一种木门自动刷漆用的设备
技术领域
本发明属于自动化喷涂设备领域。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,自动刷漆机逐渐普及,并代替了手工喷涂。自动刷漆机是一种可自动将油漆分散成雾状,并喷涂于待刷漆产品表面的一种涂装设备,专门针对目前的刷漆工艺所设计,在自动完成油漆喷涂的同时能自动进行更换或清洗模具及刷漆枪。自动刷漆机一般还设计有安全门、防尘罩和防护窗等装置,可将漆尘隔离在防尘罩内,避免了漆尘对操作者造成的不利影响,提升了产品质量,并大幅度提高生产效率,降低原料消耗,节约成本,并可改善操作工的工作环境,保障操作工的身体健康,减少对外界环境的污染。
现有的自动刷漆机的类型有很多种,包括简易刷漆机、散枪刷漆机、夹模刷漆机、边模刷漆机、碳化铬自动刷漆机械手、碳化钨自动刷漆机械手、及超音速自动刷漆机械手等。在使用自动刷漆机刷漆时,一般是将待刷漆产品放置在刷漆线上,利用机械手刷漆方式进行刷漆。当待刷漆产品需要刷漆的面比较多时,往往在完成一个面的刷漆之后,需要调整产品的放置方向,再进行待刷漆产品其他表面的刷漆,即通过多次刷漆才能完成对一件产品多个面刷漆。这样不仅工艺流程繁琐,影响生产效率,消耗大量的人力物力,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有结构刷漆时,需要人工手动对门不同的面进行换方向,自动化程度低导致生产效率低的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案提供一种木门自动刷漆用的设备,包括机架和抓取机构,还包括两对对辊、设在木门底部的第一磁铁和油漆缸,两对对辊分别为长对辊和短对辊,两对对辊设置在机架上端组成供木门通过的长方体空腔,油漆缸设置在机架底部中间,油漆箱上设有连通对辊的油漆管,对辊为空心结构,对辊中间为容纳木门通过的空腔,油漆缸靠近空腔的一面设有推动塞,推动塞一端在油漆缸内,推动塞一端在油漆缸内,另一端在空腔中,推动塞在空腔中的一端顶部与对辊齐平,推动塞在空腔中的一端顶部连接有第二磁铁,油漆管和对辊的连接处设有涡轮,对辊表面周向均布有若干出油漆装置,对辊外壁上设有出漆口,出油漆装置包括弹簧座、连接杆、弹簧、供连接杆穿过的通孔和可从对辊内侧封堵出漆口的封口板,弹簧座活动连接连接杆的一端,连接杆的另一端穿过通孔连接到封口板,弹簧连接在弹簧座和对辊外壁之间。
本基础方案的原理在于,在需要对木门进行刷漆时,使用抓取机构将待刷漆的木门竖直放入对辊之间,木门底部的第一磁铁和推动塞上的第二磁铁形成相斥力,在木门受重力下降的同时推动了推动塞下压,油漆受压通过油漆管从油漆缸经过涡轮进入到对辊中,在木门下降的过程中,对辊受到木门的作用力,摩擦转动,对辊上的出油漆装置,和木门接触时弹簧座受木门按压后,和弹簧座同杆连接的封口板和出漆口之间露出缝隙,油漆从出漆口中出来随着对辊的转动均匀的刷在木门上,在对辊的转动中,出油漆装置离开木门按压后,弹簧将弹簧座和封口板复位,没有和木门接触的出油漆装置处于静止状态,封口板挡住出漆口,木门从上至下刷完漆后,控制抓取机构将其取出运送到指定地点。
本基础方案的有益效果在于,
1、通过抓取机构的设置,实现了木门的自动进料及出料;大大节省人力物力。
2、两对对辊的设置可以对木门不同的面进行同步刷漆。
3、通过涡轮的设置不仅能够将油漆均匀混合并输送至辊子中,同时给辊子提供反向转动的动力,以减缓木门下落速度,保证木门与辊子充分接触并喷涂油漆。
4、利用磁铁之间的作用,在减缓木门下落速度的同时,将大部分木门的重力势能转化为油漆的液压能,从而实现油漆从油漆缸向辊子的转移。
5、辊子上设置的自动喷油漆装置在接触到门时会将门的将油漆喷在木门上,而不接触木门时又能保存油漆。
6、两对对辊在木门带动下转动,转动的同时又利于将油漆均匀喷涂在木门上,同时也避免冬季油漆变得粘稠。
7、木门下落过程中,油漆的喷涂及补充速度通过本装置的设置也能够与木门的下落速度匹配,从而实现自动喷涂补料。
本发明可同时对木门的多个面进行同步刷漆,刷涂更加均匀,刷漆效率高。
方案二,此为基础方案的优选,所述抓取机构包括滑轨、滑动连接滑轨的小车和液压缸,液压缸一端固定连接小车,另一端设有夹臂,夹臂包括左夹臂和右夹臂,左夹臂和右夹臂铰接。在完成对木门的刷漆后,驱动抓取机构,液压缸控制夹臂的升降,将夹臂下降夹住刷好漆的木门,升高夹臂,通过滑轨移动到指定位置,结构简单,避免了由人工移动木门时产生的不方便及效率差的问题。
方案三,此为基础方案的优选,所述对辊表面还设有和出油漆装置穿插设置的第一刷毛,刷毛表面和弹簧座表面构成完整的对辊侧面。第一刷毛和弹簧座的表面构成完整的对辊侧面,在刷油漆的过程中不会出现刷涂不均的现象,提高了刷漆的美观度和效率。
