch 823. The bottom of the notch 823 is provided with a protrusion 824. The side wings 822 are disposed outboard of the notches 823. The resilient structure 870 includes an adjustment knob 872 and a spring 874. Wherein, the both sides of adjusting knob 872 all are provided with spout 8722, respectively at the both sides of breach 823 with fixed part 820 sliding fit. Referring to fig. 13, a chamber 8723 is provided at one end of the adjusting knob 872. The spring 874 fits over the protrusion 824 and is captured by the inner walls of the notch 823. Spring 874 extends into chamber 8723 along with protrusion 824.
The side wings 822 are provided with holes 8222. The brush body mounting portion 850 is provided with two engaging grooves 852 at both sides thereof, and a pin shaft hole 853 penetrating the two engaging grooves 852. When the brush body mounting portion 850 is assembled to the fixing portion 820, the engaging groove 852 is engaged with the shoulder 822, the pin hole 853 is aligned with the hole 8222, and then the brush body mounting portion 850 is connected to the shoulder 822 of the fixing portion 820 using the pin 860.
After the brush attachment portion 850, the adjustment knob 872, and the spring 874 are assembled to the fixing portion 820, the brush attachment portion 850 is pressed against the other end portion of the adjustment knob 872 and compresses the spring 874. The spring 874 is compressed and applies a reverse thrust to the knob 872 to press the brush body mounting portion 850 tightly against it so that it cannot be rotated freely, thereby performing a cleaning operation. The end of the brush attachment portion 850 has a first contact surface 854 and a second contact surface 855 perpendicular to each other for contacting the other end of the adjustment knob 872. The second abutting surface 855 is formed by cutting a notch in the brush body mounting portion 850. Therefore, the brush attachment portion 850 further has a stopper surface 856. Namely, the two walls of the notch are respectively the second abutting surface 855 and the limiting surface 856.
Referring to fig. 10, a weight 880 is further provided on the mounting portion 810. The balance block 880 is used for adjusting the gravity center of the cleaning accessory 800 to the axis Y of the mounting hole 812, so that after the cleaning accessory 800 is mounted on the output shaft of the multifunctional machine, the gravity center of the whole cleaning accessory 800 coincides with the axis of the output shaft or is very close to the axis of the output shaft, and the swinging is more stable. Wherein, the end of the mounting part 810 is provided with a balance weight 880 at each side of the axis Y of the mounting hole 812, so that the center of gravity of the cleaning attachment 800 is easily close to the axis Y.
Two states of use and how to switch the brush body 840 will be briefly described with reference to fig. 13 to 15.
Referring to fig. 13, when the brush body 840 is in the second usage state, the second abutting surface 855 opposes to the adjustment button 872, and under the elastic restoring force of the spring 874, the adjustment button 872 tightly abuts against the second abutting surface 855 to limit the position of the brush body mounting portion 850, and the elastic direction is perpendicular to the second abutting surface 855. Meanwhile, at this time, a part of the end of the adjusting button 872 is located on the limiting surface 856, so that accidental rotation caused by excessive force during cleaning can be prevented. The limiting surface 856 and the second abutting surface 855 are perpendicular to each other, or not perpendicular. In fig. 13, brush 840 cleans a surface parallel to fixing portion 820.
The working angle of brush 840 can be changed by adjusting only elastic structure 870 without changing the working angle of the multifunctional machine. Referring to fig. 14, operating knob 872 to move to the right causes it to compress spring 874. At this time, the adjusting button 872 is no longer abutted against the brush body mounting portion 850, so that the brush body mounting portion 850 can drive the brush body 840 to rotate. Referring to fig. 15, when the brush attachment portion 850 is rotated 90 degrees, the adjustment knob 872 is released, and the adjustment knob 872 elastically contacts the first contact surface 854 of the brush attachment portion 850 by the elastic restoring force of the spring 874, and the elastic force direction is perpendicular to the first contact surface 854. The brush body mounting portion 850 is generally parallel to the fixing portion 820 as a whole. The brush body 840 cleans a surface perpendicular to the fixing part 820.
In summary, in the embodiment, the angle of the brush body 840 relative to the fixing portion 820 is adjustable, and the brush body can rotate 90 degrees to meet the cleaning requirements of surfaces at different positions. In addition, the brush 840 is detachably engaged with the fixing portion 820, so that a damaged brush or a brush made of a different material can be replaced as required.
